Got of site in September and been working on my house and my daughters house before Christmas, been helping my brother out since then on HA’s, I am leaving the HB’s for a while until they stop being idiots!
But saying that I have had a lot of people asking me to come back on site, so I can only presume they are busy again or peed everyone off and they have quit!
I will make enquiries!

Figures released earlier by Halifax showed that house prices rose in January for the fourth month in a row, as mortgage rates fell.
House prices were up 1.3% on the month following a 1.1% increase in December 2023.
On the year, prices rose 2.5% in January following a 1.8% jump the month before. This marked the highest annual growth since January 2023.
The average UK home now costs £291,029, up from 287,244.
Hmmm, let’s see. Given the political nature of house building in the UK, the monopolies commission might stick their oar in. Either way, should give a fillip to all builders.

Maninpink - Wimpey a few years ago become a bit more focused on not building too much ahead, I can not say your site, but they know what they need to do, targets to hit, sales to make etc so its likly yoursslowed another, could be 50 miles away pushing on.
The site I'm on is coming to a stop with our other sites doing the same.. Whats strange is there are still selling but have stop building... Wonder what's it is like on the other sites ?
Share could rise a bit more before selling and hoping it drops before ex div date.

Well, 148.4 has been strong resistance level for a while. If Wimps can close above this level for a few days, then maybe they will push on towards 160+. We will see.
