Never going to happen
jono44,
This update is 3months old
Small shareholdings defo changed
Major shareholdings intact
I think he lost them, around about the time he threw his toy out the pram when it was mentioned the SP would tank if he didn't get the permits for drilling ;)
Alexios,
Thanks for that link makes interesting reading about who holds and how many.
This is going to be a very interesting couple of weeks for all genuine holders.
Let's hope someone genuine and honest steps up and takes charge and does what is right for all
shareholders.
The share centre states that Lyth had 5.3 million before consolidation.
So if he now only holds the equivalent of 1.3 million before consolidation he must have sold/disposed of 4m shares.
So if he hasn't informed the market he is in deep you know what.
But maybe he forgot or didn't know he had that many or maybe he still has that many and forgot he bought 4m on 22nd November 2017 I think it was a Wednesday no it was definitely a Monday eh no right first time Wednesday.
Maybe he hasn't got any shares.
In the final results
Lyth holding 5300 shares as per 26Sep shareholders update on bloomberg terminal

Why does it state 1.3 million?
It should either be 5300 or 1300.
I take it he still holds 5300 after consolidation?
You mean £1.3 Mill before consolidation of course!
Where did it say that he used to hold 5M shares? I can't find that anywhere, probably not looking in the right place.
Any reason it says he only holds 1.3M?
During the period under review the Group made a loss before taxation of £645,000 As at 30 June 2018, the Group had cash of £391,000 So that was 6 months ago how much cash do they have now? Also how come Nick Lyth has gone from holding over 5m shares to suddenly holding 1.3m?
Won't let this fail? Wrong tense it's failed on every level for the entire time this bunch of parasites have had their noses in the trough. I really can't believe people still believe the cr@p they are spouting to keep themselves well fed. I've been out of work for the last three months but would rather lose my stake here than see this bunch get totally unchallenged control. No I can't afford to lose my cash even though it's not a huge sum but I'm prepared to if it means stopping them taking total control. To sum up the last year: Share Value - Drop of over 85% Coal - No progress at all and now forgotten. Pyrolysis - Jollies all over the globe with not one positive word, all we have (apparently) is an MOU linked to a company that has just released a website and actually has nothing as it stands other than a bunch of shady characters and a link to LH. Consolidation - with over a 60% fall in share value as it stands. Company name change - Thankfully a totally embarrassing failure. Only tried to hide the total failure. Move to remove Chinese Directors - Why? So much for transparency! Information - None worth the paper it's written on. Website - Misleading and totally out of date. I could go on but can anyone give me one positive?
yes we know that, so how was the USA jolly for the bod? yield any results - no then!. lets get moving on projects that could/ will tempt the 30m investment back and not **** about on small time fantasy!
Cash burn of over £600k last year. That means they must be almost out of money.
£300k left as of June. This bit gave me a wry smile: "The Company regularly communicates with, and encourages feedback from, its shareholders who are its key stakeholder group. The Company's website is regularly updated. The Company's contact details are on the website should stakeholders wish to make enquiries of management." Really?
Joebop, The chinese have played the long game, IMHO. and soon will be long gone. They got what they came for ?? took me a long time to work it out

RIP Peter Fagiano
Had ?? I’m 15% up ;-) I understand everyone’s frustration here tho IMO they aren’t going to let this fail, they WILL get a nomad & a decent plan of attack
Yes john, because the Chinese have a history of rushing into things half cocked and blindfolded. They never r r r r play the long game.
Not that they have a great reputation on aim either, but I don't know enough of these lads to comment.
Nicely summarised, Guzzler.
You got had on this one, Phiggy.
Just pointing out some facts.
The last time Hogan tried to initiate something like this was in NYO. That ended well, not! Delisted.
Oh, and he bailed whilst telling everyone to hold.
The only frustration I feel is people are still taken in by his nonsense and are losing money.
Thankfully I took his advice in the summer.
Well some on here think the Chinese directors might come to the rescue although they haven’t played their hands yet! So see what happens in that regard. I won’t be holding my breath but guzzler moaning won’t help matters even though I think he is justified in his frustration!
Wait and see what happens!! You can't be serious...and don't call me Shirley :p
You seem to revel in this situation mate.Any frustration you feel is not going to improve matters so why not keep your cool and see what happen indtead of dying a thousand deaths beforehand!
