I believe at the capital markets event in the centre of London finacial district, Afc will secure capital to speed up the Ammonia to Hydrogen cracker technology that huge numbers of Tier one companies have been coming to see at Afc headquarters. Then fasten your seatbelts because once that cracker is in full production, they'll need Space X to bring the share price back down.
Construction, if this was true, I think people would be loading up at 18p but with under 50 trades so far today, I don't see much interest.
AFC are not raising ANY cash at the capital markets event. There are sell side analysts invited, these are the people that tell their clients to buy the stock in the open market, no way would they be invited and expected to tell their clients to buy the stock in the open market if there was any sniff of raising involved, as the dell side analysts would then not tell their clients to buy in the open market.
LOGIC!!!
And you know what these analysts will do, they’ll look at the financials against what was promised and say but year after year there’s no traction, nothing to see here.
Believe what you like CN, but that's nonsense.
Actually Stockcheque
What I was getting at is I believe Afc will be getting a capital investor, just like ABB. Use your brains. The capital investor who ever it may be will see the massive potential here & a deal will be done, just like it was with ABB . This is in order to speed up mass manufacturing of the cracker, hence faster ssles & first mover advantage. If an investor doesn't invest at the Capital Markets Event. I can assure you, some big company will. I you all really so nieve to think company bosses don't think about & discuss these things at every opportunity!
CN,
AB has already said that strategic agreements will be made this year for the Ammonia Cracker and they are already in talks. These agreements are then expected to lead to sales of the Ammonia Cracker next year.
The Capital Markets Day has nothing to do with this, it is purely to try and wake the market up to how undervalued the BoD believe AFC is, to get the ii's, fund managers, and broker clients buying the stock.
Do you really want another ABB type deal CN ? Where we sell them something, then slash the price in half AND give them millions in free shares ?
I didn't say I wanted that sort of deal & I also didn't say it would happen at the capital markets event. What I do believe is it will be discussed with Afc Management & any potential company that provides the funds to speed the cracker progress up. Also I believe Afc are now alot more astute at doing deals. So we will see who is correct in time.
CN,
What you said was "I believe at the capital markets event in the centre of London finacial district, Afc will secure capital...."
That reads to me as AFC trying to secure funding at the event, but they won't be as that isn't what the event is designed for, and funding is done via the broker directly to ii's on a secretive basis.
CN is basically McStock talking to himself….onanism in extremis
Well done Git.... and your other allias, how long has it taken you to realise that lol.
Most long term holders on here knew that from the first post that construct made...laughable really.
What a complete narcissist you are.
Still holding 1.4 million shares....you are a very bitter shareholder who sold out with a loss and have a peverse vendetta against the company you once held shares in .....lolol.
At 56 years old and been investing since i first bought shares in the privatised utilities in the late eighties and being a carpet bagger in all the building societies.... never have i once gone on a forum and slated a share i once owned.
why do scum like you feel the need to bash a share you once owned shares in ??
JB
Well jolly good for you.....you're such a bright thing, aren't you? you saw Sid then and that makes you an expert, does it.... so much of an expert that you could have sold into the rise and been sat oh a healthy war chest, but no, you decide that greed is the best policy, and are now sat on shares which are only really showing a downward trajectory. Never mind, I'm sure that the power of wishful thinking and denial that you may have backed the wrong horse will outweigh the smoke and mirrors, jam tomorrow BS that the company issues.
Actually, if you have a look at many share boards, there is generally healthy discourse about the company, with each side of the argument being given a fait hearing. That is NOT WHAT HAPPENS HERE...anything that remotely challenges the delusional "all is good" narrative is shut down as vociferously as possible by the ubers. This is the reason that a few of us make a stand, simply having falsely positive narrative being peddled by the likes of McStock, etc. with no challenge is simply not healthy, and undemocratic.
You crack on, keep holding your shares, I'm quite happy holding my residual holding as well, only difference is, I'm not going to be crushingly disappointed at some point in the future.....
Oh, and yes, thanks for pointing out that McStock and Construct are one and the same....I really didn't get that until the recent light bulb moment.........as if.....
