Miton has no option of selling if the funds are withdrawn by investor
"To fund withdrawals, Williams has trimmed some of his holdings while selling out of others completely. The number of stocks in the portfolio has fallen from 89 at the end of May to 56 at the end of last year."
https://citywire.co.uk/funds-insider/news/gervais-williams-insists-he-can-bounce-back-as-fund-shrinks-75/a1317959
So on that note ; thats the only bug bear with this share that they could drop more shares on the market
That's the only negative can find with totally
Just got to wait for these day trading shorters who bought in at 15.5 get their few quid profit and sod off.... :-) This is the problem with the bigger dips it attracts the bottom feeders... Well they didn't do to much damage despite trying and its heading back into an increased confidence safer zone following the presentation. I was impressed with the BOD because they saw the need and plugged the gap. They obviously understand 'the power of the senate is the sand of the coliseum'...to steel a quote... Do for me...
Say you guys are pretty much bang on. Looking to rise to previous resistance at circa 25 and a positive RNS with some level of forecast ahead of positive interims should help it gain support at 25 for a head to 25+ possibly 30 subject to general market sentiment. Back on track Id say...But the markets? Yo never know hey but this and Loop are as good as it gets at the moment. Interesting weeks ahead I know that much...GLA
Yep. It's not very often you get an AIM share paying continuous dividends, hopefully it can be increased going into next year too. Looks like we've found 16p support where resistance had been previously, looking for a smooth move back up into the 20's.
That investments company's do best , short to medium term returns.
Next stage of Totally is when we attract pension company's which are more long term.
with a dividend at lower end but show year on year dividend then the price will rise.
Very clever tactics of totally including the small share holder conference.
Yeh no suprise STT good to see these lumps get instantly absorbed now too, its a great tell tale, lots of support here and still heading back up. They could sell the lot at this sp and theyd evaporate...Looking good IMHO....
As I stated in my Fri post, given the economic uncertainty and Miton investors withdrawing from their funds, I wouldn't be surprised if Miton sold some more.
Miton bought 29.8m in the placing at 10p.. They've sold around 5m at around 70% profit..
Miton, pg 135, went from 0% to 29.8m in the placing at 10p

Miton trimmed down their TLY holding probably due to their investors withdrawing funds, as they have had to do on previous occasions, as stated in this article. They have been forced to reduce their holdings.

TLY, at 5.45% as of 30th June, is their largest holding: https://www.trustnet.com/factsheets/o/i0yo/lf-miton-uk-smaller-companies-a-acc
This shows that Miton trimming down is nothing to do with TLY business or prospects.
Bum bag you have passed your test as the saviour
Now move on with your life arschlock
Look like the gang are out in force today and last night on all the messages boards trying to say a debts are not debts when you buy something!
BS try telling anyone that has a mortgage that it's not a debt
And Totally's cash doesn't cover the debt
NHS is a wash with money yet Totally's losses have got BIGGER
This about £3 when the gang turned up and now 15p! They couldn't of made any money going long so what's the bet everyone of them is short here
DYOR and don't get caught holding the baby
lenlen
"Debt because of good, solid acquisitions."
absolutely, read the company newsflow.
Through their 'Add and Build' strategy, over the past 5 years they have bought Premier Physical Health, About Health, Optimum Sports, Vocare, Greenbrook Healthcare.
Last year, they bought Greenbrook Healthcare:
https://polaris.brighterir.com/public/totally/news/rns/story/xzqge3x
Greenbrook Healthcare operates in the lucrative London and compliments Vocare perfectly.
TLY are growing exponentially as can be seen by their results.
Everyone should read the company newsflow.
Totally has no Debt ; just paper loses from past acquisitions
Debt because of good, solid acquisitions. A fast growing company with fast growing earnings, some debt is part of the game and it doesn't put me off. Try harder.
Not more selling but dumpling from the gang of shorters here
More selling next week I reckon
STT1, balanced post, cant accuse you/us of ramping with posts like this. Possible yes although it would appear they are wanted at this price also. Think this is clearing out at the moment. Things are slow at the moment across the markets and feel their is a bearish sentiment prevailing across all markets generally. Seems to have settled down for now and up from here hopefully. Usual AIM ebb and flow hey....
Miton bought 29.8m in the placing at 10p.. They've sold around 4m, or around 13%, over the year, the recent ones at 17p, so 70% profit..
Miton, pg 135, went from 0% to 29.8m in the placing at 10p
https://www.totallyplc.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/Totally-plc-Admission-Document-31-May-2019.pdf
Given the current economic climate, I wouldn't be surprised if they were forced to sell a few more.
Nice post here borrowed from the ADVFN board worth showing here, good find:
Re Milton as per my post #15418, Miton sold 0.20% or 349,250 shares since the results and 1% since Nov 2019. Miton trimmed down their TLY holding probably due to their investors withdrawing funds, as they have had to do on previous occasions, as stated in this article. "To fund withdrawals, Williams has trimmed some of his holdings while selling out of others completely. You newbies here, just appeared from nowhere are scraping the deramping barrel here. One holder regroups by releasing probably not even 1% and looking like its 0.25% and still have over 13% holding . TLY are legitimately using accountancy procedure that's presented in their reporting for all to see including the HMRC that better suits their quite smart forward thinking strategy and claim they are falling apart. Joke.
These are making money and projecting they are making big increases year on year and the order books are through the roof. EBITDA up 263% cash up 1.5m another divi….we can go on and on. Its holding up and there are only very good reasons why....This is currently well undervalued and a bargain...which is why I bought in again at 17.3...and happy at that.. loving it. Top slicing at 33p is still my aim. Don't think you'll achieve yours. To many T1 and sensible investors here..
Only 25million to go then. Shouldn’t affect the share price at all
That's it!
Few days off to give you all a rest
Remember always DYOR and watch out for the pump and dump gang working the Totally message boards
That’s because STT1 has double standards as we all know and loves a dumpling lol
The sp will be that low by the time staff get to sell their shares it won't be worth doing it.
So STT1 big of the big II's is selling anywhere else you would be saying that's very very bad news and why are there dumpling!
Why not here?
Why would it go to 9p if Bob and Wendy are doing such a great job with Totally?
Unless you think they are over priced and 9p is fair price.
FCA should look into any company hiding cash so some are saying here,
Folks let STTsbumbag talk it down , we can gain from his negativity and buy low. I want 9p and it's not worth a penny more.
