“The company is very well placed for the year ahead and investors will have a lot of news to digest as we announce the remaining exploration results for 2021 and our investment plans for 2022. “
It’s at least possible to read that as suggesting investors can anticipate a broadly positive newsflow based on what was known/inferred on result publication. Volume is very thin just now - one out one in sort of thing. Little bit of positive reporting will likely improve on that.
Behind for reasons previously given, revised programme.
Revised targets for 2021 met, and suggestion of catch up activities.
For the record.

Crikey they went through a lot of cash last year, $34m Canadian!!!
So the reopening of Nalunaq maybe further off than I had thought given: "The Company is in the process of updating its Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and Social Impact Assessment (SIA), which it expects to complete over the course of the next year." And then the process of review by authorities thereafter.
Dear all,
We were delighted to have AEX Gold CEO Eldur Olafsson present at our April Webinar. AEX is such an interesting Junior Miner with a wide range of prospective mining projects. As Eldur says, Greenland is Elephant Country, and they have 4000 square kilometres of licences in the most prospective areas. To watch Eldur put the AEXG investment case, view here: https://youtu.be/ANQPzEF3XKs

In the early april stockbox interview Eldur mentiones that the current Cash position of the company is 25M (CAD so around 15M GBP).
-In the coming weeks we can expect several exploration updates on the other projects. (Vagar, Tartoq, Nanoq, Saqqaa, Norrearm
-They are currently planning a drilling/exploration program for 2022
- Further news on the Nalunaq mine / plant development plan
Plenty of things going on here.
Greenland is one of the few places in the world that is very unexplored and where there is still potential of a monster discovery. Let's see if AEX will find one.

I was just looking through the list and pleased to see the ‘local’ support. The pension fund caught my eye, and though longer-term shareholders will be aware, three sets of shareholders are acting in concert in Greenland. The ‘locals’ with Greenland at heart should be better informed than the rest of us.
SISA to become AEX Shareholder
Vækstfonden and Greenland Venture A/S, existing shareholders of AEX, have
recently entered into a cooperation agreement with SISA, a Greenlandic pension
fund, with a view to working together on recent investments in Greenland as
well as investing in companies with activities in Greenland. In the light of
this cooperation, Vækstfonden and Greenland Venture A/S have agreed to sell
approximately 1/3 of their shares in AEX Gold to SISA. The transaction is
expected to complete by late May at which point SISA will own 6.4%.
Eldur Olafsson, CEO of AEX Gold, said:
"This exercise is further endorsement by our long-term investors in their
support of AEX providing additional capital to the business. Furthermore, I am
very pleased to welcome SISA as a shareholder. As the only Greenlandic pensionfund this is a strong statement of support from them in our Greenland focussed strategy and is aligned with our long-term vision to build a full cycle,
Greenland gold mining company and partner to the country.”

in fairness Eldur indicated towards end of March, so I'd expect that to slip into April - just correlating the reality and what every other Mining CEO says.
Yes, lab results are pending for ages... Once it will be released we will likely get also updates on the exploration activities of the other projects and the progress on the processing plant so the next News Release will be a complete novel.
I prefer they give frequent updates instead of piling everything up.
Personally I’m bored stiff of this one. It still all hinges on drilling results and a big resource upgrade.
Is it very cheap or very expensive? Anyones guess, but these lab results are taking forever.
I wonder who is keeping this down.
We were delighted to catch up with with Eldur Olaffson, CEO at AEX Gold, the Greenlandic gold and green metals mining company. This CEO thinks differently than most others and it was a really good opportunity to hear him outline his Greenlandic-first philosophy and how that will help with the Nalunaq project and all the many others. AEXG obviously has an exciting future with a plethora of strong assets, and it's all about execution and delivery for them. Please watch the full video here: https://youtu.be/OYejZvw5G9k

Copied from website Greenland – Right Opportunity, Right Time? Alan Green talks to AEX Gold #AEXG CEO Eldur Olafsson. This AIM and TSX-V listed company’s principal asset is its 100% interest owned Nalunaq Project, an advanced exploration stage property with an exploitation license that includes the previously operating Nalunaq gold mine. The district scale portfolio of gold assets covers over 4,090km2, making it the largest portfolio of gold assets in Southern Greenland covering the two known gold belts in the region.
· Completed the 2021 Nalunaq core drilling programme, designed to increase gold resource and therefore funding optionality. Early results validate our expectations with:
51 drillholes completed, predominantly on Valley Block. Early analysis already confirmed 29 Main Vein intersections, with additional 10 possible intersections - this is an increase in success rates from historical drilling campaigns supporting AEX's Dolerite dyke structural model, providing a clear explanation for the location of high-grade gold features within the deposit;
Potential resource increase at Valley Block now significantly de-risked, supporting further planned Nalunaq drilling in 2022; and
o Full 2021 drilling programme assay results expected to be announced starting in early Q1 2022
Interesting. Shame the drill assay results from Ireland are not back in. So 51 holes drilled, 29 of them hit the main vein and possibly 41 altogether so that bodes well fir a big resource upgrade.
Another 50 million quid to finish the mine and we only have just over 20 million in the bank so let’s hope financing is an option. It should be if the test results are good and they can increase the resource to a couple of million ounces as they have indicated in the past as being feasible.
Drilling results have to be soon has something potentially leaked?
I will try not to read too much into it, this could be massive or it could just fizzle out.
Some decent buying today
For some early drilling results.
I’m still impressed with the progress. Short term we should get
The report on the bulkhead and any remediation work needed.
The engineering report on nalunaq and the costs to get the project underway.
Some drilling results at Nalunaq.
But only the drooling results will move this to any degree. Could they get a few million ounce resource as they suspect or will it be far less?
