I wonder if the shares will be suspended on Thursday pending the issue of the Prospectus and IPO with Comarco.
Worth a read.

Is Mozambique the World's next great energy superpower?
Extract:
Like many other countries which have suddenly found rich and abundant natural resources within their borders, Mozambique is taking proactive efforts to ensure that local people and businesses benefit. A robust set of local content policies have already been implemented. Known as the ‘National Content Strategy’ the policy focuses on three pillars:
Operators are encouraged to employ Mozambican citizens with appropriate qualifications at all levels of their organisation (or as sub-contractors).
The development and implementation of effective training programmes for Mozambican employees in each phase and level of operations of projects.
Operators are encouraged to engage in the preferential purchasing of local goods and services when internationally comparable in terms of quality, availability, quality and price.
With such policies in place it is hoped that Mozambique’s local workers and businesses will be able to derive a short and long term benefit from the country’s hydrocarbon windfall.

but worth re-reading as the RTO is on course to complete:

My first visit back here for a while..confident enough of my investment not to keep checking daily..or even weekly...glad that carrefour is learning to do the same.
Everything is going to plan. Just need to relax now and let things unfold in their own time.
AAAP GM tomorrow to approve RTO, consolidation and equity raise. Don't think there is any doubt all of the motions will be passed and with any luck not too long before we hear further news from Comarco on contract wins both for the Port and the LNG projects in Mozambique.
Don't think it is going to be long before further downstream contracts are announced given the recent announcements by the various consortia:
https://www.reuters.com/article/us-exxon-mobil-mozambique/exxon-will-not-take-final-decision-
/news/2019/10/10/exxon-awards-13-billion-in-mozambique-lng-contracts
Extract
"Exxon approved spending of more than $500 million for preliminary works before a final investment decision next year, the energy giant said Tuesday from the Mozambican capital, Maputo. Exxon’s plant is planned to produce 15.2 million tons of LNG per year, higher than another project that Total SA is developing in the same region with capacity of 12.9 million tons."
Its a nice presentation. I believe they have also attracted some iron ore contracts since they come up with the conditions of the rto, with more long term contracts and incoming lpg the comarco balance sheet won't look such a mess and the directors paying off the debts should have a nice clean slate to start as Agulhas Group.
Just re-read the presentation. Once the RTO completes and the contracts are announced, I foresee significant interest from Institutional Investors.

I don’t want to upset anyone on here that’s not my attention sorry if you feel that way. I will be taking a break on this board from posting for a while as I don’t think there is much more to say on this share now until the RTO gets done. All the best
what is upsetting a2b can you let me know? Thanks
If you look through your mail you might have a idea of whats going on even the last rns is massive clue. Honestly reading your ignorance is really upsetting.
Are we nearer to news I wonder
6% up
Thanks Carrefour
Yes Carrefour probably nearer to 70% now
Usually a CEO would put say 50.000 in a share but for someone like Mike a investor to put 750.000 surely this must mean something and he wants to buy more but that would go past the 30% so he has to hold back
Total holdings were around 63% or 64% here but Mike bought a load more recently so what is the new collective holdings Please?
This is a very large amount to be invested by Mike and you don't usually see this kind of amount by other investors in micro small cap share companies
Not sure if this link has been posted on what will be the new Agulhas Group:
http://www.aaaplc.com/media/Commando-Final-Presentation-20191001-01-Public-2.pdf
Mike has 750.000 invested and he would buy more if he could do if this isn't a endorsement to buy then I don't know what is.
Hi Mike, thanks again for your input.
Given the opportunities that could/will be available to Comarco at both the Port in Mombasa and the opportunities in Mozambique, I would have thought the raising of funds will not be an issue and the RTO will complete.
A tremendous opportunities for investors in AAAP at the current price IMHO.
Buys going through as sells again....
Added a few more today.
