Eddie pointed that out to me yesterday OGGS…
It’s definitely a strange angle putting water first.
We all know that the Middle East, Australia and California are parched…
I like the photos of a sytem being integrated in to a hgv trailer as well as a smaller offeringvwhixh can be towed along as well
Website looks great, and the two features that stand out to me as progressive are the product availability and information section, as well as the make an enquiry. Overall the website is a positive step forwards.
I am still wondering about the nature of scale up though, there’s not one sales or marketing Role, so either they a) already feel they have enough sales and marketing staff in place (doesn’t seem likely?), b) pursuing a 100% or close partner sales strategy, or c) deciding that internal sales and marketing is not the top priority in the near term d) all of the above.
For me, this points to AFC knowing where the initial orders are coming from, and knowing what level of initial scale up they need to deliver whilst they finalise the other products. All we’re waiting for is the next wave of contracts and products before we fully scale up sales and marketing? All imo
That was exactly my first thought too Ogggs
Rather od that the front page mentions pure water before clean energy
Definitely think the new Website is a whole lot better!! I suspect the delay of the new site could be due to the extra MIS (management information) that AB mentioned at the AGM. He mentioned that they were looking to be able to “track” who was hitting the site and what they were looking at on it, as a means of identifying existing and potential clients, competitors etc and what they were looking at!!
I would imagine that this was a lot more involved than most normal websites and hence more involved than previously!! A lot in probably going on in the background that viewers are unaware of!!
Well done AFC on the new site and even more so if this is working!
Interesting spot Tetrolite..... Dr David B Harvey is Canadian .....En Sol develop / sell Methanol Fuel Cells......must be just a coincidence or another JV ?
Under Careers there are many vacancies with….
EnSol- Technical…..
EnSol- Development….
It’s bugging me….what does the abbreviation stand for?…..Energy Solutions? Strange but a company called Ensol is based in Surrey, Canada that deals in fuel cells lol.
I hope it comes good for you then! (And me.)
Do you Aim? You only post on AFC looking at your history.
Indeed it should cheek.. 3-5 years from now the oil giants will have gobbled up all promising renewable energy companies as part of the global transition to renewable energy. Let’s face it, at the minute we are pocket money..
The next six months should be the start of it all.
Well, I wouldn't bother talking this up Aim. I will wait the 3/5 years stipulated before adding anymore of my hard earned to this daily disaster. Meanwhile you and that Haggis bloke get on my last nerve.
Their previous website had been all but abandoned Aim. Not a good look for any company let alone one in development and touting for business. As long as they keep this one regularly updated and use it to promote the company's progress it will make a difference to the SP. It shows that the company is taking its nascent commercialisation seriously.
“Currently available to order”
Doesn’t that make our new website in part a sales platform?
Tv, ignore Aim the guy (I'm assuming it's a guy) is a ramping twat. He gets on my tits with his dumbasss comments as the S.P slides into oblivion. Apparantly we all need patience, a further 2 to 3 years patience and a lot of faith.
It’s way more professional than the last one.
Let the marketing begin @ Ben Bradshaw.
AIM. Love the sarcasm in your post but answer this. Where would Amazon and Ebay be without theirs?? This could be better than expected…
At last, AFC finally have a shop window. Positive start to next week. With many updates due over the coming weeks. All that’s needed now is a sector shift and we’re all in the money….
It has been a difficult 18 months holding strong at AFC as we all know ,
The coming weeks will hopefully see and end the downward trend .
Can’t wait for the blockbuster RNS at 7.00 am tomorrow
Aim
Out to provoke?
Found this diagram of the Extreme E Fuel Cell and how it works ...... shows "potential for other uses " power to the paddock ? Has this been noticed before ? https://www.afcenergy.com/media/fucbbgf3/how-extreme-e-charger-works.pdf
Ah yes - was assuming it would be in the ‘ Suited for demonstration, events, construction site’ bit…
So the L series is up to 40kw but they’re saying they can get 500-1mw out of the same size shipping container!? That’s a crazy difference. Am I missing something? Also what does delivering up to 500kw - 1mw actually mean? Is it 500kw or 1mw?
You must have scrolled past it Heath23....They mention EV charger as a choice of power configurations .....The 2.5 kW system must have been inspired by the trip to Bovington where similar systems were demonstarted by the Army....or they read my post 11th Jan @ 19:02 ;)
