The way Poly's going you'll be lucky to be left with 12p in total. Losing a third of its value in two days! What a shame.
Cause you do.
Hopefully I'll have under 1.7m shares here if it goes through at 12p wish me luck all.
Keep posting sweetheart if it keeps you from harm, I don't have a clue what it is your posting but rent free in your head is great in these times of cost of living crisis...xxx

Can't be easy being penniless.

I see donkey brains is busy again Lolzzz... Are they looking to invest in a company with a real future ;))
My apologies...
But $50m of FNV and $16.67m of Osisko equals $66.67...
However, its academic because someobdoy else will own those deals soon...
Hi DinnerMoney you are correct they can't be fully repaid. As usual Slug is wrong. He maintains his record of being 100% wrong about Solgold and everything in life.
DM, I think you're absolutely right. I didn't read it carefully enough.
I imagine the document will contain a description of the combined business, the benefits of the merger, consolidated financials, cost savings, a forecast of some description and an explanation of the strategy.
In my day this stuff would appear shortly after a deal had been announced (I wrote enough of the damn things) and was the key document seeking shareholder approval. Things must have changed and I'm struggling to understand its purpose, although I'll be very interested to read it.
For insignificant slug, check the order book for 12p from tomorrow.
Fair enough - just wondering why slug and red seem to get everything completely wrong.
@MassiveRay, if not obvious we are aggravated enough already as it is....
Nothing to seenhere until June the earliest. I'll be back sub 15p.
Does anyone know why CGP are producing a prospectus? And what is the relevance?
Normally you'd see this done prior to a vote so that shareholders would be able to understand exactly what it is they're agreeing to.
Thanks NP
Meanwhile...quiet on here today...calm before the storm...?
Or is T2 settlement post merger...was it you that suggested 27 January was D Day...?
I wonder if it would unnecessarily complicate the Prospectus/merger completion...?
And NP unless I'm mistaken, both the Osisko and FNV can be repaid...
It's clear: complete the merger, once and for all, and prospective bidders that are lined up (tick) will proceed with no further delays full stop. Not long......lets not complicate it!
