could be one of the large holders selling off some, just hope not another refi as that seems the only thing that would make this drop seriously for a while.
Anyway I will go in again if it drops further, and IG don't seem to be laying off these CFC bets as no larger trades are going through.
I just did 137!!
had to buy some @ £1.36........ B
For my short term bets I use CFD's with IG on the shares that they still allow CFD's on, I still hate them for helping out the hedge funds on stopping the Gamestop squeeze, but just too lazy to move from them.
I had 4 bets to get on my 30k yesterday, the first 10k took three goes to fill, next 20k went straight in. As it has dropped I will do another 20k in a minute. Just triggered AML today as well, and below 1900 I have won on that countless times over the last few months, sometimes within an hour for 50 points.
@Swanny: "I ended up with five tranches last time it dropped further than I thought"
I think I've had 4... Do you have multiple accounts or just one pool of shares?
At this price it is free money you got any spare cash it is time to buy and when this £2.00 a share you can thank all the barrow boys and girls
Being dragged down today by Boohoo, who've also dragged down ASOS. Also, some poor sentiment coming from the US markets. In other words, all the normal market stuff!
Hit the target so 30k rolling till 163!
This stock been pulled down by no barrow boys putting their money in as there are chasing dividends
Bfaith1, moved my 149 down to 148 last night as I thought the market would drop further today following the poor USA yesterday.
CaneToad, I agree with you, Iv'e been in and out of this almost as much as AML. I also have a stack of shares I am keeping from the 75p refinance days which are obviously looking good and I have my £5.00 target for these which equates to the old value watered down by the refinance. Meanwhile I currently have a CFD buy set for 148 which will hopefully trigger tomorrow and then sell at 163 sometime soon. I will also gear up if it falls further, I ended up with five tranches last time it dropped further than I thought it would, and all of them came home within two days when it eventually turned. Gut feel says this will get taken out one day so I am happy to go long on all downswings.
Pays the school fees!! and the petrol!
It's funny how different people can have different experiences with a compary/share.
TED has been one of my most successful companies to swing trade over the past 2 years...I'm in it now and I'm looking to open a second tranche! Secondly, though not related to the trading is that I actually buy TED clothes/suits etc. and I like the brand.
It's just a dog of a brand and a share. Cursing my judgement in getting involved. GLA
From 1.57 yesterday after the next update this should be through 1.60 today. It’s being manipulated imo
"LONDON, Sept 29 - British clothing retailer Next NXT.L on Wednesday reported a 5.9% rise in first-half profit versus two years ago and raised its full-year profit guidance for the fourth time in six months. The group, which has benefited from strong trading since COVID-19 restrictions ended"
This bodes well for TED.
With a very nice trade and back in here at 1.56. Got to trade these swings :-)
Interesting today with the amount of sells and the price going only one way up.I am sure something must be in the offing. If there were to be an offer this share would take off and most probably hit £3
Ocado has been a good one for me. Just starting another rise again.
Thank you and I will have a look at superdry I used to trade them around a year ago abd did nicely.
Just bought enq at 23.23p which I am very pleased with with Brent nearly at 77 dollars.
Anymore companies let me know and all the best
@BTFAITH: "Enquest is another good share to trade."
Agree. It's a superb trading share. I've lost count how many trades I've done on it.
I'm going to checkout Enquest - thanks. I found Superdry to be an attractive share to trade.
Yeah, another raise is my main worry, but I see it as less than 50% chance at the moment. I was slightly alarmed at just how much cash they've burned through; as highlighted by Paul Scott on Stockopedia.
Hi ade and swanny, yes totally agree it’s a great trading share. If it goes beyond 1.67 with my next trade I’ll leave it to see if it goes above £2.
It does look like a sitting duck for a bid at this level. My only concern is another cash raise with circa 15 million in the bank.
Enquest is another good share to trade. I don’t get much time due to a very busy job, family time and my sporting activities but find these two pay for the day trips and holidays etc etc
BTFaith1, I just did the same with 20k CFD's 148 to 164, and new bet set for 149!
Still sitting on my main pot though awaiting £5.00, but not bad trading in the meantime.
It seems to run out of steam in the 160s however I think its due a push up now to the 170s at least.
Nice move today so I cashed out at 1.63p with a lovely profit on the trade. Back in in the early to mid 1.50’s next hopefully :-)
1.60 plus shortly how is this still valued at this ludicrous market cap :-)
