Don't forget, no dilution or warrants. With contracts, the only way is up!
Been waiting for ages for the RNS to take this up to 10p
next i'll be waiting for the RNS to get us to 20p.
but it could come - as one contract leads to another, leads to another....UK Govt? If we add one big corporate name - one multinational....then 20p is in sight.
#ACRM - £6m mcap with 2.9m rev and £5.7m pipeline.
Explosive growth to come - akin to Ondo rise 👍
121m shares and 60% in tight hands 🙌
Have seen what shares with similar share register dynamics have done before…
Sharp and vicious breakouts 👌🤝
Time will tell, but the price move suggests that we have bottomed and that the market knows that news on a new contract is imminent. Hopefully bigger than the small ones seen.
Felt like there was momentum earlier this week.......................fizzled out yet again...............
Good question skid, and based on the trades since, which have been below the price, it does suggest that they were transfers. I thought it would give the SP some impetus but it hasn't and there's been no change of holding RNS either.
DD, where do the market makers get this stock ? This is a % of overall stock.
I don't think so. The executed prices were 5.50 and 5.70 - the prices were considerably above the ask, hence logic dictates they were buys and the price has had to go up to execute. Be interesting to see trades today, as that should confirm
Looks more like a transfer/rollover as buying and selling times so close.
Wow 2 chunky buys going through - around 2% of the MCAP.
#ACRM - Well worth a listen 🎧 54 mins in.
Summary from Charles:
▶️ Scale relatively cheaper
▶️ Public sector contracts - govt / public health / defence etc
▶️ Will continue to get more public sector contracts (1 sept uses then another one will) + no US partner contracts yet (expect 🔜)
▶️ Major move over next 12 mths
▶️ 3.5 to 5m recurring rev in 12 mths
▶️ Aim by Angus to hit 60p sp and get gobbled up by big software house (1-3yrs)
▶️ 96% renewals at higher price
▶️ Mcap very low for contracts it has and opportunity - wildly undervalued
▶️ 2m recurring rev with 80% profit margins
▶️ Lots of green flags / no red flags; critical for small caps
▶️ Need to reach economies of scale and then will become extremely profitable quickly
▶️ Smaller contracts likely to become bigger over time; smaller scale contracts to test software
▶️Good to scale up slowly initially to ensure no major snags hit early.
▶️ Under NDA’s with clients - if known, market would take note (eg MOD mentioned prior in here)

Tremendous value for mid term perspective.
No debt - CLN’s/ warrants.
▶️ 2.4m sales
▶️ 4m contract pipeline
▶️ Renewal rate 96%
▶️ Renewal value 124%
▶️ Close to 60% share register held by BOD or TR1’s
▶️ RTO Deal price 6.5p
£6 mcap / 5.15p
Still early - 7/8p 1st target 🎯
Expect few more contract wins and maybe business update ahead of y/e.
This looks good. 👍
Re rate looks to be in progress
Oversold from 10p
Share to watch for 2024 imo
Yes - topped up (the 44k at about 10 at 5p).
Hopefully a nice rise from here with 5p as the base. Hopefully a re rate of AIM/ micro cap overal, a bit of a Santa rally as well as company specific news.
Anyone on here tozzer jt or they knowitall from X ?
Looks like I'm timed my entry right for once, with my purchase at 4.25 some 10 days ago. Lots more buys again today.
Skid - did you bite the bullet?
Did listen to the charles archer pod, thanks for posting.
Although directionally he is correct I dont think he understood the economics of a SaaS business, particularly the ramping of ARR and cost ratios.
As is usual with tech a large proportion of orders in Q4 / Dec dont add much to revenue but increase ARR.
Key will be go to market model and use of sales channels (and their margin). Sales channels execution, especially for geographic expansion, key to success.
I have been impressed with any interview / communication from the CEO - really seems clued up, focused both strategically and operationally.
Have some spare cash so hoped todays rise wouldnt have happened.
Lots of buys going through today, I wonder if news is imminent
Took a long time to clear the seller but looks as if we are now on the way up. Very cheap at these levels and the market knows it. DYOR
Wonderful opportunity to accumulate down at these low prices - 5m mcap is a mere snip.
Talk is cheap
54mins in for great nearly 10min chat on ACRM.

Very bullish after listening.
Great growth potential from here.

That's more like it.
£128ks worth I think you'll find........so 2% of the shares which is pretty significant
