We entering busy News flow period soon both on GRE/ARV JV front - Osborne / Kobe.
Artemis also busy at Mt Marie (100% ARV) with ongoing rock chip sampling. Further updates due
Badly down again
At Osborne JV project they just tested the outskirts of the main body and still reported grades with similar geology and mineralisation found at Azure Minerals - Andover licence.
Large Spodumene crystals found at Artemis 100% Mt Marie licence are same as found on Andover discovery.
Artemis Resources got massive upside from both Mt Marie (100%) and Osborne JV with GRE.
Both GRE and ARV have got to be on the radar of the bigger players being next door to Azure Minerals and on same ground. Azure being bought for A$1.76 billion via joint bid from SQM and Gina Rinehart.
Time to add / Accumulate while still cheap. IMO
UK time, 12:50am, Thur, 15.2.24, ARV in Australia is now up +18.8% and RUNNING on the TOP running ticker on HC.
https://hotcopper.com/asx/arv
GRE, the JV partner of ARV is +15%. Not sure what ARV will close at but will check tomorrow.
ARV, Australia 1.8c Aussie +12.5%. UK time now, 12:15 mid-night, 15.2.24.
Perhaps after 1 nights sleep, heads are thinking more calmly after the ARV RNS of 13.2.24? I cant stay up until the stock market closes in Sydney as it will be too late, so please check tomorrow in the UK. DYOR, NIA.
final update:
[1] hc gre: the posts are getting more intense and the poster in this thread in oz was told: it was drilled and the best was 0.6% and not economic pursuant to surface sampling of the better rock chip results. poster [2] also has a point and lends balance. so, who is right? no one knows --no one has x-ray eyes going down to beyond what was drilled and did not go further as they did not plan to drill deeper holes. so, gre objective was to test geology and statigraphy as they rns' [ed]. so, 3 views.
arv 100% licence.
it is nearer to azure ---at mt marie [a bit north of the gre/arv osborne jv,, arv [100%] obtained "co**** spodumene crystals" at surface via rock chips. the ceo of arv tweeted today, they are continuing with their work at mt marie [pic showed the terrain]. have a look at twitter -type the name, george ventouras and its his pic of the andover at mt marie.
what no one knows:
[1] azure's licences are large and vast and looks like a block. gre/arv's jv is a bit not as thick on the map.
arv's is also split into several sections north & south of the andover.
[2] azure found co**** spodumene crystals drilling to depth [not very deep]. whether on drilling, azv will find the same, no one knows.
[3] pegmatites -lets make the concept simple , they need to be in thick pegs [thin pegs may not be good enough although if lots, its ok for tonnage].
[4] elusive : will the spod be deeper? azure would be the bench mark to look at but at this time, no one in oz wants to share even tho some have followed the azure story so they know more. i have not followed the azure story, drill by drill so will take me a long time to get the data to read.
[5] michael fotios , tech expert was brought in sometime mid-2023 and gre hoped his "midas" touch would help.
cant tell as mr fotios did not make the pegs and therefore, he would know the azure geology but whether gre/arv jv has it on their licence, only time will tell. arv --------ah, that is now another story, and maybe being nearer , they kept the better licence to themselves. only time will tell.
so, i have returned to present what i know at this stage. gives me a few more days to think it over.
dyor. nia. wed, 14 feb 2024. on hc arv ------its gone sileeeeent.

Answer: I refer to the ARV RNS, No 7660S dated 8 Nov 2023:
"Raise A$2m [firm commitments] from institutions and sophisticated investors at A$0.18 per share, 20% discount.
1 option given to every 2 shares @$0.025 expiry 9 Mar 2026. IF these options were exercised, it would raise A$4m.
Artemis investment in GRE has a value of $4.3million at this date."
USE OF FUNDS:
Lithium OSBORNE JV [49% ARV 51% GRE] to diamond drill and TEST STRATIGRAPHY & GEO structure [2].
Artemis 100% ground. Etc."
Last night ARV closed at A 1.6c, mkt cap A$27m. Initially, it was up 6.25% for quite a while.
Last night, GRE closed at A 20c, mkt cap $16m , down 2.44% [initially down 3.65%].
Unfortunately, as someone quoted reading HC GRE, it led to a terrible fall on ARV London by some 43% vs ARV Australia only down 15%. GRE was down by some 43% on 13.2.24 ARV Australia HC forum is calmer and did not go into a
state, hence down by only 15% when the news came out -----IT WAS +26%, on release of the 13.2.24 ANN. So, the GRE folks caused their own melt down in sp.
