dvh, totally agree. plus it would make sense to wait until the s.p. is two or three times higher, which it should be ,given a fair wind from g11. before any raise, not long now.glta.
You may well be right staffy, although the BoD stated that the 3 licences represented a 'low cost entry...' but if something interesting transpires additional funds will no doubt be required. The remaining holes at Stonepark are 'fully funded' and my hope is that we have further positive results that make our share of the asset even more attractive to G11/Glencore!
We should also hear soon about 'a specific exploration opportunity in another jurisdiction. I look forward to updating shareholders on this as soon as possible' mentioned in the latest Annual Report....
Current £3M mcap is a great risk versus reward investment/trade imo
dvh, my concern is the b.o.d. may be shaping up to tap us for funds re zimbabwe , thats why i asked the question re resolutions passed yesterday. i agree with you re stonepark assets, thats why i continue to hold.news must be imminent (that word again).glta
It seems to me that the BoD has a complete lack of interest in communicating with shareholders apart from the constant extracts from the 'Company Presentation' on twitter which is on the company website. I have sent 4 (unanswered) emails over the past few months to Teeling/PR!
Stonepark is undoubtedly our 'jewel in the crown' and our share of this asset must be worth more than our current mcap, surely!. The final phase of the current drilling programme is due commence in the middle of this month according to the Group 11 website (ARK annual report extract: 'While examining how best to proceed with this discovery, three holes will be drilled in and around the existing shallow 5 million tonne zinc discovery at Stonepark North.')
I'm also (eagerly) awaiting information on the latest development opportunity that the BoD has identified (RNS 30 June extract: 'We are also examining a specific exploration opportunity in another jurisdiction. I look forward to updating shareholders on this as soon as possible.'). This following the 3 lithium licences awarded in Southern Zimbabwe...
Hopefully more news from Stonepark in the not too distant future. GLA
I have commented/complained of lack of info on their Twitter post where they state that 'all resolutions passed'. They're pretty prolific at posting stuff there so let's see if they respond. Am sure it's no big deal and that there was little of importance but it is slightly remiss/annoying.
Anyway, onwards and upwards. Stonepark drill results must be imminent...
Staffy-
I came on here to ask same question. I cannot see in any of the last few months RNS’s anything to do with what the AGM resolutions are.
Nor can I see anything on the Arkle website.
Did anyone attend the AGM?
If so did you glean any info?
Agree our share of Stonepark would be chicken feed to Glencore.
One hint they're in discussions and we're 2p+ in a flash!
GL.
i se "all resolution duly passed" does anyone know what these resolutions were?
just added 200k ,not showing yet.hope my timing is good. glta.
made massive profits in the first half of the year (£9.9B). After returning a huge chunk to shareholders surely they could afford a few quid for our share of Stonepark!
Yes tirnaog, I noticed that the AGM stars at 10am today. Maybe that generated the trading interest...
We're on the move.....
Ask on the rise after a tiny buy this morning and can now sell 1M shares (pre NT) at 0.7p. MMs really need to close the spread to generate business. Ridiculous!
A.G.M tomorrow will we get hint of what the future holds for stone park are of new projects
What are the MMs playing at? No trades and can still buy at 0.8250p and sell 800k at 0.7p and we're marked down 3.23%!
A few bed n isa trades today by the looks of it.
The real beaut about this stock is 5.1mt already bagged. It ain’t a duster!
Nice 2M Bed & ISA gone through this morning. Looks like someone is planning to avoid the tax man when we sell out our share of Stonepark.....
not conducive to trading atm. Buys at 0.8250p but can still sell 1M (pre NT) at 0.7p. MMs happy to take shares atm in anticipation of selling them at a higher price after next news (Stonepark, gold projects, lithium or 'we are also examining a specific exploration opportunity in another jurisdiction' (RNS 30 June)). Next few months could be an exciting time for the company.....
Looks like work recommencing to complete the current drilling programme in a couple of weeks time....
Current Drill Program at Stonepark Project, Ireland
As previously announced, the Company’s 2022 fully-funded drill program at Stonepark totals six holes and 2,300m. This program is now 82% complete, with three holes totalling 1810.6m completed (see Exhibit 2 and 3). The remaining three holes (totalling 400m) are planned to start after ongoing drilling at the Company’s Ballywire prospect (PG West Project; see Exhibit 1) is completed over the next two months.
MMs happy to take 1M shares (pre NT) at 0.7p this morning. Always a good sign.....
Let's avoid a spike in SP attracting 10% traders then retracing. A nice sustainable rise to 1p+ supported by further developments (as per the reference in the Annual Repot) and in anticipation of more decent results from Stonepark followed by the sale of our share to G11/Glencore.....
Looking like another blue day. Could get used to this! lol
ZINC-AIR ENERGY!!
????? should be ????????-?????? ????????????
Stonepark could be an even more valuable resource!
????????-?????? ????????????
Currently, our choice for energy storage for wind & solar power is lithium-ion batteries. However rechargeable zinc-air batteries can provide up to 10 hours of electricity & are on the rise in the market.
