It looks like all most important opportunities got attracted to ACG...
Even that Investor Show at the very end of the silent expansion of delisted black mystery can act as the nest hatching a golden egg.
And we can share some of the golden dust. Hurray!
Will certainly seek out whoever is representing the company and try to find out whats happening and report anything of value This my last chance to see some return from my small caps both BHR and FML were failures
That was a mistake, I haven’t said a word, have to wait until it’s cash in the bank before telling the wife. Lots has to happen yet
That will be good,I hope you find time to report back please
People forget ATC are no bound by stock market disclosure rules currently so the investors event could be very fruitful
I am going but what will i hear? might not be much.
Hoped to hear sooner but it does sound like the relisting is going ahead. If it wasn’t I think they would have just said so. News always seems to be expected soon at least on Monday concrete news will arrive. Fingers crossed
Yea I would imagine they are flat out over next few days so the presentation of the new business sells itself to the market......the timing has been ideal with euro uncertainty and US raw anthracite booming.....
What a crock of shite. Thought we would at least have something positive before then. Never mind, all crossed as always.
Post just put on Twitter by ACG :
"Announcement on ACG website Monday + will also post on ACG Twitter"
Cant quite fathom out whether you are taking the piss krynap???
I hope you’re right! I want to see how much of my mortgage I can pay off! Fridays investor stand will surely be called off if no news out till Monday. My monies on news first thing Friday. Made a mistake and told my wife about my holdings and the re-list story. Now I’m getting badgered for updates everyday!! Good luck all, another few more days isn’t going to hurt. ??
All pieces of the puzzle will be in place until Friday...
On Saturday the jigsaw will be crowned by the most amazing deal - Real Investors join the Best and Biggest supplier of anthracite - such a COMPANY cannot be on AIM anymore!!!.
Next Monday every FOOL drops their jaw on the floor - "Can this SP be true?"
This is what happens when real GUYS have a VISION and the GUTS to go for it.
But nothing special - a piece of chocolate if the CEO is Best, joined by small investor Dreams Come True (join Me on FB Krystyna Napierala)
I invested here my money saved for new teeth - now my jaw is in danger.
Altogether, it is one of those Fairy Tail stories which germinated on AIM.
The delisting was ugly - but as Best said: for the interest of all. Surely he had "FOOLs" on the mind - that's why he delivers on 1st of April.
1. George Roskos III ... 598,265,028 shares ... 8.49%
2. John Inskip .............. 472,702,042 ... 6.71%
3. Stuart Thomas ........ 378,070,513 ... 5.37%
4. Peter Chennick ....... 338,151,282 ... 4.80%
5. Jerome Palko .......... 269,166,667 ... 3.82%
6. Adam Wilson ........... 125,303,070 ... 1.78%
Interestingly, CEO Stephen Best has Zero shares in his name after disposals.
11. Mary Catherine Best ... 63,333,333 ... 0.90% after disposals.
So the man who instigated the delisting in 2015, Stuart Thomas, is the third highest shareholder (unless there are others lurking in the nominee accounts).
Surely they need to release something this week as they are still listed as exhibiting at the investors show on Saturday and it wouldn’t seem appropriate to issue new information there, is anyone going? Has it officially been released by the company no news update until Monday I haven’t seen that. I’m also starting to feel a bit concerned and would like some reassurance.
Come on ACG, what about a wee Twitter post ......
Or just to officially say that there will be an update on April Fools Day!!!!
Would just be good to know that everything is still on track and currently being sorted out.
Gosh easy fellas, this is not some village fete tombola....this has to be done just so....no missing pieces in the jigsaw allowed on main market!.......we might have institutional interest already, interested parties for the entire share capital?....exciting times......
All very unsettling. Wish they would give us 'some' information now.
As my glass is always half empty with this share, why are they "allegedly" deferring the outcome until next Monday???? Cant think why the delay if the deal has to be done by this Friday (31st March)
I wonder if they haven’t hit the 90%, need to regig the numbers and change for liquidity reasons on listing?
The vote should have still been ok? Surprised, if the multiplier needed to change then we would have all got told. A full week seems along time and after deadline date
Surprised by the large number of small shareholders which shows how difficult it will be to get to 90%. There are people that own relatively very small amounts. Hundreds or thousands
Looking at the Confirmation Statement of registered shareholders, the majority are held in nominee accounts (brokers, banks etc.) so there is a likelihood that a lot of long term holders of ATC still missed out on the vote because they were unaware of the offer (also see some deceased on the list, held by exors.) and some, like me, had to press the nominee broker (Barclays S.I.) to make the nomination for them in the extended offer.
I am working on a spreadsheet of major shareholders taken from the latest COS report to ascertain their % and holding of the old and new company, will post it up on here when complete.
Interesting one this. As stated if not done by the end of March deal off in yet we don’t get an update until after closing date. So we could get told it’s all off or all voted through.
The 90% doesn’t matter for the deal as that line was crossed at 50% so that’s about dilution and then whether atc voted in favour. We might jump close to listing on Monday if more bits covered off than we think ?
Yes Kentan, does make very interesting reading. I'm the same; with ii, so it doesn't show my name.
