The ebb and flow of stock trading eh..... The fundamentals look solid and p/e is not yet ugly. Forecast numbers look great and so, does one look at this dip as an opportunity to add or bail. Personally I like this stock. A Uk tech firm in growth mode. Just dont have all your eggs in one basket. Good luck
Can anyone explain why the SP has been on a downward trend lately. I don't see anything negative at all
Tony
Dear S. We buy another firm and the shares go up - the Chairman and his wife sell some some (To satisfy Institutional Demand) and the shares go down. This information would normally have maintained at least the Status Quo in my view but in view of the drastic, or even calamitous events taking place in parliament perhaps that is the Real Deal. ----- Yours, Max.
Strength to strength is the phrase that springs to mind. . .
Brilliant news following our short discussion. Management not afraid to move silently and quickly to acquire good companies with somewhat similar aims and ideals. Welcome to the new members in California !!! ----- Yours, Max.
Have you come across any reports of the recent conference held in Germany ? I was hoping there might have been some follow up since we may be deprived of the membership of such organisations following a possible NO- DEAL Exit. ----- Yours, Max.
Glad to see the SP has more then regained its earlier price drop. Just had to pick some more up at 2282 and await this year’s results. Feeling positive with the expansion of the company even if it increased this year’s costs.
The unknowns are when the price is half way between buy and sell price and therefore the computers can’t say what type of transaction they are. I suspect the big value transactions were delayed as they took a long time to fill. What is good news is that someone is taking big stakes and if this is an institutional investor that bodes well for us all.
Dear SmokeyR, thanks for your note. Looking at the trades, the two you mention and the following two were all delayed publication from the morning shift, transferred to the last trades of the day. Don't know any reason for that. In scrolling down the trades list for today, I noticed eight (8) were marked Not Buys-- Not Sells-- but as Unknowns!
Never ever seen this before. ----- Yours, Max.
Some serious investment here . . .
Well found, Smokey Rose ! Any thoughts on this development ?
It seems that choosing the right sysytem for simulation is very important to the race team. I wonder how long it might take for any improvements to show in actual racing conditions.----- Yours, Max.

RNS 4th July.
Wonder whether Rob Hart will stay a little bit longer until she joins, as he was due to leave July/August from memory.
Appointment of Chief Financial Officer
AB Dynamics (AIM: ABDP), the designer, manufacturer and supplier of advanced testing systems and measurement products to the global automotive market, is pleased to announce the appointment of Sarah Matthews-DeMers as Chief Financial Officer and she will join the Board with effect from 4 November 2019.
Anyone got information about this conference, please. I did see a note and I think it was on Morningstar but now cannot find it, frustrating !! ----- Yours, Max.
Mixing of pedestrians and vehicles causing a lot of peoblems there and pointing up the need for vehicles to be made sentisized in moving through city streets. If the authorities there do well then other cities will wish to copy. ABDP are working closely with Dr Lin and his staff to provide vehicle testing systems to bring about this desired outcome. I wonder what are the most favoured vehicles in such a large busy city ? ----- Yours, Max.
Thank you for your response and the note for investors. Jeremy gives a very illuminating account which is very satisfying. Seems great progress is being made in Shanghai and will continue according to Dr Lin.
------ Yours, Max.
Thanks Max. They went ex dividend 2nd May so think it’s just the normal ups and downs. Note that they have a News article about a customer in China on their News page in their investors page.
Glad you're keeping an eye on things, but they don't make beer, to my knowledge. I was reading about the directors on the website and two of them are Fellows of Engineering so may be practiced in the testing of such products !
I see the shares have gone XD so this may account for the drop today. ----- Yours, Max.
Look at buys today - several million pounds worth . . . Something’s brewing . . .
very strong buys .
I’m with IG and I can see 7 shares I’m entitled to purchase on my account that I can get during working hours tomorrow.
Think I’ll take them up at 2200p each to add to my holding.
Astounding!
most of my posts are meaningless .
Thank you both for your posts, I thought, Mr BRT that you must have known quite a lot with having posted nearly a thousand times somewhere. The company can now "guess" how many people will apply for the Open Offer. I shall sit and watch ! ----- Yours, Max.
Thank you , I know all of that . I wanted to express my " Wow " into the fact how quickly they raised money and without the need of underwriter .
