Interesting presentation. Should hopefully start to get drill results back next month.
Good on them for finishing the camp and procuring do much of the processing equipment. They must be very confident on the drill results expanding the resource.
According to their roadmap we can expect a lot of news this month on the drilling and other exploration updates. There was also an update in the October corporate presentation on the mining equipment they’ve purchased for Nalunaq development. 50 man camp and infrastructure updates. Some exciting times ahead
Seems like quite a large discount to me!
LSE shares still on a small discount compared with Toronto. Currently 0.60CAD which is around 37GBX
Hopefully we see some 1st Nalunq drilling results in this month but guess the news flow will start in November. There was a tweet with a short view of Vagar from a helicopter. https://twitter.com/geologycharlie/status/1450730248354553856?s=21
I trade on the toronto tsx. Sometimes i see the weirdest volumes on the LSE. Now there is another 515k mentioned as sell yesterday…
Highly doubt these were actually sells.
Was someone really selling 650k aexg shares yesterday?
Late Oct and Nov will be exciting - hopefully lots of news flow from other explo.
Detail from the interview. They use a geo lab in Ireland.
Looks promising... but need to generate some revenue soon!

Eldur Olafsson, CEO of AEX, commented:
"I am very proud that AEX Gold has, over the last seven years, built the largest exploration land package in South Greenland. We have over 3870 km2 of licences and we intend to keep on increasing this.
In addition to the work we are doing to redevelop the high-grade Nalunaq mine, we are also focussed on unlocking value from our highly exciting gold and strategic mineral prospects in South Greenland.
We have an exploration team of highly skilled specialists who have been hard at work this year. This work has substantially increased our confidence in the huge potential we have for making more sizeable discoveries in the region. In addition to high-grade gold potential, our licences also have significant potential for strategic minerals (IOCG1, PGMs2, Graphite and REMs3), which are vital components for the decarbonisation cycle that the world is currently facing.
I am delighted to release this presentation on our wider exploration efforts, which we believe helps demonstrate the sheer scale of the opportunity that we have before us.
I look forward to providing updates to shareholders during what will be a very busy period for the Company, and I am confident that the work we are doing will unlock huge value for all our stakeholders."

First results of the 30.000m Nalunaq drilling campaign should come in the coming weeks. 3rd party engineering study is scheduled to be finalized in end Q3. Looking forward to see some updates
It definitely will attract more eyes on Greenland.
The Bluejay Disko claim is situated far up north in a really remote area. I wonder how many months per year it has good accessibility/ working conditions. In that perspective I think the AEX Sarqaa and Sava claims have also great potential for rare earths and battery metals. These claims are more south in a less remote area , and have better accessibility/weather conditions year round .
Gates and Bezos fund invests in Aim-listed rare earth miner
Billionaire-backed battery minerals venture will earn 51pc of Bluejay Mining's licence to drill for nickel and copper in Greenland

Hopefully it will help bring the opportunities and importance Greenland in to the limelight a little more.

Nice vote of confidence by the Directors in today's RNS, just over 400,000 shares over the last couple of days bought by the five directors.
Hopefully work will now start to happen at the Nalunaq having been put on hold by Greenland Government travel restrictions.
not on LSE but can view on Investigate

Am not sure I agree with that entirely. They refer to balanced financing and for that reason I suspect some debt financing is possible and all be based on positive drilling results. I agree that we will have to wait for that but I am confident given the scale and quality of the area that finance will not necessarily be that dilutive. This is a not a short term investment for sure but at these levels I think it is a good long term investment.
Interesting board appointment, seasoned turnaround specialist. As you say, bottom drawer play that'll pump when gold goes on the rampage again.
I posted this, back in February: "The company has said that it may need more capital, and that it plans to consult with shareholders. Best case scenario is that one or two of the existing shareholders (perhaps the SWF..?) can be persuaded to stump up for this in return for a discount, so existing shareholders will have to accept some dilution."
Looks like I was right (and Winnifrith was wrong...) about additional equity capital being needed. But it also looks like the existing major shareholders haven't (yet) bitten.
This looks very bottom-drawer-ish for the foreseeable future.
