Hi TZZ, Great to see you on board! I can see you are interested in another Port operation in India, but was wondering what were the specific things that took your fancy to AAAP?

seems to be the calm before the storm ,

It appears that further contracts are now being placed following the completion of the loan finance. Can't read the full article, but the link below reveals a contract for circa $3bn. I would expect Comarco to be able to announce some significant contracts in the near future:
https://www.tradewindsnews.com/gas/mozambique-lng-poised-to-book-newbuildings-in-mammoth-deal/2-1-821677
Quoted me 4.99p to sell 50,000 shares but NT to buy £10's worth!
More trades going through Aquis (prev. NEX Exchange):
08/06/2020 13:11 30,000 4.99
08/06/2020 13:04 90,240 5.5
08/06/2020 08:41 5,000 5.4
$15 billion loan finance completed:
https://www.rigzone.com/news/wire/mozambique_lng_project_raises_15b_of_debt-05-jun-2020-162314-article/
Extract:
"(Bloomberg) -- Total SA’s liquefied natural gas project in Mozambique raised $15 billion of debt -- about the same size as the African country’s economy -- exceeding a funding target even as the virus pandemic threatens the global financial system."
Looks like the delayed ExxonMobil project may go ahead next year according to an article just released:

missed this Twitter post from Andrew Monk the other day:

@AmonkMonkey
SA Banks just announced $15bn funding for Total and Mozambique LNG - very good news for
@ComarcoGroup
and AAAP.L Covid 19 wont stop this being built and wil generate huge profits for port
Dont get back here as often as id like but just checked in after seeing an Andrew Monk tweet and very happy to get an update, esp on the RTO.
Updates are so important to investors and although this one is a bit mixed, with the longstop date being moved out yet again, now to 31st Aug not being the best news but understandable in the circumstances. The Dynamic Intertrade news is great though. Not badly affected by the covid situation and actually increasing trade is amazing. Lets hope it continues in the same vein going forward. Other plans for the future look positive, with the continuing strong link with Comarco. More patience required of course but seems like the pieces are slowly coming together.
GLA
OK, so we didn't move the advertised spread but the actual spread has moved!
I've just bought more, own just under 0.5% not huge compared to some.
PS we have moved the price now!
I agree, considering there isn't much stock available!
I have been buying consistently over the last 2 months and is my biggest holding in the UK listed bucket.
I tried buying 100k earlier on and could only buy 30k which is not showing up.....
I also agree, this stock/story is completely overlooked and with the recent RNS also derisking AAAP with the great performance from existing Cape Town business....

Very positive RNS from AAAP.L this morning with revenues doubling - also progress on
@ComarcoGroup
which has great potential - sadly stock unloved by everyone but me :-( but time will prove me right
All resolutions passed, but no update on the RTO at the moment:
https://investegate.co.uk/anglo-african-ag-plc--aaap-/prn/result-of-agm/20200430120734P5FC6/
24/04/2020 08:16 35,000 3.9
20/04/2020 08:16 12,820 3.9
So looking at past posts I see a lot of people criticising carefour when he was right this is going on too long. The poor person looks like he was down a lot of money and I hope he is okay. I have this share on my watch list but I wouldn’t invest a large amount unless I see a dramatic change it has to right up there with one of the most boring shares.
..since the end of March when negotiations were supposed to be tied up. Given the circumstances it would be nice to have some sort of update for shareholders on how talks with Comarco are going.
All i want to know is wether the rto is still happening
Looks like Total's Mozambique LNG Project is still on track:
http://chemindigest.com/totals-mozambique-lng-project-aiming-to-expand-with-2-lng-train-additions/
Extract:
“We’re starting to look at studies for train 3 and train 4, because the resources are clearly there to develop,” Mike Sangster, head of Total Exploration and Production for Nigeria, told at an oil conference in Cape Town, South Africa.
Total concluded the acquisition of Anadarko’s 26.5% interest in the Mozambique LNG project for $ 3.9 billion in September as part of its takeover of Anadarko’s Africa assets that included projects in Ghana and Algeria.
The firm said in September that the Mozambique project included the construction of a two-train liquefaction plant with a capacity of 12.9 million tons per year.
The firm has said 90% of Mozambique LNG was already sold under long-term contracts largely indexed to the oil price.
Oh not checked in here for a while, only have a small amount in here at .8 I think before consolidation so need at least 100% from here. Hopefully the company is at least breaking even now with the likes of GR off the payroll. Market cap must be similar to cash in the bank.
Shack if your invested here, try reading the last rns. It always pays to do a little basic research.
George Roach has resigned so his salary is not an issue
Brief mention maybe but very positive. All we need now is for negotiations to finish and the rto to happen. Im sure im not the only one here feeling impatient after what seems like a very long wait.
Lost more than half it’s value since consolidation, George Roach been paid for doing very little here has me a bit concerned.
Hi Bloodshot, I think link should work:
https://soundcloud.com/user-596578261/vsa-capital-episode-4
However, only a brief mention on AAAP/Comarco basically saying that whilst one of the Mozambique projects has been delayed, the Total project is up and running and will create 55,000 direct jobs. All of the Comarco craft are fully utilized at the moment and they could do with more.
News should be positive when we get it.
