Third spike to 1.8p??? All it needs is the long awaited rig contract[s]. We've shown potential purchasers we have the capacity and now the quality to build what they urgently need - and at the right price. With each rig contract worth hugely more than our £23m MCap there will certainly be a rerate 'when' they are announced.................patience.
3rd time is a charm hopefully! :)
Now In recent weeks a spike..... Things about to happen?
Up 25% and third in the leaderboard. Can it be sustained? Would love to see this back over 1p. It is almost three weeks since the TImes article so I suppose the word 'soon' can be applied but only in a loose sense. I think Santa's beard and hair were jet black when the rumour of a contract first came up.
0.90p top price quoted to buy, a few minutes ago. Now we're on the move!
Hopefully the bb will get better as well.
Rarely do the Time publish a rumour without some basis - orders delayed due to precipitous oil price drop? There has been some belt tightening....Even one small order for a tub boat will send this SP up.
The Le Tourneau rig is well on the way to completion now. The only barrier to more orders has been convincing potential buyers that the joint-owned shipyard in China can build to the same quality or better than the singaporean yard. They have been able to showcase the quality of the rig-in-progress so I expect more orders to flow pretty soon - hopefully before Christmas. This could well be imminent news of that/those contract[s].
This must be due to details of a new rig order or three. Hold tight and await news that we have been promised since March.
I am sailing, Home again 'cross the sea. Stormy waters To be near you. Or is that I am selling, seliing. Crossed trade. :) Hope something is behind the rise. I want to fatten my portfolio up in time for xmas.

Try this one: http://maritime-connector.com/ship/yzj-offshore-9732618/
The description at the top describes the name of an invalidity cruise ship. Lower down it mentions drill ship. Not too sure what to make of it.
Well, at the very least its progressing as its now registered: http://www.vesselfinder.com/vessels/YZJ-OFFSHORE-IMO-9732620
the interest that has started to be shown over the last few days. Once we have one RNS regarding contracts,it would be nice to have a couple in quick succession. Have a great week-end guys.
Rig not due for completion until 2Q 2015.
Yes - monies due qtryly since Q1 this year I believe. This goes to the JV YZJOE.
Do any of you guys know what payment is due on completion of the rig, presumably some money will have been paid by the buyer up front?
I think rig is completed ...
