At what time will we find out who has won the vote, is it 7am tomorrow or just by close of play?
Eura - 11.30 am on the Amigo website
Thanks for link Expru
the companies Q2 period ends in two days, will the company be in a closed period until end November when half years are released? so realistically no chance of the directors being able to buy between now and end Nov?
Band - use this one

itsa - does that mean if JB wants to buy shares he can't accept a directorship until he has bought all he wants to buy.
But then again the Irr Order says he has to be made CEO for him to buy up to 29%!!!!
My head hurts!!!!
Its why he put the order in with his broker beforehand, so he has no insider input to the order if he does win
The PT trade is seen here.
https://www.sharesmagazine.co.uk/shares/share/AMGO/trades
It was only a small order, so how would it change the share price? or is it part of a bigger order?
Is anyone really tired now? Some people (not me) has been married for less time than this!
Well... You learn something new everyday.
i have never seen a PT trade as they dont seem to get reported on any feed i look at (including the official london stock exchange website) even with us watching JBs sells with eagle eyes for 3 months we have not talked about one before!
Now we are all PT experts : )
FB - PT trades are done throughout the trading day in small denominations of one large amount under the radar so as not to influence share price or market sentiment.
@expru
so was there more PT throughout the day?
Or is there more to come?
I don't understand how a £8k buy would change much?
The market is told about the PT at the beginning of the day - the denominations and the frequency, then the total amount is added to trading figures after market close, hence the jump after the close : )
SIMPLES : )
itsa - JB didn't sell using PT - we saw his 1% sells every day with an RNS the following day
yea i know JB did, but no one ever noticed PT trades, im sure we would have been wagging about how they could be the secret buyer buying on the sly
I'd love to know who bought - I have always said it's JB buying back through the other companies he is involve with/owns : )
It was only 67000 shares, not 670000 or 6700000. I would understand why the latter might change the price, but 67000, people here have bought more than that in one go. So why a PT?
How many times during the day was 67000 shares bought?
I don't know, and I am not that sad to go through the trades!
I thought all the trades added together to 67000 for the PT?
no - thats not how it works - multiple trades throughout the day adding up to the final amount declared after the close
official london stock feed lists it as
2020-09-28T15:36:54.353 GBX 11.96 67196 8036.6416 AT XLON ALGO
Algos are learning :)
I must be tired or really think because I don’t understand.
So e.g 67x1000 buys throughout the day? But 67000 isn’t a huge amount to purchase or is it who was buying? But that we don’t know!
I just dont get why the secrecy?
Come on JB ffs win this vote
