1p !!!!
Average is 12p
This once was 40p
Directors still on their great salaries.
Nickle is rising strongly again, and nickle stocks...according to kitko constantly reducing. Lowest for many years.
“Who is prepared to sell at around 1p“
Possibly those who bought around 0.8p
Who is prepared to sell at around 1p, when their shares are obviously being accumulated for a reason and that reason wont be to lose money??!!
LSE slow to update but currently 1.00 - 1.08 +8%
...
There's someone buying big, accumulating, it's obvious. Expect some action here soon. How much we get offered is another story.
Let's hope so TDT

I think you're right. At the moment there does only appear to be one interested party.
You've been around on AIM long enough to know that a large percentage of the money flying around this market is flighty. In one minute out the next in pursuit of a quick 5%/10%. They pile into the next best thing or the flavour of the day/month/year (take your pick). At the moment nickel is up $1.19/lb. since the open. Under normal circumstance that would attract attention and money and therefore a rise in the share price. We're not seeing that at the moment because of where we operate and what's going on in Ukraine.
It's difficult to predict how things are going to play out at the best of times, in this current situation it's impossible. Our best hope, IMO, is that as the nickel market strengthens going forward we attract interest from China. I think the Chinese see what's happening between the West and Russia right now as a once in a life time opportunity. Nickel sulphides are still very much in demand and Kun Manie is one of the last pieces of relatively low lying fruit. A higher nickel price simply makes Amur more attractive to more people or at least that's the hope.

* only
But we I oy have one interested party and I can't see that changing
The price of nickel is relevant since it shines a light on the nickel market and all those companies in it.
TDT
The nickel price is pretty much irrelevant to us at this stage.
Our price is correlated to the offer that was made and any that may or may not come in.
......nickel might have a rocket up its back side again today.

He is a serial troll, he just goes round all the top risers/low fallers and makes stupid comments.. best ignore.

Great rise great job. lol
1p on the Ask, wide spread tho..
.....off on one of its periodic mad run ups at the moment. Currently up by 53¢ on the day to stand at $10.26/lb. No doubt it will get a nose bleed later and take a bit of a tumble before the close. It's good to see there's still a bit of life in the nickel market. It's just a pity the life in nickel doesn't cross over into this old dog, Amur Minerals that is.

why would anyone with a significant holding sell at todays price......if someone wants your shares they have to pay for them .
0.95 to Buy, we may see a penny next week.. whoopee
Musings of a bored punter.
A view on the buying and possible threshold for a takeover.
30% of the shares require a mandatory cash offer for the rest at a price of the highest they paid in the last 12 months.
The 52 week high is 4.395p. Not what they may have paid.
1.393 billion shares.
30% is 428 million shares. Given the buying rate and possible start point would they get to 30%? Starting point 50 to 75 million. Still need 350 million. Buying at 3.5 million a day is 100 days or 5 months.
Could they achieve that level in the time, probably not. Anyway they would not want to drive the price up. They are in the long game with the cards stacked in their favour. In another 7 months the 52 week high will come down to 3p.
So they at the moment are buying bringing their average down. A guess would be they would get to the 30% with an average of 2.5p. Then make an offer for the rest at 3p.
In essence getting the company for approx £40 million
Way to go, NOT!
"As long as the price goes up that's all that matters."
Absolutely!
Welcome to AIM :-)
Here we go again. In the first 22 minutes of trading almost 4m shares traded with nothing to justify the activity or the price movement. As long as the price goes up that's all that matters.

If you don't have a copy of this already the Mem&Arts is probably a better guide to what can and can't be done although its dependent on the BOD enforcing these conditions.

In particular section 143 "Share Control Limits" is worth a read.
