I can send £100 just let me know where Savvy
Hi Valencia
I00k share here, just let me know anytime to transfer for it.
Thank you
Mark.. sign of a good man that post..
I solute you
Not got alot spare but I'd chip in. His research alone is worth a donation.
Hi Savvy,
Sorry to here about your Mrs situation and that you had to pull your investmentin SYME.
I have personal benefitted from your information.
I think the best way to go is to create the gofundme page (as suggested) and share the link here so that it gives us the opportunity to chip in some fund, as we would really want to see you back on this board, considering all the concrete information you have posted/provided on this board.
Why don't you set up a separate account and hold the shares for Savvy until things are calmer with his wife and transfer the shares over that way its set aside for him.
I wil pledge 100k shares also. I am on AJBell.
Ditto
Savvy - PLEASE don't feel shy or awkward about this.
I wouldn't suggest it if I didn't mean it
Da95649
Thank you sounds easy - never done it myself before so wasn't clear on the logistics
It would also not make people feel awkward if cash flow is tight
So we're at 400k shares already using that method
4 pledges already
Don't be shy - every tenner helps
I was thinking the same AP, he doesn’t have to see it as charity, more like payment for his service to the board and educating simpletons like myself.
I’m in if he starts a GoFundMe. I
Valencia, £500 from me too
A Go Fund Me can be done in minutes so maybe that's the way...
Let's see what can be pledged at least to see if it's a goer.
Assume 100k is the equivalent to £500 and I will collate and update a list
But either way I will await a reply from Savvy
Valencia, Savvy has to say, my offer is genuine, as long as he knows it comes out of a place of appreciation and respect
Hope you read this brother Savvy
Valencia, I do get your point, look into it and let us know, it might be a hard one though,
Either way I am in
But GoFund Me would be much easier and gives Savvy the choice
Nice one Exo. Does anyone know of the mechanics in doing this? I can call my broker on Monday if not just to lay out the principles.
Let's face it it might not move for weeks anyway, lol
100k shares at 0.5p or 500 quid, whichever is the easiet but shares feel less "patronising" that a Go Fund Me if we can find a way
Good idea AP.
Valencia, great idea, perhaps a go fund me page, may just be the easy option if savvy does it
I would contribute no problem
Very sorry to read your news.
I don't know you or your personal situation but I think I know a good man when I see one.
Given the help you have given me on here I think it would be a crying shame for you and your wife to miss out on a rise here.
Isn't there a way a few of us could chip in to find the £2,500 needed for you to be back in?
I'd be very happy to find a way to somehow transfer 100k of my own shares into your account. No strings attached.
If my maths is correct 2.5k amounts to around 500k in shares.
Anyone else with a large enough holding able to do the same to help out a brother in need?
