Hi Brom - I just want to change the narrative so that we can get back to what is important here - 88E and its shareholders - I could think of no better thread heading than one of our longest term holders and someone has used the Board impeccably in not responding to trolls (unlike me where I sometimes allow my frustrations with negativities to take over) and nor do you ramp/deramp, predict or make unresearched observations. So Brom thank you for keeping sane whilst all around seems to be going mad. Surely we must ALL avoid responding to the non-invested (Scot, Older, Dealer, Toffers) who are stealing the narrative on this Board for their own egotistical/financial reasons. I favour reporting them for either abuse or disruption, whichever they stray into and then greenbinning them. If we ALL take this approach then surely we can rid the Board of these despicable types AND get back to just discussing where we think 88E will end up. I can only assume by the fact that you still post here, that you still have some “skin in the game” and therefore like myself you are being patient and believing in better times ahead? Thanks again Brom for being the voice of sanity for so long.

I am not sure if reporting posters would do any good unless they breach the rules and in any case they are welcome to their opinions (even if Iwe don't alway like them!).
In my view its best to either filter and ignore or if you choose not to then to use their posts as a direction for research.
I am not from an O & G background although son in law & son are directly employed in O & G and not ex broker / financial markets either so always plenty to learn.
Cheers
Hi Brom - thanks for your response. I think abuse or disruption are 2 different criteria that can be used for reporting posters and I think the aforementioned breach one or other of these quite frequently. You are clearly a tolerant man but if enough shareholders report these types then there is a chance to remove them. I take your point about their opinions AND IF they were invested here, I would genuinely be more inclined to give them more leeway. The fact they are not, makes me feel their intentions are disingenuous and therefore they do not deserve to clog up our Board. All 88E shareholders on this Board have the right to decide how they treat them - I am still an advocate of reporting them and greenbinning them. Back to 88E and your son and son-in-law, do they feel 88E might now be alright post our last two flow test results? Thanks Red.

Redirons - whipping up a campaign to report me and others like me is deeply unethical. I have not breached any of the lse rules. I don't abuse anyone. I don't disseminate false or misleading information - ever. I provide citations and links to source documents. Any calculations I post, I show my working. I am honest and ethical.
Just because you do not enjoy reading my content does not make it untruthful. You have no reason whatsoever to report me except that you're down on your investment in 88E and upset with my content. How can you possibly think it ethical to ban me when you have not identified a single instance where I have broker the lse rules.
If Admin do indeed investigate your supposed report about me, why don't you refer them to a post of mine which has been dishonest or untruthful or inaccurate? You won't be able to because I have only posted facts and shown all my working on calculations.
If you make an accusation, you have to have evidence. You have none. Fact.
Here's an idea. Why don't you volunteer to collate questions from forum members and promise to contact the company seeking answers on their behalf?
No-one forced you to buy 88E shares, did they Redirons? It's past time you took responsibility for your own investment decisions. Instead of lashing out at folk who clearly have done hundreds of hours more research than you have, how about asking pertinent questions of 88E management to answer your concerns.
Redirons, whats up. Seriously underwater? Learn to invest intelligently. The sp is at all time Loos says it all. A huge cash call is imminent, further damaging the sp. Remember. Not one share is owned by any Director.
Scot,
Please continue to post your excellent content, which is as you say very accurate and factual.
As an example of the lengths disgruntled investors here will go to remove content they feel shows up their poor understanding and poor investment choice in 88e, there was an effort to have my post detailing the P&A of Hickory 1 well removed. The post was indeed removed. It was claimed this was 'FUD' and there was 'no evidence'.
Not only was the P&A detailed in the recent rns, but also was well documented on other sources/websites, including the rig move and temporary closure of the Dalton.
The SP is EXACTLY as I forecast in my posts from just a few weeks ago. I highlight the 4 barrels of oil produced AS EVIDENCED by the same rns as a reason for the SP decline. That as well as the facts of 88e's cash position and liabilities meaning that a capital raise is *extremely* likely, and very soon.
Yet this is seen as somehow 'FUD'.
I repeat - the investment case here has no legs. The SP will bob around here and then decline as the inevitable capital raise approaches in order for 88e to remain solvent into and beyond Summer.
I predict a SP of 0.1p by end of May, probably earlier, and certainly lower still after a capital raise by the company. On this basis I continue to state 88e is a Strong Sell, as I have (correctly) called for many weeks now.
Challenge/discuss.
End.

Scot, you need to read your own posts. You have abused the general 88E crowd in the past. Fact. Also, you do twist things for your own arguments. I don’t think you are honest.
Scot ' I am honest and ethical', but it's okay for you to come onto 88E board and tell members to sell up and join PANR instead? Shame on you.
You'll be seriously under water if you take Brombarb to be some sort of guiding light. Over 30,000 posts on this board over the years. Certified wrong 'un.
