Ignor that offer from Paper Lace just trying it on without all the relevant info, Agadoo LOL!
Yanis. No doubt the offers will be made on a producing asset and not our present situation.
Ocelot. I think you are correct, Yanis BREATHE IN LOL!
BV, normally under takeover when it becomes clear that an offer will not be accepted the SP trades higher than the offer … we should be trading above 1.40p now but we are not!
Yanis. The idea is to point out that we wont accept anywhere near the 1.4p offer or it's business as usual, we don't know if it's a merger or buyout yet?
The share price is where it is.
At least 6 bona fide approaches, for the company's interest in Saltfleetby and/or for the company itself, is an unusually high number and suggests a good number of players believe Saltfleetby, and the company, to be undervalued by the market.
Personally, think shareholders can relax and wait and see how things develop from here.
So it is ok to be languishing at or below 1p?
Would the offers (if any) not be higher if the SP is higher?
Why worry?
They've rejected a possible offer at 1.40p and have received at least 6 bona fide approaches.
The sells have now started … 1 mil, 1.1 mil, 1.1 mil all at 1.035p. Could be going under 1p again! WTF!
BV, that makes no sense. He can't be referring to the hedge.
Producing gas for sale by mid Feb (and thus 4 and a 1/2 months before the hedge kicks in) would obviously be massively positively material. But that's just three weeks away...
Yanis, is it just me or do the latest pics look to be possibly taken after work with the sun being low and uploaded today. If so there could be work onsite today, just a thought!
hit/ you really do spout a lot of methane gas never natural gas,
Yanis, Greypanther sounds very similar with the choke sizes and flows ?
Hits, he may referring to the Hedge.
BV, I remember Alan2017 yes. After Brockham he disappeared for a while but then came back later after SFB acquisition was announced. He then disappeared again and hasn’t posted for quite sometime now. I don’t know what happened to him.
BV, GL's last statement did indeed say that.
On that basis, I take it you're expecting first gas by (or very close to) mid February, as per GL's most recently issued prediction...
Good luck with that.
Uk and Eu gas futures up 18% today Sound Energy looks like sound deal compliment each other.
Yanis. Do you remember Alan 2017 from back in the day, does anyone know where he disappeared too after Brockham.
GL's last statement said " There will be no material impact to the timeline"
BV, not stressed. However, still irritated at the lamentable and ongoing lack of transparency and candour.
ANGS has still not amended its most recent on-record estimate of first gas by mid February. That's now just three weeks away...
Do you think that's at all likely? Do you think the company still believes that is in any way possible? Do you think the market deserves a more realistic update?
BV, there is no competition lol, I am sure Taverham is very knowledgeable :).
1st gas prediction is now April/May … getiung closer to hedge kick-in! What a waste!
HITS. FFS here FFS there, you seem very stressed for a person not invested in Angus?????
"Howey, the hedge. That is still a separate contract and what if the prospective buyer doesn’t want to take it on? What then?"
Well ANGS can't sell SFB or the Company without someone taking on the hedge - or buying their way out . I'm sure that will be the major issue for discussion in any takeover and is likely to take some time to sort out.
Yanis. You seem to have a competitor with Taverhams gas industry knowledge, it maybe worth your while comparing technical notes to see who's best.
Yanis, I agree. Even if national grid are flexible with theri work and EA and PP issues are resolved and all suppliers meet their dates the earliest date for first gas is likely end of may considering just how much needs to be done. Investors deserve something from the company not just speculation from people like myself.
