Good update. Bodes well for the future.
Stumbled across this, may be of interest:
Ashley House Plc. Framework
RLB has been appointed as Employer’s Agent on a framework by development partner Morgan Ashley, with its first commissions providing care home and extra care facilities for the elderly in both Yorkshire and North East Lincolnshire. The framework (a joint venture from Ashley House plc and Morgan Sindall Investments Limited) includes schemes in Grimsby and York and four schemes in the Leeds area.

Great to see these schemes going ahead after some protracted delays on some of them. Assuming financial close is confirmed within YE June 2019 these will all help contribute significantly to the forecast 1p of EPS.
There is no mercy on AIM eh Dibs. TBH , they deserve all they get , what on earth have they been doing? I feel they are hiding something too , hence the change in reporting. I did sell out today at a loss. Talk about a retrace , nearly back to where they were 18 months ago. And to think the building industry has been booming too.
gary - sadly I think you are correct. I suspect there’s an overhang here now that’s going to take some time to clear. No demand either. There may still be at least one substantial seller as well. Glad I got out straight after the results.
I think we’ll see this complete a huge H&S at around 6p.
Well i'm no kinda entrepreneur that's for sure! Tried to sell again today but didn't sell , on a limit order. I put my request in at 8am to sell 10100 @ 8.8p. I see by the trades today someone sold 10000 @ 9p at 12.13pm. doesn't make sense to me why mine didn't sell? Anyone out there could possibly explain what goes on there?
This is definitely due a big drop imho. I tried to sell 18100 shares last week through IG , they managed to sell 8000. Tried to sell the rest again today , no joy . Can't sell 10100 shares @ 895 so read into that what you may. I don't think it bodes well for the future weeks ahead.
1m sell a huge one for this illiquid stock to absorb. Who sold? My guess is Mrs Moy who wants to offload her stake.
Wow someone wanted out 1 m sell at 8p. If this desperate seller has more this is going lower.
been a shareholder five years plus as conceptually ticks a lot of boxes for me but there's always something that gets in the way of sustained meaningful progress this time... but we will be having jam tomorrow.. I hope it does get meaningful momentum going soon and it could indeed... but... 'it's Ashley House'
Tend to agree though it is a complicated picture. What they are trying to get across is short term hasn’t been so good but longer term much better but timing of scheme closures, as ever, uncertain.
rns very badly written. most people don't understand clunky rnss
Still forecasting a profit for the 14 months, pipeline is strong and business is gathering momentum - like I said results don’t tell the full storey here. I’ll happily buy more as the price drops.
and you've let me down again Ashley house, somewhat...
they are slowly turning a corner I think/hope.. but more slowly than I expected. So I sold down a large chunk of my position here first thing this morning. I might buy back in future though .. indeed I still have kinda reasonable faith here and so hope to but back some..
Quite a complex announcement but positive noises for the future. Not sure how this will be received. We'll soon see.
But disappointed to be honest with reported figures, been slower than anticipated but sounds like a lot going on in the background - don’t think the figures tell the whole story to be honest. Cash position is unchanged which is positive given the loss
Yes Mich historically they have always produced the interims by 31st Jan latest.
ATB to you also. Like you I am hoping for the best but aware this is AIM which can also produce the worst!
This is a well run company and if anything hasn’t worked out then I suspect it would be something outside their control such as a delay in development projects sign off from partners. But the Morgan Ashley JV should be making progress. Also very interested to see an update on progress with F1 Modular. I have hopes for growth in that area.
Will comment tomorrow, whatever!
I'm with you on results update tomorrow Dibs.. not least as Friday releases are often - but not always of course- towards trying to bad burying news ! Here's hoping and good luck to all fellow longs here !
gary -I think if you are looking for stock 'excitement' this is not the company for you. Maybe an oiler?
Tomorrow it is then!
Lets hope they are decent , this dross is getting pretty boring.
In the RNS dated 16.1.19 they stated:
The linterim results for the six months to 31st October 2018 will be released in the week commencing 28th January 2019.
When are results dibs - I had 31st pencilled in
Yep and this stock is still valued at just £8.5m @ 14.15p
They made £1.75m net profit last year (though there were exceptional factors there). So they prob won’t reoeat that number - but then the market didn’t relate the shares. Nevertheless all areas of the business should be profitable in the upcoming results including F1M moving into profit for the first time.
Things to watch for :
Net profit
Reducing debt
MA pipeline
ASH pipeline
F1M pipeline
All these numbers could be good or very good hence the current SP interest
Market looks like it is in agreement at the moment - another few percent today - slowly slowly she goes
