Whilst Paul is in charge it will always be stripped by greed ,if he actually owned more shares then you could get a little more positive…see if the overpaid git can get some more contracts signed up and actually use the funds to grow the business!!
Still aload of bull@#@@ they are hiding, administration costs £3,million ?
Never making profit?
I was wondering yesterday when we might see interim results. I really hope Paul can build on this and keep the positive news flowing. Is this the turnaround we've all been waiting for?
If this carries on we may break into the top footsie...................(sorry)
so far.
very positive
The SP has a 17.4% spread right now, quickly eroding any profit to be made in the short-term. Buyer beware, you will need a big uplift to break even atm.
DYOR
Not sure I agree with keeping him…don’t know the guy but he gets a huge salary for barely making a profit…maybe the next leg up needs a new captain….
As I said a some time ago, these turnarounds take time especially as a SME. This is a very promising set of interims and if they can keep it up we should all be +ve and support Paul (rather than **** him off) as he takes 7D forward.
In fairness the share price can shift at times…we may be booming over the next couple of weeks ….
RNS would suggest so. Not going to get my hopes up though.
Is the company actually in some sort of profit moment here???
Paul needs to go and fast.
In two months, difficult to know what to think, especially when it’s one of the major shareholders is the creditor. I have not really analysed the past two years RNS to ascertain the total income due in this financial year , is it a loan of use or not, is it of benefit to the company and PI’s ? It just worries me that the money is going to PL and his mates!!
Most are 80 to 90 per cent down on this akthough those who took the huge placing at 6p a few years ago have no chance of money back.
Placings needed to pay over inflated salaries etc. Worthless stock and I have written off my small investment. Had a lot of money in this dawg at one stage....
Can’t see any wanting to commit any more in here..only reason I’m still here is for that 5% chance they actually start making a profit after all these so called contracts
Well well well.
I'm going to call myself out here. I expected a spike. Nada. Absolutely squat.
100 million percent wrong.
Strange on LinkedIn they are still hiring into new roles…something don’t smell nice about this company…
Worthy of the £407,000 he took from the company in the last financial year to the 31/12/2022, I can answer that NO.
I have been in/out of this share, currently out but today’s news puts me off, there are no reasons to buy, nothing has changed, working capital for what exactly? Wages and administration expenses??
Still can’t turn a profit after how many years ,and still Paul langworthy remains in charge ….unbelievable Geoff
raises more questions though, Tamir Koch lent the same amount of money in June and they are repaying in full the 50000 drawn on that loan. Koch is also stepping down as Chairman. Is there trouble behind the scenes. Langworthy has not delivered on his promises.
Better than issuing 500 million more shares at 0.1p which I suspect the 27% shareholder was worried about - better to provide a loan and avoid significant dilution - yep I expect a 20% rise today imo
What do you guys all think.
To be quite honest I don't really know whether I think it's great, good or meh.
I am expecting a spike in the SP today though.
Surely some sort of news re cash is due ..they had 0.4 million in bank as of end of last year…they spoke about new contracts and resigning deals with existing customers,so has that cash balance grown or we heading into overdraft zone ??…thanks bod for keeping us up to date …waste of space
They do spend time on LinkedIn congratulating their exercise clients companies on increased business !!!……brilliant when their own company is failing its shareholders…like I said a month ago it must be running on fresh air by now
