So Veative ex Dev now called launch my career, Ankur has gone, no asset match yet and no Comms with investors..I wonder if there is going to be a stinker RNS from ASLR..Largest investment was Dev..not looking good for anyone involved, and I'm a Dev shareholder.

don't think so. The tick is the increment in which shares can move at. So these will be auctioned in increments of 1p. It might be that that is all they are worth but we won't know just yet. Maybe someone will try to pump them a little higher.
Just found this https://www.assetmatch.com/app/OurCompanies/CompanyProfile?companyId=2554
has anyone sold any via this platform.
If i have read correctly offering 1p per share !

Think investors are aware of his super 6 stable of bull..he doesn't have the trust from his followers .Dev, IME,PIRI,ASLR BOOM and all the others are well down or delisted..if he is trying to pump this it won't work anymore. His pump is broken and possibly unfixable. IMO.
That would be an incredibly stupid plan. I hear he is planning to buy a pump. An even bigger pump that he ever had before and that's saying something. I hope people are careful when they see him with such a pump as it can be very dangerous.
Chris Akers has a plan and that maybe buying out this company for the shares it has invested in.
Avoid Avoid Avoid.. everything he touches turns to shat.

Quad Erat Demonstrandum. Significant cost cutting, deferred salaries and delisting. Following DevClever down the cup de sac!
Last post: Bagzzz718, 24 Apr 2023 19:44
My sell at 1.6p is looking very wise now! Really feel for holders as I’ve been through it with DEv. How nobody has been arrested and prosecuted on the ASLR and DEv / Veative board, is beyond me! Gl all
Wonder if Akers will start buying again!
Not sure why he was anyway ? anyone?
It amazes me how these companies even are allowed to list on the stock exchange in the first place!
I've never seen one where the share price doesn't go to zero!
Great for the board to recieve salaries for doing nothing, everyone else loses their money.
Fal. You were bang on ..
Thanks for your marginally patronising message. I do hop and am very good at it.
Since you are so clever perhaps you can answer the following
1. Dev clever was a listed investment and is no more. There is unlikely to be any recovery from it. Smoke and mirrors formed a large part of the share price ramp up strategy. Based on the boards lack of judgement you are asking us to believe the remaining “listed “ investments are worth what the market says. Only if these are blue chip stocks would I believ your statement.
2. What are these listed investments. audioboom? It is probably as illiquid as dev clever and the current share price is 20% of the previous value in the annual accounts.
So unless you are an expert in catching rabbits then I suspect the suspension is a serious indication that the company is in trouble. If it wasn’t why delay the accounts. They have lost most of the value, probably have no liquidity despite having so called illiquid listed assets.
Unless you are an insider- the preciseness of the number you quote which is not obvious from the accounts- I suggest you prove you are right with detail.
The company bet the farm on one highly speculative investment with revenues of less than £1m and a market value of £200+ defying any normal valuation metric, and has not surprisingly lost all its money. Let’s see how they dig themselves out of the ravine they have created.
Now crawl back to your burrow Thormageddon!! Hoppity hop.
Last post: Thordon, 21 Apr 2023 23:35
Misleading statement Falconia as they have £700 k in shares in listed companies , so hardly on brink of Insolvency.
Please investigate before you write.
As for DevClever its a private company now so auditors need to access value and a £27 Million write down is a figure you created.
Now hop along
They have no cash. £31k at half year. £27m write down on DevClever if you like the rest of the market believe there is no residual value and unlikely to have realised any cash from the rest of the portfolio.
Legal requirements go out the window when you are on the brink of insolvency
I thought there was a legal requirement to file accounts under the Companies Act.

I have sold up and moved on. Brought into PREM and am currently 94% up! Thank you for reminding me! Finally learned how to spot a bag of ****e…ASLR is a bag of ****e! Anyone waiting for this to ride from the ashes will be sorely disappointed!
Because it is a bag of **** share….simples! ??
Bagzzz, on the 4th Jan. you said that you had sold up and moved on so why are you still here making negative comments after your very poor decision. Move on.
I’m sure all the dragons have said it! No faith in Dev here….only hope….and that’s a stretch! Fingers and toes crossed!
Baggzzz it was Duncan Ballantyne..haha. keep the faith with Dev you never just know..

