The rerate will happen once the clever money sees the amazing value being accumulated here. I really cannot see what the complaint is regarding today's excellent news. A few good posters here understand what is happening. They are quite knowledgeable and understand how the value is being built.
I assume you became a genuine shareholder yesterday then OSV ?
You should make a profit from here, it's the LTH's that may never see their investment back let alone a profit.
If Bird manages to get this to 5p I will be one of the first to praise him, but until he creates shareholder value I think he's failed us. I would have thought finally getting a good RNS regarding Manica would have moved the dial more than 10% today though.
A good day for all genuine shareholders. Well done Colin Bird and the board for delivering.
Lucky, didn't Bird, if you can believe what he says, state in the last interview that they got the high grade portion up to 1%
Losses were higher though so they may not even ore sort the high grade portion, as I recall he said anything below ~.32 would go through ore sorting..
That's a no then OldColsBird !
You win on the challenge to post something positive to reflect all the work put in by the board on shareholder's behalf though.
I couldn't find any.......
It will be interesting to see the reducing in cut off grade. Could they possible get it to 0.1?
Thanks for putting that up gixxer.
So exactly where will that profitability come from beyond ‘just’ the increase in resource?
The effect of economy of scale that will increase the operating margins. A lot of the cost in processing is labour, which includes people working at the mine face, plant operators, processing plant workers, upper management staff, accountants, site safety and HR personnel, admin and other general workers.
It doesn’t matter wether a development option covers a 15, 20 or 25 mtpa throughput over 5,10 or 25year LOM, you still generally only need the same amount of staff to run the operation. So half of the operating costs are already factored into a new set of development scenarios with the increased tonnage.
This before any benefits from ore sorting and any other pre-concentration have been factored. If proven successful of which is looking to be with the feedback so far, then it will impact both Cap and Op costs from reducing plant size, reducing water and power usage, including haulage fuel if the barren material can be separated prior to hauling to the pad.
Nearly every test case for BOS has seen the technology incorporated into an existing plant whereas the advantages in tailoring a new plant at BR around the technology could have far bigger economic advantages. Would become a super efficient state of the art plant utilising the most advanced mining technologies too.
2mt blah blah blah
Quite a good presentation of ore sorting methodology/technology

Only 3yrs old so fairly up to date.
Jezzo. I challenge you to post something positive to reflect all the work put in by the board on shareholder's behalf. The value being created cannot always by measured quantitively.
OSV :
I challenge you to post something here when CB is talking at the AGM.
Just to prove you're not him.

Come on Colin it’s transparent that you have been shown how to work these emails … computer thingermis… and have set yourself up an LSE account. Stop posting ‘hogwash’ and actually get some work done instead of useless future communications and guidance … and running the share price into the ground. When it’s over 7p again (the price it was when you were giving presentations about fingers reaching out laden with riches) I might start complimenting you too.
Paid stooge .. school friend
Billy, It's fair of me to suggest that a constantly posted negative (or indeed positive) rhetoric may influence the sale (or purchase) of shares by less sophisticated investors who are casually browsing through stocks bb's to get a sense for how things are going. That is literally those posters game plan.
This is the basis for the whole argument about "bashers" vs "rampers".
I stand by my statement, if you believe every poster on any given bb is a genuine shareholder - 'ramping' the positives or 'just voicing concern' about the negatives 18 times a day for a prolonged period of time then imo you're incredibly gullible.
The fact that some posters try to blag that they were high flying ftse analysts / directors / 'insert job title that promotes their authority on the subject here' is laughable - anyone who's ever been that successful doesn't spend their days posting repetitively on an lse forum.
Comon A4444 - I know you want to post about the gold income. You were about spot on! :)
Jdau, and lets not forget that some people just love adding to their collection of grievances , and then they can keep dragging them out on a regular basis to remind everyone how hard done too they are !
Oh dear oh dear…….
Ok then excellent news today 10p tomorrow.
Let’s see the effect that has.
Pmsl
Of course things posted on bb's can have an effect on the share price.
If you think every poster on LSE is a legitimate one with no other agenda/ulterior motive you need your head checking imo.
Pinnochio. Have you read today's RNS ? It says all that you are still bashing when the board have released wonderful results.
Exactly Billy
Nothing said on a bb weakens the share price.
Communication by Company and said broker( inner friends) controls price.
Have the bashers stopped to think (do they think ?) that just maybe all that negative vibe they throw around on here endlessly, just may have contributed to the weakness in the share price ?
Pointing out a good result isn't pumping you are correct, praising the company and CB to the skies is however.
I have done my fair share of praising CB when he was telling us "I'll tell AA to stick their 10p" and " 2mt is their for the taking" It wasn't true though was it ?
Who's bullying who though ?
And of course we aren't "genuine "holders are we ?
We are just people who have posted on a random board on a website for 10 years or more just for the fun of it.
Unlike the jonny come lately poster who the company is probably investing in, is it per day or per post ?
Hopefully I'll be in London for the AGM, see you there OldSchoolMa.
Morning all results are results simples. Can’t knock them !!!
PR drive has been poor to allow sp to slide.
Onwards and upwards!
Are no doubt was a good solid Q1, echoing what has been said already.
Cannot help but think Q1 RNS being dropped so soon after AGM call could mean there is more operational news updates elsewhere to come in next couple or 3 weeks!
