About Global Hemp Group Inc.
Global Hemp Group Inc. (CSE: GHG / OTC: GBHPF / FRANKFURT: GHG) is a dynamic company currently focused on two key business segments - Industrial Hemp and Biopharma.
The Industrial Hemp division’s primary focus lies in the environmental uses of hemp for construction and hemp for sustainable bio-energy sources, both contributing to a carbon-negative footprint. Our R&D team is engaged in developing Intellectual Property that can be patented and implemented within our projects and beyond.
The Health and Wellness Division is focused on the acquisition of exclusive patents and IP through licensing agreements. The Company acquired exclusive rights to key patents and IP of Apollon Formularies plc., a UK-based international pharmaceutical company whose formulations and patents specialize in developing cancer treatments from natural biologics, including cannabinoids and functional mushrooms. More recently, the Company has signed a Letter of Intent with B-Organic R&D Corp. relating to the use of their Bioactive Lipid Agents (“BLA”) technology with cannabinoids, terpenes, flavonoids and mushroom extracts. BLA enhances the solubility and bioavailability of various “poorly soluble pharma ingredients”.
These strategic alliances form the basis for the commercialization of promising independently pre-clinically tested formulations, underscoring our commitment to cutting-edge innovation in the commercial biopharma sector.

With these shares selling at 0.02 today (80% down from 3 months ago) and delisting imminent with no offered trading platform, why have some shareholders/evangelists not yet written off their investment?
If Global Hemp buy any assets, the remnants will be worthless and any cash will disappear so shareholders will get nothing.
If it looks like a scam and smells like a scam it probably is a scam.
Looks like someone did finally bail out on 3/5/24, selling 4m shares at just 0.015 for a total of £600. Very sad…little more than a month previously the same shares cost almost 3 grand.
Its Lennigras, was a scam from the time it floated. The founders were exiting on the float, whilst newbies were buying the scam that Lennigras was pumping.
He should be behind bars, the ways he pumps stocks that he is involved in.

Hi Kenny, I haven't been on this board for a while so I hope all is well with you.
I have been taking up my floorboards searching for treasure without any luck. Then I had a lightbulb moment/flash of inspiration and remembered I had a few Apollon shares. As one of the longest running posters I know for both Afriag and Apollon I wonder if you would mind providing me with your opinion as to where Apollon is going/heading after its delisting. Is there any tangible value in the company?
On another note Afriag use to have a 40% owned freight subsiduary which I believe they sold our business to prior to investing in Apollon. Have you ever seen any accounts or information for that business since they brought our freight business out? I haven't been able to find very much at all in that private company and I was interested in the level of profits/losses it was now recording.
Any help you could provide on the above would be appreciated.
Best Regards