POST 13.2.24: As I checked the above funding RNS, it was rather surprising that the drilling was to test stratigraphy and geology? Well, test they did.? All above are the historical events of the Osborne drill by ARV's partner, GRE of Australia.
DYOR. NIA.
Anyone got the latest figures on how much cash is left?
LoL
I waited until the HC GRE folks stopped bungee jumping to hear a more considered view. A poster called JRW7 has replied to someone who said: "WHAT DO YOU MEAN ...?" So, this 3rd party answered:
"To be fair, this is very early days and they have heaps of targets to still to drill. If you look at where they drilled the 4 diamond holes, they were in rather interesting locations [on the OUTSKIRTS of the main t r e n d s , where there were LOWER GRADE rock chip samples. ] Now that they have heritage clearance, they can drill more prospective targets. I think what they meant by STOPPING SHORT, is that they begun to INTERCEPT some lithium bearing pegmatite. BUT due to the DISTANCE AWAY from WHERE THE HOLE BEGUN & the ANGLE of the drill hole THEY PULLED UP SHORT. in the sense they hadnt PLANNED TO GO DEEPER in this campaign. It will be interesting to see how comprehensive this upcoming drill campaign will be and what NEW info comes from it. I think its quite a stretch to say its not looking good. Its very early days & only 4 drill holes have been completed to date. I along with many others, believe it is only a matter of time before they make a discovery. Lets see how it plays out. Once again, the co has $500m+ copper project they are developing! AND IT IS FANTASTIC TO SEE MICHAEL FOTIOS WITH TOM IN A RECENT INTERVIEW. MICHAEL ISNT HERE TO MUCK AROUND. All in my opinion of course.2 [Time 11:40, 14 /2/24 on HC GRE.
My comment:
After all the posts that were in such a ...., last comes the voice of reason after having some time to THINK and deliberate. I have too from the drilling I have seen. NEWCREST is a specialist in the TELFER gold mine area. They got the licence at HAVIERON and drilled some 12 holes and ALL were so low a grade, they DUMPED it. Then, Sam Garrett of Kidman Res [one of the founders] picked it up and sold it to GGP and the rest is history. A Geo said on HC, Newcrest SPACED IT WRONG and missed. GGP drilled in between the Newcrest holes and hit. Well, at Itumbula they hit GAS but the first at Tai, the string broke and they could get down to BASEMENT ie basin. So, more seasoned folks are more nuanced having seen more drills. BUT CAVEAT IS; IT TAKES MONEY and if one had all the money in the world , then fine so drilling is a rather skilled game and also a bit of good fortune. ALL I WAS SAYING WAS: THERE IS TIME TO THINK IE A FEW DAYS AND NO NEED TO GET JUMPING UP & DOWN as it does not help one think it out rationally about the metrics to gauge what is what. ONE DOES NOT NEED TO GO FURTHER -most want 1st strike and there is NEVER any GUARANTEES in drilling. Even for Sirius for Oz nickel, the driller was down to his last $ and he asked them to just drill a bit more and NO hit, it was lights out as it was self financed. So, from what I gather, they gave a bit of free work to press on just a bit more. DYOR. NIA. I have thought further - I am just thinking it thru to see the complications of the drill and other
I think @news is trying to say that ARV shares are back in the bottom drawer for now
I will conclude with a short view after the 13.2.24 results from GRE, ARV's partner:
From the ARV RNS today, 13 Feb 2024 it shows a MAP of the ANDOVER COMPLEX and GRE/ARV @Osborne is the further licence. ARV's licence is closer to the MID-WAY to ----->>> AZURE. Azure also released results and they are pulling in the same results as before ie LONG INTERSECTIONS with grades as norm [like before].
The Andover complex is IN GREEN ie MAFIC ULTRAMAFIC ROCKS of which AZS also is located upon.
AZS MARIE discovery is just ABOVE GRE/ARV OSBORNE and they have had rock chip samples of SPOD.
QUESTION:
[1]Whatever, anyone can say on forums, the FACT IS GEOLOGY DOES NOT LIE.
[2] DOES THE EXTENSIVE GRE/ARV OSBORNE & ARV 100% LICENCE sitting on mafic ultramafic rocks like AZS HAVE OR DOES NOT HAVE SPOD under cover. From recall, the depth for AZS is quite deep but I will re-check.
