Maybe Assore telling Niel and the board, look we'll give you 60p for the company and also time to build a position before the improved offer. Hence the flurry of Director buying. ;)
I kid... I think....
Definitely shows confidence imo - hopefully ahead of some positive news. He knows how things are progressing and what is around the corner better than anyone. GLA. CJ.
I think NH buying shows confidence in the project and that he is making a good investment decision not that I am expecting bad news so I will chuck some of my money away because a director buy will not stop the sp falling on bad news !
Or is NH expecting some bad news so being proactive to counter it?
I have no idea; I’m just speculating and being contrarian.
Let’s see what the market thinks…
Maybe punters will be looking to spend their new ISA allowance on something with great potential.
Nice start to the quarter. I feel just the offtake announcement alone will propel a big recovery in the share price out of the large amount of potential items to be ticked off in the coming weeks and months: https://i.ibb.co/6D19fjY/Slide1.png
Spot for LC and SC6 up. Lithium futures up.
Neil chucks in another cool 24.7 grand. Now plenty of skin in the game from board.
They look to be positioning themselves for a hefty rise - perhaps either coming from material newsflow or a 3rd takeover bid. Or both....
Makes me think back to the recent Rock Stocks channel interview with Neil in which he said from current prices you could see a quick 100% uplift. Bid between 35-40p to come I wonder.
Neil still thinks we are here at bargain basement prices. He obviously is still allowed to buy shares (no blackout period).
I’ve often wondered why ALL seems to lag behind ALLIF and A11, sometimes +1p lower. Is there a reason for this (or not the case)? I topped up last week on the hope of some news next week. Hopefully many are waiting to buy on Monday in new ISAs. Fingers crossed positive news early next week followed by an overdue re-rate. GLA. CJ.
If that $500 is insider trading I'm sure the FCA equivalent will stomp down hard ;-) I'll take any kind of momentum here though!
On very low volume...maybe someone knows something and is very careful (Ha ha)

I think from Assore point of view their 33p bid was a bit opportunistic..they would have wanted it recommended by the BOD and not to go hostile as there is plenty of unrest from the opposition party before ratification..obviously with ratification and investment from MIIF the derisking will value the project a lot higher and Assore benefit from that in a big way so really a bit of a win win for them
They've already bidded twice without those elements and increase their stake this year.
Lithium continues to trend up.
Perhaps news next week. Gla.
£234m’s a bit of spare change then! Considering the return on the investment, easily worth 50p to them once ratification and environment approval is given as its completely derisked for them. Piedmont FID still lingering in my mind as that’s the final piece for us in terms of de risking (after offtake which seems a certainty)
C£1bn from a quick search
Can’t see another bid coming until ratification and Ghana listing. Major de risking events. A bid of 50p would cost assore £234m, anyone know what they’re actually worth?
Or we wake up tomorrow to a 3rd bid from Assore, this time at 40p and this time the board is compelled to take it to shareholders triggering an instant rerate to a more sane, albeit still undervalued market cap.
The expected news needs to drop and be positive and then we can start climbing out of this little hole we find ourselves in
All too familiar drop into 18s, difficult to understand given the expected news this quarter. Scratching my head but still holding on! GLA. CJ.

Agree. Assore could simply fill their boots at 19p and then put in a 40-50p offer and that would effectively be the same price as the previous 33p offers that got rejected (in terms of market cap). Would almost certainly get accepted too I expect
ALL's share comes from the final offtake which is soon to be announced to the market.
When will all raise their share of the funda to build mine?
Swest, Any thoughts on the final selection for offtake schedule, I know its slipped a couple of times, but I still have it due for announcement very soon..!!!
With Tianqi, Ganfeng and SIGMA's doubling down down pressure on Atlantic today is no surprise.
