would of been nice as existing shareholders to take place in the placing at the price received for certain individuals and finance houses .
Banging the drum on social media platforms how they will create value for shareholders yet exclude us ??
some holders have been here years stayed loyal
emphasis seems clarity ,honesty shareholder responsibility on website yet where are we included ??
look forward to see if i ever get a response /explanation
I suppose the cost of writing to all holders or simply making an open offer announcement can be both costly and time consuming and the raise wasn't that large. But I agree it would be nice to have an opportunity to buy in at similar levels. At least we are on the move and no doubt there will be further shares issued on any acquisition. I am very much inclined to give the BOD the benefit of any doubt as they seem to be lining up the business ducks as well as the PR ducks so going forward I can see a good and hopefully rewarding future for us.
Are we still breathing?
I think so but I'm not sure how much time they need to do their DD and of course how much any acquisition is likely to cost. But I do feel that once they have the first buys under their belt we could see a fast rate of bolt ons to build a decent size business.
Still breathing??? Has anyone checked for a pulse? Not sure what the go is but this stock could be non existent for all we hear. Still hoping the new faces can produce.
Is there something we are missing? Is there a dump of shares going on?
Don't know. It's small money and hardly worth taking when the recent but small placing was at 02p. I still beleive this is a sleeping giant and there could well be a number of potential businesses looking to get into bed with the current management who would not have wasted their time laying the foundations. Acquisitions will IMO be made and no doubt a raise. A consolidation of shares probably and the issue of a prospectus. I feel the team running this mean to build a growth business and over the next couple of years All Star will become a much followed company. A journey of a 1,000 miles always starts with a singly step. GL
Still seems to have stall. No action, no news. I understand this new BOD is experienced but the lack of any movement or news really makes me worry. Money sitting there when it can be working elsewhere. At least gives us some hope.
It may well be that DD has been done and a prospectus is being prepared - we just don know.
Fingers Crossed and hope your right ??
Its been a while since any action at ASMO. Does anyone know if anything is happening in the background? Hard to hold out much hope if this silence continues. Surely they owe their share holders some sort of explaination.
No doubt you read the interim results?

All Star Minerals Plc
("All Star" or the "Company")
Non-Executive Chairman Retirement
All Star (AQSE:ASMO) announces the retirement of Mr Graham Mascall from the Board with immediate effect.
The decision has been made for personal reasons, and a desire on the part of Mr Mascall to focus his attentions on family matters.
Interim CEO, Ian Harebottle, said:
"It is with regret that we announce the retirement of Graham from the Board, but his reasons and motivations are appreciated and fully understood. Graham's considerable experience, input and dedication to the Company and all of its shareholders during his tenure, will be sorely missed. We will be initiating a search for All Star Minerals new chairman, in due course."
