Thanks Illaquens, that's reassuring!
It would be an offer for all shares on all exchanges.
At the moment Arv share price on asx and aim operate independently, but broadly fall in line over time. However, if someone wants to buy out ARV, they will pick up the asx listed shares if shareholders agree to the offer.
For the AIM shares...what happens there? Is it the case a separate offer has to be made, or how does it work?
I had a moment of paranoia that someone could buy asx out but leave aim out of it, but can't imagine it as if someone wanted it they would surely want 100% of the asset.
Artemis is another stock on my 10 Bagger list for 2024.
Results to date are very good with further drilling coming up in early 2024. ARV has all the hallmarks of the next Azure Minerals.
Director buys, shares fall - perhaps she should have sold !
· The Osborne West Pilbara lithium project is to the west of and in proximity to Azure Minerals (ASX: AZS) Andover Discovery
Artemis Resources Ltd (ASX/AIM: ARV) (Artemis or the Company) is pleased to advise that the lithium pegmatite focused maiden Diamond Drilling (DDH) program at the Osborne JV tenement E47/3719, a joint venture (51% GRE: 49% ARV) held with Greentech Metals Ltd (ASX: GRE) is continuing as planned with the first hole completed to a depth of 810.2m.
Executive Director George Ventouras commented: "This first diamond hole is the culmination of extensive ground reconnaissance and analysis by the technical team. It is a confirmation of the rock chip and soil sampling results that have been achieved to date and suggests that we are on the right exploration pathway. We are looking forward to continuing with the drilling program and to further confirm the extent of lithium mineralisation".
Several more diamond drill holes will be completed as part of this maiden drill program. These drill holes will be sited at both the Osborne and Kobe pegmatite trends within the Osborne JV tenement, aimed at providing stratigraphic/structural information and subsurface characteristics of these pegmatite zones. This data will assist with refining the detailed follow-up drill program scheduled for early next year.
Details of Drill hole 23GTDD001
The initial drill hole 23GTDD001 was sited to the north of the Southern Pegmatite zone (Table 1) at a location previously heritage cleared for drilling. The hole was drilled to the south at a declination of 40O to primarily test the Osborne trend and also intersect the Wally trend albeit in a position where surface mapping indicates the Wally trend is attenuated (Figures 1 and 2). The hole was designed to further understand host rock geology and test down dip structural controls of surface outcropping lithium pegmatites previously identified from recently completed mapping and chip sampling programs. The drill hole was terminated at 810.2m depth, still within mineralisation.
The Southern LCT pegmatite zone sits within the Osborne JV Project tenements and comprises a total combined 4km of pegmatite strike along which previous rock chip samples have returned assay results of up to 3.63% Li2O1.
The initial observations from this drill hole appear very encouraging and are summarised as follows:
· Multiple zones of north dipping stacked pegmatites have been identified down dip of Wally and Osborne.
· Individual pegmatite drill hole intersection widths range up to 24.6m
· A zone at least 57m wide comprising a series of closely stacked pegmatites has been intersected below 753m depth.
· Preliminary interpretation suggests the Osborne pegmatite outcrop zone extends from surface down dip for at least 550m.
· Hole terminated within a pegmatite zone at 810.20m indicating the system remains open at depth
ASX Ann. Heritage clearance for more drilling.
Let's hope they want to battle over ARV/GRE too. Drill results could be out before Christmas. GLA

"The maiden resource estimate for $AZS's #Andover is expected in the 1st half of 2024, and thus far all signs indicate that the #exploration target is "right on the money", and will likely rank amongst the world’s largest #lithium deposits."
Let's hope ours is just as good.
A nice rise on the ASX. Hopefully more to come. Drill results due from GRE in December on their JV.
Shows confidence obtaining the grant. Nice.

The Australian billionaires and American multi billionaires ( eg Kobold at Rio's Winu ) activity, draws the conclusion, it's the sector to be in.

Confidence outweighs dilution and the relief that the placing was very successful. Cash is king these days and investment funds hard to come by unless there is a good future for the company. Should drop back again though once the dust has settled.
Hi - I usually see a raise as a bad thing as it normally means diluted shares? Am I wrong saying this? - Would someone mind explaining the pros/cons re this raise?
A very positive move by Artemis JV partner Greentech on the ASX today. Good volume on ARV as well now that the capital raise is out of the way. Options already in the money!
A quick note. The raise on the ASX was substantially over subscribed and applications were dramatically scaled back. So do not expect much of a pull back! Volume will no doubt be high on the ASX tomorrow.
Read yesterdays RNS
Regarding a raise? Im quite new to ARV, what makes you know there is a raise due?
What makes you say this?
If it is 1.8c then that's 0.9p, not sure what to expect.
Tomorrow we open back on ASX and then the raise should happen.
