I recon Mr Forrest will be upgrading his wheels as he drives off into the sunset with a boot load of wonga, and leaving others in his dust, as their wheels are clearly falling off their MOTORS..
Geez... does anyone give a rat's behind about what ANGS may burble on about on Twitter?
A question that is perhaps a teensy bit more relevant would be:-
"Will the ANGS BoD manage for once to do something... anything... that stops the ANGS SP from endlessly circling the drain?"
Angus began to use twittter again for the webinar and the interview with Share Talk. Will they use twitter for any updates re Brockham?
Patrick7: nope. Saltfleetby Energy, Mr. Forrest’s vehicle, initially owned 100% and subsequently sold 51% to Angus. The terms of the sale to Angus of his remaining investment of 49% appeared to some of us to be generous at the time. You can draw your own conclusions as to how they appear now.
OOfy, I thought it was Gas prom who gave Angus the 51% ?
Ocelot: he did own 100%, but sold 51% to Angus, whose offices were just across the landing. He later did a phenomenal deal with the noble Lord Lucan, Angus’s Pen Holder at the time, whereby he offloaded the rest for tons of cash and shares. He’s been busy offloading the shares ever since. A nice little earner all round, really.
Paul now owns around half a billion Angus shares. In the long term might get very rich, but now he has left the board, does that mean now, no restricted when to buy & sell them? I don't believe he has traded Angus for a while.
He did own 49% of Saltfleetby!
Gotta hand it to Forrest, probably ONLY he and GL who walked away from SLBY rich !!
Leaving everyone else to fight over the scraps !!
The Ocebot's clearly running out of material in his/her/its ongoing attempts to polish the unpolishable and is having to resort to copy n pasting previous pompom waving (which did nothing first time round, either).
Repeat of my post of 12/04:
Re Brockham, from 08:34:
"moving full speed ahead to bring that field back into production"; long lead items ordered, rig put on contract; plan to be doing a work-over in May.
Needs to manage expectations: relatively modest production, not currently set up for 24 hour production.
Certainly, if we are encouraged by early production, we will consider moving to 24-hour production.
Anticipating production some time in late May/early June.
Very exciting for us especially given current oil prices.
Must be that their crowd funding was struggling with 5 days to go so they are trying to hoodwink people to pledge into thinking 91 days isn't so much of a lost cause
Permission to appeal filed on 19/11/23.
"We expect to hear their decision in 3 to 4 months’ time".
"New evidence is not allowed in this type of appeal. Rather, the appeal is an evaluation of the legal conclusions of the judge".
https://frackfreebalcombe.org.uk/latest-news/our-appeal-has-been-filed/
Ive no idea Welks, weird though!
Barney
Don't know what's happening but this morning it said 5 days now says 91 days to go on the crowdjustice link. Has summet changed
Https://www.crowdjustice.com/case/stop-balcombe-oil/
Looks like they got to raise £3k in 5 days. Don't see that happening. So this appeal will not happen anyway!
Hopefully many lessons were learned with the issues from the last drill and it can be completed much faster and on time so we can start extracting oil quicker .
DOING the work-over, NOT "going"
Re Brockham, they plan to be going the work-over in May with production anticipated in late May/early June.

CORRECTION: in 3/ "He speaks of considering drilling" instead of "considering drilling THEM", to make it clear they are not planning to drill 4 wells, the planning request for 4 wells is to provide them with a choice of options.
From 02:25 RH explains the capital projects at Saltfleetby currently being undertaken or planned.
1/ the booster compressor is on track, being constructed for the company in the US and planned for installation in Q4:
2/ noise abatement measures for the site, the compressor "hoods";
3/ working on a planning request for up to 4 new wells. He speaks of considering drilling probably from mid-2025 onwards.
Was there anything about how they’d pay for it all?

""Saying, all of that,BP, there could be flesh still left on the bone & that some may not have considered""
Are you referring to SLBY specifically Patrick ?
Saying, all of that,BP, there could be flesh still left on the bone & that some may not have considered.
