suggest everyone goes and reads imtk rns' for the back ground here
http://www.lse.co.uk/share-regulatory-news.asp?page=2&shareprice=IMTK
I suspect vin is knocking about here personally.
Vin Murria did have a stake in IMTK via a Holding RNS of some 2% from recall PRIOR to making known her proposal to become a 29%+ Strategic Investor.
Ok. Vin Murria never did take a stake here. Interesting that was being discussed at the same time as she invested in Pythagoras. I assume she was interested in the IMTK business and not using a shell. But who knows?
The buyer waiting when price drops...
From the IMTK RNS, one will find that Angus Forrest, CEO left once the co had sold the business to the American co.
Mr Forrest also informed the name of the co will change to Abal plc.
At the time, people thought it rather puzzling as to the unusual name of Abal.
From further RNS, from recall, Mr Forrest said that post Vin Murria as a Strategic Investors [some 29%+ at 2p], the co were talking to other investors including CURRENT investors.
All that is from the official RNS.
Filling in since many are new to the forum.
Thur 2 May 2019
It is also the name of a wild desert shrub!! Wow maybe we are being taken over by some guy with an oil field in the desert!!
Vin is Interesting. Murria founded the PS Foundation in 2007 to help educate young women in India and the UK.[14] The foundation is named after her mother.[1]
From the Official Companies House, UK [Govt]
"Abal Group plc"
Previous co names: "Imaginatek plc - period 24 Oct 2006 - 5 Feb 2019"
"Imaginatek Ltd 1 Mar 2000 -24 Oct 2006."
Link: https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/03936915
Comment:
So, life started as Imaginatek Ltd, a limited co that became a plc as above.
Per Angus Forrest, the former CEO of Imaginatek, the name change would take effect on 5 Feb 2019. CLICK Companies House icon Filing History and it shows "Co name change resolution on 28.1.19 and Change of Name Notice dated 5 Feb 2019.
From Filing History [Co*s House] one will see the termination of Angus Forrest as CEO of Imaginatek plc.
CLICK People icon [Co*s House] and it shows that there is NO CEO currently for Abal Plc.
Read the Abal RNS and it shows they are waiting for the usual clearance for the next incoming director.
Hey! In bangali language abal means “silly guy” so maybe we are being taken over by a complete numpty... Absolute tripe being spouted around
Quick search will tell you she was born in Punjab, INDIA
So the idea is that Vin Murria has named the company after an ancestor's home and that she will take a stake and reverse Pythagoras Comms into it. She has invested £2m in Pythagoras so a listing may happen there. But I'm not sure of the connection here - well there is none!
I think we'll all looking for a Antos Glogowski or even Chris Akers to set it alight. I have patience and will buy more on dips.
Anyway James Henley must be in the know
Search: Punjab, India: "Is Punjab part of Pakistan or India? A: Part of Punjab on the western side went to Pakistan & the remaining to India." "In 1947 the Punjab province of British India was divided into West Punjab East Punjab." "GUIDE: ABAL [PUNJAB] PAKISTAN"- Tripmondo
No idea why this is being talked about but there is a Punjab in Pakistan
"Punjab is Pakistan's second largest province by area, after Balochistan, and it is the most populated province, with an estimated population of 110,012,442 as of 2017. Wikipedia"
There is also an Abal in Punjab (Pakistan)
Abal in Punjab is a town in Pakistan about 208 mi (or 334 km) south of Islamabad, the country's capital city.
But I repeat it has nothing to do with this stock. Abal is just a temporary name.
We can expect share price to rise and fall back until news of reverse takeover. Probably be around 0.80 by close.
There is NO area in Punjab called abal. Punjab is in India. There is a small town in Pakistan called abal. Vin murria is from Punjab which is in India! But hey it’s close enough for a good old ramp right! What a crock
This is either impressive research or a tedious link... Hoping the research is spot on..
It's a cash shell sure it's going to be volatile. Volume speaks for itself. Wake me up when it's 5p.
Abal is the region in the Punjab where Vin Murria was born. Coincidence? That’s where PEEL shares went. Not the market? Why was stock so tight? hTtps://twitter.com/michael26645846/status/1123865659149094913?s=21
If it tanks to 70p smithy i will buy you a swft half. Lol
Well currently 35% up. 1.70 is more likely than 0.70 IMO. Just had the wind taken out of it's sails yesterday with the 2 selling holdings RNS's
Will it tank back to 70p!!! ...seems a sell off is on
Would of thought the mms had gathered enough shares over the last few weeks
