Thanks for the reminder AJ, although I'm not sure how you expect anyone to have forgotten what you've written ad infinitum.
Now this clowns arrival
Considering the jump this morning,
You're certainly due some 'news', but it won't be good.
As a reminder
No TFS
No RTO prospectus
No commercial update
No meaningful activity at Wolverhampton
No date for resumption at Tipton
In short nothing promised since I first posted here 6 months ago actually delivered. Just two death spirals (one failed) and a whole load of expensive jam tomorrow PR with the kiss of death that is Roast PR. Shares at all time lows.
When's the next death spiral drawdown? With the latest reported cash burn it can't be long.
Frigging shorters and traders
Great timing I must say, on the up today, nice bounce north let's hope its the news and event we been waiting for 👌🫴
"No rush with this one"
You're definitely in the right place! 😀
However, your timing could be good - TM1 are certainly due some positive news.
I see what you mean, it's usually up, down, up down over long period jumps, like 30 min ish, up, then down, buy last two movements been up, then up, if another up follows something is cooking

Back in after 12 months. The current price ticks my risk vs benefit rationale. No rush with this one. See if there are any old board members left...Good luck to all.
Guessing guru is back .:)
I think we must be really really close to bringing in another director! New office furniture and IT gadgets and maybe a company car. Because that's what they do!
The selling was either Atlas forward selling, or CLG capital disposing of approximately 44m shares left over after that debacle. Reality is we won't ever know.
Atlas converted at the lowest vwap, 0.0061 netting the 40m shares. In that Rns it was stated that they intend to hold the shares for an undisclosed period of time, and won't be imminently selling.
I expect when we get the next big rns that will create volume, and we will likely go over a penny again, I would be very surprised if Atlas didn't sell those 40m shares into that volume.
My feeling is, if the news is good enough that should be absorbed. They will then convert again, who knows how much, but it should be at a higher price, so fewer shares gained with each conversion until the 1.5m draw down is matched. As we don't know the terms they could do another 250k, or go for the full whack of the remaining balance.
For this to not be too damaging, we need that TFS, and to not have to draw down again.
The latter wouldn't be the end of the Co, but far from ideal.
Probably waiting for the private investors to pump the price back up and away the go again
Hi all, just wondered if anyone was able to perhaps shed some light/speculate as to why these 2m sell offs appear to have stopped?
BGH
Have to agree with most of what you said. Nothing new in there. A lovely 1.5 mill buy at the close, well done to them. The RTO of Recyclus if it ever happens will send this into orbit.

Hmm… It came across as though things weren’t exactly going his way. He seemed a little stressed and the responses he gave during most of the interview were strange - spent a lot of time talking about his personal achievements as though he was in a job interview. It’s an unsettling time to be an investor, but they say the best time to buy is when there’s blood on the streets…
First was Tm1 take over recyclus and that did not materialise for whatever reason you can guess .
Then RTO Recyclus take over TM1 which also looks like down the drain .Someone is holding this and putting brakes you can guess who .
It appeared, that Robin did extensively used the notes in front of him. It didn't come across as his best interview...just my thoughts. Considering getting back in but the deal with Recyclus is still holding me back...perhaps, someone from the board could provide some update. Its going to be nearly 2 years since the original announcement from my memory and still not completed. Just, does not sit right with me.
Who knows why,
How does it feel, ah how does it feel?
To be on your own,
With no direction home,
Like a complete unknown,
Like a rolling stone?
😎
:) 2 Q missing .
TFS and RTO ? Rest is bla bla bla .Watch November interview with Alex saying we are now cash positive :) .
This can be interesting for some newbies but not for LTH .
Q to experts if you hold 25-26 % of the shares is that mean that nothing can be approved if you vote against .Most of the important changes need 75 % shareholders approval so anyone holding 26% of the voting cannot be bypassed .Correct or not ?
Where is CHAIN or he run out of guesses ?
Don't forget its Robin that pays the interviewer to ask the questions, knowing what questions that will be asked before hand.
So no it won't be challenging.
Thank you for sharing and an insightful interview. Only criticism is that the interview didn’t appear to challenge Robin too much, but I suppose that was/wasn’t the point in the interview. Interesting nonetheless, my stance was long-term positive before and this hasn’t changed.
Nice to see we have shared interests Troajan, this and empire metals are on my books. And a second day in a row I'm thanking you for the info.