I recall an article a couple of years ago that described the actors and rampers involved in Asimilar (ASLR), Dev Clever (DEV), All Active Asset Capital (AAA), as a "nest of vipers" and that there was bad smell coming from those actors involved. Spot on I think!
Note the term “reasonable endeavours!” I’m sure their definition will differ from those of shareholders!
Since Veative got involved with DEV it’s been nothing short of a disaster. ASLR was 75p at one point and now look at it! Veative Group / ASLR will be a car crash for at least the next 3 years….and by then original shareholders will get nothing. Veative have said £20mil in Revs this year! Watch this EPIC fail! It will be embarrassing….we should find out the end of year results in about December 2024. Veative have no intention of communicating with shareholders. The performance of ASLR often has a direct correlation to Veative / Dev. Things do not look good at all! As long as Chris Jefferies has his millions and can come up with some nice new “ideas” all will be well in the world I’m sure!
A new message at companies house re a share allocation on 17th March re Dev ..Veative.
Nothing either nor as a long suffering AAA shareholder as well

Discount to selling is the fact of a buyer in the market , typical fishing the lower end of auto sells.
As said before , cheaper to buy this company where his private investment would cost nearly 10 times more to invest in Dev Clever
Wow. Another RNS for increase in holding.

Well Akers has a vested interest in what ASLR have invested into as well , cheaper to buy ASLR stock then his direct investment.
He's mopping them up

Dev shares will be tradeable after Jan 18th just not on LSE. They'll be down in value no doubt but hopefully come good in time.
Thanks for this...
And not meaning to sound brutal but while suspended DEV shares are worth nothing to individual PI's, they haven't lost their value as an investment to ASLR. The reorganisation and rebranding at DEV/VEATIVE still holds value. As do some (not all) of the other unlisted shares...
=> 2p is great value here

They still have Dev shares but problem is can not trade until shares are relisted , it does appear that the £3 million went to DEV. Why put 70% of your investment in one company.
Anyway agree its worth more will look at each investment and list values.

Expected timetable of principal events
Under the Listing Rules, as a Standard List Company, the Cancellation can be effected without securing
approval of shareholders at a general meeting
Under the London Stock Exchange's admission and disclosure standards, Dev Clever must advise the
London Stock Exchange of the Cancellation not less than 20 Business Days before the date it intends
trading in the DevClever Shares to be discontinued.
It is therefore anticipated that the Cancellation will take effect 20 Business Days following the making
of the application on or around 18 January 2023.
Key dates:
Expected date of cancellation of listing and trading on the main market 18 January 2023
Notes:
1. References to times in this announcement are to London time unless otherwise stated.
2. If any of the above times and/or dates change, the revised times and/or dates will be notified
to Shareholders by an announcement through a regulatory information service recognised
by the London Stock Exchange.
Now now don't be talking nonsense.
Barclays have a stake in AAA hence the cv’s of the new board - hopefully an escape route for AAA and ASLR shareholders
I see they are leaving the ship

I can see Sentience having value. But thus far AAA holds 25% in them. And as ASLR holds 1.3% in AAA ASLR indirectly holds 0.325% in Sentience. Nothing spectacular.
Sorry MESH Holdings - and therefore an interest in AAA and Sentience
They have a mega 24M shares in AAA Capital inherited from their stake in Sentience - but be worth something or nothing
If one of these companies has any plans of going public and intends to use ASLR as a vehicle who knows what the share price will do?
I agree on ASLR getting "punished" because of the Dev Clever fiasco but this looks overdone.

why we have dropped so much today??

They have a habit of moving their own deadlines! They’ve said they were looking forward to relisting in Early 2022 as they were at an advanced stage with preparing the prospectus….dropped the ball with the Aldebaron contract and then said relist by the end of Jan 2023! I’m sceptical of that deadline too! Can’t believe the drop today…unless someone knows something we don’t, which wudbt surprise me!
75p these were, 75p! 4p today! Wowsers!
why is this taking so long to relist??
