Yes you would have thought more people would have invested on Mike's investment only where its a very large amount
When the most relaxed investor is the one with the most to lose it must say something? Anyone still unsure after re reading Bigmjs posting history on this might be better suited to premium bonds imho. How often do you get someone with a verifiable £750k investment posting reassuringly on BB’s FFS?
please Dshox you have said loads of stupid things on here and don't think I'm stupid enough to have forgotten them
Cheers Mike
The chances of this RTO not happening are less than 1% IMO and I am also very confident it will happen this year, most likely late October / early November would be my guess.
If for some very unlikely reason it doesn't happen, we go back to being the small company that we started off as, get the £1m loan repaid from Commarco and look for investments we can use that money for.
The current SP is a no brainer, the downside is virtually zero, if I didn't already own just short of the all important 30% I would be buying all of the shares I could get my hands on , don't forget I have £750k of my own money invested here and wouldn't have done so unless I had met everyone involved with the deal and was confident it was going to happen
And Mike I know you said your 100% confident this RTO will happen but if for some reason it don't can you reassure us investors what happens then to are investment. Because this is a question that hasn't been answered by the board what happens if no RTO I need to know please. Thanks
Mike in your opinion will this RTO be done this year so this new company can start rocking and rolling?
Hi Guys
Please remember that I do have a day job and am not an employee of AAAP or have any duty to post here, although I do accept as a large shareholder and influencer that it reassures other holders when I do post.
The news was neutral and expected in my opinion so I don't see why anyone would be concerned, clearly we are inching towards completing the RTO and then the fun will really start. Whilst we are in this limbo period its very difficult for Commarco to do some of the things they would hope for, including seizing new opportunities and raising the investment they might need to do so. The consolidation doesn't have any effect on any of us
Need this RTO to get sorted and get the deals rolling in from Anadarko. This RTO has taken too long and it’s a very frustrating share at the moment.
Instead of owning 20 shares once consolidate you will own 1. Then once the consolidation is complete the company will do a share placing of 15 Million shares plus another 7 total 23 Million.
Roughly speaking after they consolidate their will be 19399197.7 shares "387 983 954/20=19399197.7 At this point to us share holders our value would be about the same. Once they add the 23 Million then the price is diluted and our share are worth less.
What is going on here now I would have thought you would have made the first post this morning to inform us all
What does this now mean for us shareholders?
Thanks for the update Mike. Quite happy to sit this one out as I feel the rewards will be worth the wait.
Thanks for replying to my question Mike
Hi Guys , I understand your concerns but am 100% confident this RTI will happen , I have met with the Commarco guys & directors of AAAP , Everyone is onboard and want this deal to happen , please trust me on this and be patient , shouldn’t be too far away from being done but things in Africa can take a lot longer and the deal is fairly complex.
You have made many posts on most things here so what happens to us shareholders if this RTO falls through?
As you are an seasoned investor you will know that on most occasions business deals that are taking too long to complete usually means there is something seriously wrong so I know you said in Africa things take longer but yourself and David, George, and Andrew haven’t said what happens to us investors if this RTO doesn’t happen?
The frustrating thing at the moment is the SP won't be allowed to move above 0.50 until this RTO gets sorted
So with the board members David, George leaving what would happen if this RTO didn’t happen?
Mike can you please let me know what would happen to my investment If this RTO fell through?
Thanks RoH & CF, I agree that with the Mozambique Anadarko project starting to swiftly unfold the time horizon RoH has mentioned for the true value to unfold is correct. RTOs are always tricky to access and if the estimated IPO price (0.50p) is already at the base of the range then there isn't much 'On the face of it' to gain at the moment, but there isn't much of a chance for this in going lower either. Does anyone here know any estimations of when the RTO/new company will happen, as the procurement process at Anadarko Mozambique is alive and kicking already?
When I look at other shares with similar sp plus business model etc this share does seem to have a lot more potential than others. The only thing we need to get things moving now
From the June rns, the transaction between AAA and Comarco is being conducted at 0.5 p per share, so I hope we can take from that that the ipo will be at least that price. I’m hopeful the ipo will attract institutional money based on the vast developments and amount of money which could flow through Mombasa and the new Agulhas Mozambique operations. I’m also hopeful that at today’s share price we are in at the bottom of what will be a steady and sustained share price increase as the port develops and capitalises on its unique geographical advantages. So I’m staying in here for what I hope will be a very profitable 2 or 3 years because I think it might take that long to make multiples. If people sell straight after the ipo I think they will miss out on the big gains. Anyway, just my opinion. Good luck all.
I don’t know Mogbear to be honest with you. I think a few other posters think this will go up to maybe 0.75 once the RTO is completed. I was hoping it would hit 1.5 to 2p on completion but it was probably wishful thinking on my behalf. 1 year ago on just speculation of an RTO the sp hit 1.10p so you can see why I’m a bit disappointed with any thing less than 1.5p
I am aware that the RTO prospectus will lay out the details of the RTO between AAAP-Comarco, but does anyone here believes that it would be better to aquire shares before the prospectus is released?
