31 May 2022 U.K. SPAC PLC (the "Company") Letter to Shareholders and Warrant holders of U.K. SPAC PLC I am pleased to inform you that the proposed Reverse Take-Over ("RTO") of the Company by Hellenic Dynamics S.A. ("Hellenic") is now entering its final stages. While the prospectus is still subject to final approval by the FCA eligibility committee, the Directors believe that all substantive issues regarding the text of the prospectus have been addressed............ continues....
Very difficult - and somewhat worrying.
Don't know where you got 10th June from?? All I can find is this from the letter 8th April:
"The boards have decided that the last date for converting the Warrants that were issued as part of the placing last March into Ordinary Shares will now be 15 May 2022 and that the new Long Stop Date for completing the RTO will be 27 May 2022."
I'm assuming the last sentence means that we should have heard something TODAY - which of course we haven't. How have they got the right to just unilaterally withdraw themselves from the protections of AIM: "With effect from Cancellation, the Company will no longer be subject to the AIM Rules and, accordingly, shareholders will no longer be afforded the protections given by the AIM Rules."?
Seems worthy of Boris, but this is serious.
One assumes all the holders on here have sold and gone away?
Is it right that 10th June or thereabouts we may be back in action?
Scratch that. Just seen it was on the other BB
What RNS?
You can now sell, or you have to be patient and await the outcome.
So what happens next or what are people going to do ???
So not yet dead in the water !
