Lot of intentions still no real progress. Just like 2yrs ago when I had my hopes up about this company but nothing ever seems to happen …
Thanks for that Amur.
Not sure if I offered much opinion just extracts which I found useful anyway.
Anyone will make their own mind up what it (doesn't) means anyway....just don't shoot the messenger eh!
Perhaps the Eastern Economic Forum in September might offer light on potential investment if by any chance there's some movement on the TEO.
Again who knows.
Patience required that's all.

Thanks Max, I’ve seen this too but after posting info and immediately being attacked decided not to get involved in to further discussion…Yes there are a lot of interesting and relevant information and I am very happy we still have people like you who DO own research and share opinion:)
Thanks for sharing Amur.
With a bit of difficulty (as it's a pdf) I've managed to locate a couple of other extracts which might be relevant.

PROSPECTS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE NICKEL INDUSTRY IN RUSSIA The scale of the
existing raw material base makes it possible to increase nickel production by involving in the development of new facilities. In 2019-2020, 14 sulphide and four silicate sites were prepared for development. The largest projects in terms of planned production are being implemented on the basis of the Cherno-Gorskoye, Maslovskoye, Norilsk 1 (southern part), Kingashskoye and Verkhnekingashskoye copper-nickel deposits. (Krasnoyarskoikrai), Kun-Manye (Amur region), Yelanskoye and Yolkinskoye (Voronezh region) (Table 2, Fig. 8).
P197
In the Amur Region, the company CJSC "Kun-Ma-nye" (part of Amur Minerals Corp.) has completed the exploration of the Kun-Manye field. Under the terms of the license agreement, the company must prepare a feasibility study of the project by December 1, 2022; The technical project for the development of the field must be approved no later than June 2023, the timing of the start of development and the release of the enterprise to full capacity will be determined by the project. According to the company, ore mining is planned to be carried out first by open-pit mining with the subsequent connection of sub-terrestrial mining of deep-lying ore heaps. The feasibility study being developed will include the preparation of selective copper and ni-cell (with associated cobalt) concentrates together with a single collective, as foreseen in the feasibility study of temporary conditions. After reaching the design capacity of the GOK and returning the initial investment, the company plans to work on production solutions aimed at obtaining products with higher added value. Such may be the construction of a metallurgical combi-nat (suspended smelting furnace) for the processing of cobalt-containing nickel concentrateas by obtaining matte, which will increase the value of the final commercial product. The project of development of the locality has the status of an investment regional project.
Also table 8 on p196 suggests "potential project activivity" from 2024 as long as timescales aren't shifted but could it also refer to start of road & mine construction only ?
At least the company's been able to foster Russian support for the project but may take time to finalise some financial input.

NB
Don't know about you but the context of the report suggests it pre-dates the TEO submission.
lol another deadbrain useless potato imbecile back, don’t worry everyone know who’s who…:)) nice to see parasites still surviving but now back to your caves
To all of you who are new to AMC......Take everything Amur says, as well as his other 20 nicknames and comments, with a grain of salt. He’s been posting thousands of "copy and paste" titbits from Russian media for years.
The Christmas gift I would love is an RNS stating the TEO has been accepted in full.
Even better is another follows detailing the terms of a takeover.
There is no way that this company will be taking this project anywhere near production.
They may produce a DFS if not selling to a Russian company.
TDT, I did not claim it to be frak type of news did I? What I personally take from this document is that to get amc up and running in 2024 they need to start building next year, to start building next year they need funding so this brings us to interesting thoughts that funding must be somewhat already agreed ( at least road funding by russians ), and this again support all the info we were seeing on russian press over the last few years. In addition this ( and the fact amc are now on russian priority list ) brings more light in to what’s potentially going on behind the “scene”. So far only one thing is not clear to me, is RY playing a low ball offer game or not because everything else is clear.
P.S - we did not knew when amc will be in production until now, previously many “masters” were stating this won’t happen till 2026 and even 2030 but now we know and looks like we are one year ahead of schedule, must say interesting things going on and if RY will not mess it up again then we should start seeing a rerate.
The "??????????????? ??????" in the previous message is what you get if you cut and paste Russian into this BB. You'll need to look at the table on page 196 of the link TAD posted and translate yourself.
TDT
TAD
Come on mate, this is not the first time you've posted stuff on here in Russian then over-hyped what the actual document was saying. The link you attached to your original e-mail, and thanks by the way for taking the time to do so, merely states what is already known. The table on page 196 that refers to ???-?????* (Kun Manie - Amur Minerals) has an asterisk. The asterisk relates to "??????????????? ??????" which translates to "preliminary data". The preliminary data is the 2024 date in the table which is "????????????" and stands for "exploitation". Amur Minerals has a preliminary date of 2024 to commence exploitation of Kun Manie.
This document is merely an end of year statement outlining known mineral deposits in Russia and their various stages of development together with aspirational targets. It doesn't, as far as I can establish, tell us anything new although I can't quite recall when the "exploitation" date of 2024 was first stated, probably a good 2 to 3 years ago when it seemed credible/achievable.
You just have to consider for one minute all the other "preliminary" dates we've had from Amur in the past to take this "preliminary" "exploitation" target date of 2024 with a huge pinch of salt. Sorry but this is not a Frak99 moment as much as we all might like it to be.

Evidence to support your statement about me??? You are well know deramper making false accusations and absolutely useless individual not contributing at all to long term holder boards! Completely useless pr i ck
Just advising people to exercise caution when taking info from someone with no affiliation to the company who has a track record of mis-informing share-holders, that's all.
Its not gone back, I disagree, we’re are one year ahead and russian government got 6 months to review the teo and approve it or disapprove it. Below rns in august:
20 August 2021
AMUR MINERALS CORPORATION
(AIM: AMC)
Kun-Manie TEO Submitted For Review
Amur Minerals Corporation ("Amur" or the "Company"), the exploration and resource development company, is pleased to announce that Oreall LLC ("Oreall") has completed the Permanent Conditions Report ("TEO") on its far east Russia Kun-Manie nickel copper sulfide project
" ..... have the person on filter."
If the reply between Patiencepoor's post at 11.01 and mine at 11.03 explained how to translate the document into English and somebody knows that works could you please repost the instructions as I have the person on .
Thanks in advance.
Mike***** looks like you’re living in parallel universe lol, no idea what you on about:))) this is russian ministry website/document lol
If the TEO deadline has gone back to December 2022, I don't think we have got a snow ball's hope in hell of starting construction in 2024.
Anyone disagree?
Another AmurTigers festive RNS. There was that one year you spiked the SP by telling everyone we were about to get bought out, and the other time where AMC had to add a section to their RNS to tell people not to pay attention to links on the message board.
Actually the TEO was submitted in August and since then we’ve been waiting for this from that RNS.
“There is a calendar to completion of the work which is presently being finalised by the GKZ representative appointed to our Kun-Manie project. We shall revert once the schedule and key decision points are established."
RY in his pre-AGM q&a said he expected TEO completion in the fourth quarter but we have nothing so far confirming that. So we wait..
Please somebody help me.
How do I translate that document into English? When I use the link it doesn't open the web page but merely takes me to Finder on my MacBook to save the document?
TEO completed a few months ago as per rns
Falling for what idiot???
We're not falling for this AGAIN are we?
It also states the company has until Dec. 1 2022 to complete the TEO? Did they just push back the deadline again??
Merry Christmas!!!
Well if our company can’t bring good Christmas news hopefully the below will…:)