[3] Unfortunately, BlackCat has not posted on HC so cant get his view of the geology. He is a well known prospector and stakes licences. I recalled him saying that rocks and depth is the defining thing. .
[4] I have DONE my POST -view and will check as and when Mr Fotios gives further insight if any. But I am pleased they brought Mr Fotios in.
DYOR. NIA. 13.2.24 [I am thinking rationally. After all ALB paid Novo just for the small licence in between ARC & AZS for a 75% stake. So, licences are of interest.
Broke a cardinal rule never to invest in Australian mining companies, but was swept up in all hype
Should have followed the rule. The Hot Copper GRE message board sets out the typical gory detail.that one should have learned to expect
I have just checked ARV's partner GRE's ANN. At the end of their ANN, Mr Thomas Redicliffe, Executive Director is named as the "COMPETENT PERSON" ie Geo. I went to the GRE website and there is no Mr MICHAEL FOTIOS as a director on GRE.
I then had to go in to Linkedin to look - Mr Fotios runs an ASX co as CEO [think he runs another one as well?].
However, the interview today of GRE & Mr Fotios was posted on Linkedin via GRE. My only logical conclusion is that
GRE--and ARV have now PRESS FOR HELP PERHAPS and got in a TECHNICAL CONSULTANT ie Mr Michael Fotios.
So, thankful that at least they had the sense to call in someone that is an expert on lithium. DYOR. NIA. Tues, 13 Feb 2024. At least, one knows that its better an expert look at the project instead of just in-house.
* left, although they could be lefty.
Lol! Guess anyone still invested in UKOG has only hats lefty to eat.

Both ARV's George Ventouras , CEO of ARV and ARV's partner have done interviews today relating to their Osborne results released 13 Feb 2024.
The JV partner's interview, also today, 13.2.24 was with Executive Director, Thomas Redicliffe AND the TECHNICAL CONSULTANT, M I C H A E L F O T I O S. [He is a Geo & specialises in economic geology.]
MICHAEL FOTIOS:
Alejandro on Twitter pointed out that Mr Fotios led the merger of Galaxy Resources with Orocobre to create the world's 5th largest producer of material for the EV market.
"Ref: "The driving ambition behind a $4bn lithium merger."--Australian Financial Review, 23 Apr 2021 [type this title into the search engine to read.
---"FOTIOS, incidentially is the common thread between TWO BIGGEST MERGERS in the ASX resources sector in the past year, aside from being G A L A X Y 'S FOUNDING FATHER, he was also instrumental in the REVIVAL of what was then a $6m co called NORTHERN STAR RESOURCES. NORTHERN STAR became the world's 6TH LARGEST GOLD PRODUCER
when it MERGED with SARACEN to create a co worth more than $13bn on Fri."
------Mr Fotios is also described as the "LITHIUM INDUSTRY'S P I O N E E R."
My comment: Well, very impressive given Mr Folios in the flesh was speaking today in the interview with
GRE's T. R, Executive Director. It was Mr Folios who was speaking all about the geo , results etc.

DYOR. NIA. Thought it was most interesting to find an A lister speaking [ie Geo, Mr Fotios.
Have you heard of the lengis snake a rare Australian snake, usually ends in a slow painfull death after one post .
Oversold because the trading halt meant no run-away rise in AUS?
Just compare the two based on exchange rate and London is (and often is) holding higher
Way OVERSOLD.
Drop in AUS was 15%...drop in London 40% ??
Up a ladder, down a snake.
Trading halt related to Osborne JV between GRE and ARV. In my opinion trading halt was not needed. Osborne results were good but in all that suspense some folks just sold out of frustration. Not sure what they expected.
In all that suspense, our 100% owned Mt Marie significant Lithium discovery with similar pegmatite crystals found just like at Azure Minerals (subject to A$1.8 billion takeover) got overlooked completely.
I doubled my holding here on this temporary drop. Once folks calm down, market will realise we got MASSIVE UPSIDE here.
Importantly for the Company and the region, this discovery is further evidence of a potential corridor of lithium mineralisation extending beyond 40km in the west Pilbara region, where Artemis' tenements are located.
Reminds me of Solgold which went from 1p to 45p around 10-12 years ago when NewCrest and BHP piled in due to size of the discovery at the time.
So where are the promised results then?
Well that was a disaster..
Will check back in a week
Guess that was an attempt at making an apology...
Not very well received.
Those results have better be spectacular or the Aussies will eat them
