Only C Suite get a bonus based on their delivery. AFC haven’t delivered anything. Buying product to brand as their own. In house fighting with management and paying off staff who they no longer want under pretences of bad work. Long hours with no reward.i would never recommend anyone working for this company .
Advice to management - please leave so the staff can actually get people who know how to run a company

If the ex employee is to be believed, it sounds like AFC's management is inept. Looks like DW's oft repeated allegation of managerial incompetence could be correct! It is worrying though.

Judging by reviews . Anyone with half a brain cell take reviews with a large pinch of salt.
Daz can you come back on here if the company crash and burn with " I told you so" instead of boring the pants off everyone please. Daily.

How is it a pitiful effort Pommy ? Despite all of Stocks wild ramping, red diesel ban, net zero, Ukraine war hiking the price of fuel, grid constraints, AFC on the cusp of the hockey stick, been in business 18 years and the SP IS STILL BELOW THE FLOTATION PRICE, I’d say we’re doing rather well !
So only a couple of disgruntled ex-employees over a 12 year period (out of hundreds).
The odds are that at least dozens of staff members over that time either produced lower than performance or timekeeping etc...
Thanks for pointing out what an amazing company AFC are to work for Daz/Garonne/D1ck. We should all be celebrating as any company would be overjoyed at such an amazing statistic!!

Glassdoor reviews are anonymous, they could be written by Daz aka Garonne aka JeffMils, DesertWorfCH01 aka TheTruthGB, Ade1234 aka loads of other names, or any other persistent long term AFC basher.
Reading that, it is the most fake review I could imagine, utter garbage!!
For a start, AFC have never done "Buying product to brand as their own", total BS.
Report it as fake, I am going to.
Report it as "none of the choices above apply" then put in that "Buying product to brand as their own" is a false claim as AFC do not buy any products to rebrand, they make all their own using their own IP, which is fact.
Also report the one from July 2022 as that is clearly fake and written by an AFC basher from here as well.
It says "They claim to be sustainable but they have tons of dangerous waste chemicals accumulated.....
Please avoid avoid...!!!" which is just like the posts written by the bashers on here, total lies.
As I keep saying, the bashers want to ruin this company just to make themselves a few quid shorting it, and these fake glassdoor reviews, plus the bog cleaner salesman TheTruthGB aka DesertwolfCH01 was doing the same on AFC's Twitter and LinkedIn posts.
