Back to my garden. Have a great day all.
Antharry - No that decision was unrelated to VAST, for all intents and purposes there is no decision when it comes to VAST, the MoM is happy for it to go ahead once the community have done their processes following what seemed like an attempted take over by a community member posing as the community leader
antharry.... From memory I think the article said a decision on the diamonds would be before 15 Sep/20.
Fantasy, I think production first.....unfortunately this company got bad record of placing galore so you can never rule out the next one....YET, things are moving finally on the operation side so next placing when it comes would be on much stronger SP footing....IMHO.
GLA.
To be honest I don't think there will be any need for a placing whilst the share price is at this level. There was a raise for 900k (18th May) to operate the mine for the month of August then there was a raise for 1.5m (22nd June) to pay Atlas off if they decided to convert. With the SP below .24, it's very unlikely that Atlas will convert at a loss giving Vast abit more cash to keep operating with. If Atlas do convert them who knows. Everything now hinges on getting some decent finance for once. Also, this is what AP said the raises were for in Proactive interviews. We all know how reliable he is...
All IMO of course.
Max - hope you are correct... and hopefully VAST are not busy working out next placement... GL
Too busy with production atm.....maybe will take a little break next week to update the market....ok by me....
GLA
The additional placings were hugely annoying, they obviously under budgeted, and the timeline shunted over COVID, however I think we have a phenomenal asset for such little money. The next RNS will hopefully propel us into the stratosphere, unless it’s another placing ;)
Not disagreeing you on that one
ben - I don't mind placements to get to production.. But coming out and committing no more placements, and when you do the opposite - thats NOT acceptable...
Give where we was a year ago i believe we are far further on and in a far better position, the dilution is always going to be a sore point but if that was required to get the mine into production then there isn't much we can do about it is there.
Ben - I was hoping things would turn around... but was wrong.. happy to admit.. Just hold less than 5% of my initial holding...
exit points over the months? I don't know what you are talking about?
For people who are screaming to sell and move on - I have said this before, if you don't want to hear comments on BB, either put your filters ON or buy vast out to take it private... :)
Fantasy, legit question, if you have no faith in the CEO why are you invested in the company? There have been plenty of exit points over the last month or so
castaway or 2pbyxmas - when is the next placement? When you lot pop up, there is only one reason...
yamsel - never rule out the chance of placement with VAST and AP... waiting to see production started RNS, followed by revenue generation plan..
SP isn't going anywhere without finance news..
Shambles continues under AP's leadership over the last 2.5 years... We claim production started via twitter but no RNS. I understand the reason, but why making the same mistakes on finance. Poor deals after poor deals and placements to cover mistakes. You can only blame your predecessor for a period, come on - take some responsibility after 2.5 years in office.
You do talk SHOOT
The stock is lower than the time when SVS went into administation, thus with production starting SVS holders sre still holding
There will be no need for a placing
Atlas loan will be taken away and refinanced on better terms with two different syndicated companies, thus providing enough working capital, on top of this the money from production too
THERE WILL BE NO PLACING - FACT
yamsel, I also suspect that a number of peeps are unwinding from 12 months lockdown with SVS.... accounts are slowly migrating to ITI and some may need the cash.........B
I think people are cautious here as they expect another placing or two before we get any payment from Mercuria, in my opinion a placing is a certainty as AP said it takes 900,000 a month just to run the mine. It may drift down but it will rise again after the placings as we will then be receiving payment and if the finance is sorted then we will be a totally different company, it will take time we just need to be patient and not be surprised if we get more placings it will be good in the end for us all.
rotten - you said "People have suggested before AP only tends to pump out the news when a raise is due. Given the fat we are producing it feels like something is amiss." - so according to you robbie AP not pumping is good then?, yet you say it is bad? . Stated in the last RNS updates regarding mining will be made over social media - looks like they are mining to me from video 24 July https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B_6FEwXjI7Y&feature=youtu.be First concentrate sales due end of August, refinance soon after IMO GLA
Something is not right with this company and I smell a rat and I am not just talking about AP.
rottenrobbie
A/P has obviously not payed the elec bill and the mine as flooded again
A/P with the new plug and play equipment have different sockets and need adapting
or the mines closed for public holidays
September then for the Aladdin's cave to show the investors the true treasure's
real pity this isn't a water company ;-0 ..
Simple sell and move on then you joker
S(carp)erred , fishy , i see what you did there lol,,,
ben: that would be the best outcome both for the company and shareholders. Whether they can nail it down in time will be interesting to see.
yrabs: yes, a bit more of the social media feed would reassure the more jittery types while probably not overheating the SP.
gkb..... he is too busy producing ..........I would have expected a tad more social media now vast are a week in....B
