My understanding of this is Akta sjóðir hf. entered into a futures contract with a counter-party. An amount of that long position has been closed and settled, with, looking at share price movement, Akta taking a profit.
Akta retain the benefit of remaining position( s ) should the price rise, and the opposite.
No equity was necessarily sold into the market.
It’s a miner, so there’s always room for ups and downs in my very limited experience.
The last RNS seemed to make it pretty clear where they’re going with this, so I take it at face value.
I speculated further today, by adding at the then going 63.5p rate.
Besides drilling results. Looking forward to the next Nalunaq updates. Good to see activity over there
Top Intelligence, agfo. Well played
Big ship on its way to Nalunaq https://www.marinetraffic.com/en/ais/home/centerx:-47.3/centery:60.1/zoom:8
Year high. So a few more out there increasingly seeing some merit.
This quarter anyway anticipated.
Hopefully Sava results in this week.
4 drill holes
AMRQ.V up 11% today on decent volume. Maybe the penny is dropping over there.
China restricting graphite exports. A mineral that can also be found in Amaroq portfolio
Nørrearm up to 14% graphite in rock chip samples. I wouldn't be surpised if the area of Nalunaq also contains significant graphite since the Greenroc Amitsiq play is between Nalunaq and Vagar ridge https://greenrocmining.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/01/Screenshot-2023-01-24-143916-website.png

- Sava 4 drill holes results expected end of November/ early December
- Geophysics + Drilling 1 Hole Stendalen. outcrop of nickel copper PGE. Deep hole up to 1500m. They hope to finish this this year
Nice little video today on LinkedIn reminding us why Greenland is such a great, as yet probably unrecognised, natural resource location : https://www.linkedin.com/posts/amaroqminerals_amrq-activity-7119932777080205313-0aNb?utm_source=share&utm_medium=member_desktop

Don't even get me started on the very sticky institutional shareholder base!
I think retail look at the market cap and think it's fully/over valued.
But they don't realise the amount of cash we have plus the financing facilities we've arranged that underpin that valuation.
Not to mention the sheer resource potential in our tenements.
Was expecting this to rocket, maybe people haven't seen the news
Brilliant
It extends beyond the existing mine plan, which is funded. The funding derisked substantially for us.
Hear about Amaroq's 2023 Nalunaq drilling campaign below.
https://twitter.com/Amaroq_Minerals/status/1711992692169650365
"***High grade intersect of 182g/t Au over 0.69m at Nalunaq extends the Mountain Block high grade zone ahead of commencing trial mining in 2024***
***Discovery of new high-grade vein, 75m above the Main Vein, with highest ever grade intersect of 256 g/t Au over 0.5m, significantly increasing Nalunaq's resource potential ***"
Gosh, I know width isn't huge, but the way these guys plan to mine mean these grades are pretty great. If drilling season results continue like this across all our tenements this could be a bit of a sleeping giant....
SO much going for this outfit.
