I didn't know Robin was a crook scam artists.
soo fed up with my money stuck in this piece of **** crook company.
Same crap every day every week.
Let's face it's we invested our money into crooks.
OK starting to feel like the 2nd wife now!!
Know what you mean, price of chicken is horrendous can only imagine what there gona charge us for bug soup in 10 years
It certainly seems that way .When the loan company funding a business is doing their best to hold the share price down
I wouldn't bother. The, the market is controlled by a very few specific parties.
You ain't allowed to be wealthy, you'll own nothing and be happy.
I so glad I've only got chump change invested in this if and it seems like a big if they ever get the tfs and rto sorted maybe I'll put some serious money in.
Not been here for a while, seems like the chain has taken over turd polishing duties. Not up to speed here, but if someone is offloading millions of shares why not assume it is Stanbury or one of his buddies, wouldn't be the first time, through a shell co. Good luck to anyone still invested here, you'll need it.
-understandable....
No thanks wkw, I'll continue to speculate and try to understand what is going on. Seeking a balanced view of things. You can keep fluffing AJS like a good little minion. I think you should stop with your garbled, hardly understanadable, moronic posts. But you won't, otherwise you won't get paid!
Nothing interesting as adj said they do not have interest to crush the price just yet .More of the same .
1.1 1.2 are long gone .Chain can you stop with your guessing game .What do you expect from the RNS they to say will sell all the shares tomorrow .Red flag is way up .If Lth are not massively deluted in 2024 never mind wipe out will be big success. Good weekend and do not listen to the commentator he is posting his guesses as facts .
"ACM have agreed to abide by orderly market provisions in respect of the sale of shares and have indicated that they have no immediate plans to dispose of the shares."
Well, well, well....
Only converted 250k, 40m shares...
Looking less likely to be Atlas.
If they forward sell further, they then devalue those shares...
Let's see what next week brings.
More pain for the pi's this week a lot is hinging on this elusive tfs
Is Winnifraud still paying his acolytes in manky pizza?
Further ammendment to my rushed reply, I'd agree it is most likely Atlas if the selling continues for another week or so at the same volumes. We shall see.
-wrong side of that news
I'll concede, if it were Atlas selling, in the complete absence of price affecting news for another month, the scenario is possible and would cause considerable near term pain. Volume like this for another week and I'd tend to agree
But the TFS is due, we are 4 weeks past application period, and into the known deliberation period, it's likely with BASF Asia, conjecture but makes sense, I wouldn't want to be on the wrong side or the news...
On the contrary, THE_CHAIN, it is precisely what I would expect to see with a death spiral.
When you find me one example where this provider's approach has been that of patient long-term partners supporting growth in equity shareholder value, I will concede that could be their plan here. Good luck in your quest.
Were I to have a potential 245m position I wanted to de-risk in these circumstances, I would play it exactly as the trading pattern suggests. I will concede that you are right that I have no interest in crashing the price... Yet.
Sell 200m, getting the best price I can for little parcels. Drip, drip, drip. Let the telegram mugs soak them up with as many £500 pay day top ups as they can, and also scatter as many as I can to the wind.
Destroy the price with the last 45m, then convert to close the short someone in the dark pool has let me and my Cayman buddies build up.
Sell 200m at an average of 0.6p, 45m at an average of 0.2p, convert (buy back) the lot at 0.1p.
That's a cool Bernie on the trades, plus the fees. Easy money.
Who paid? You did. Thanks for that pal. Now beat it.
I'll offer a little correction there, they'd have 245m on conversion if it was indeed them , forward selling, driving the price down to 0.0061. But IF it wasn't, they'll have around half that, maybe less when they convert, as the first drawdown was intiated at a considerably higher share price. Seems the details may have been kept from the public eye for a reason...
If Atlas aren't forward selling, and CLG are almost out, that bodes very well for next news.
Yep, another if, well done AJS, your favourite word!
But even you must admit, what we are seeing is not what one would expect with a CLN with circa 200m + shares to forward sell... Fact is you have no real idea, and nor do I, but we can speculate and make our decisions based on that. I think something is keeping Atlas in check, could be wrong, but the price action suggests there is more to this than meets the eye.
"If".
Sorry 44 million shares
Recent conjecture from the TG group, CLG may have had 44 shares to clear after the business concluded. They have no insentive to drive the price down lower so will be getting what they can for them, must be nearly done now. Good news is, it would appear that Atlas have not been forward selling if that is the case.... Also, 2.5m buy followed today's sales, hence the price stability.
