Agree still no TR1...
Things are starting to bubble up and confident something is starting to “leak”
Next breakthrough hurdle up from here to 0.55’s.
As sp moves up, it will get more rapid volatility.
It could be a very fast drive so don’t blink or you’ll miss it;)
Mm’s are in control. As I stated earlier this afternoon, I was price quoted (dummy sale) for my FULL holding. This was very odd.
Last week I struggled to receive a quote for even less than a 1m dummy sale electronically.
Simply put MM’s need stock now, as UK SPAC is going higher.
MM’s will play games to entice sellers in, this is a given, as long as you are aware.
Nothing to worry about.
Patience and this investment will pay-off multiples from here on.
back in the green....ready to go blue.
DYOR
I can sell my full holding in a dummy sale...
Buying is different.
This may be nothing but i just tried to buy £1000 exactly worth of shares and IG could only sell me approx £900!
40m buy......
News is highly imminent,
we are headed towards 00.45p from here.
The name change to UK SPAC was for a very good reason;)
Awaiting next positive news which is hopefully it to far away.
Here's a link to the Prospectus that was issued by Abal plc, a cash shell, when it agreed to an RTO from Supply-Me Milan, a fintech junior that wanted a London listing.
https://www.supplymecapital.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/2020_03_04_Prospectus-posted.pdf
It now trades under the EPIC SYME .
Things haven't (yet) worked out quite as advertised, but it's a good working example of the mechanics of the process.
The document is about 140 pages long , though and - being a 'selling ' document - has lots and lots of disclaimers and health warnings.
This example is 'fintech' but I imagine the format and topics covered will be broadly similar for ORPH's 'biotech' babies....

DCFN- Basically a reverse takeover is pretty much a company or legal entity (such as SPV's) or two or more parties coming together ) and buying a company that is currently listed on a stick exchange and simply backing their company (assets) Into that listed company that was purchased!
Hi, I've spent the last couple of days routing around online trying to find a good description or case study of what happens in the event of an RTO, I can't seem to find any good resources, can anyone point me in the right direction, or share their own experience/knowledge? (and even hopes/scenarios for this particular case). Thank you
