're cgp selling solg shares to raise the money....they could but it would only raise 30-50m..enough for the first tranch. But they would be in the same hole a few months down the line when asked to pay for 2021 further capex..but with less of a share on the potential benefits....
It would be better for them to agree to something now...maybe a 3% free carry to production and keep the solg shares to benefit from the project...
Once we get to h2 2020... There is little incentive for solg to do a deal..better for solg to wait them out.
One possibility might be cgp waiting for indicative cap ex funding I see what if any dilution might occur to their solg holding.
They might be waiting on this, if they are being offered 30m in solg shares for example instead of a free carry...
Lots of possibilities, but all pointing towards a h1 conclusion
There'd be nothing stopping cgp from selling a few of their solg shares if they need money.
Again. You troll.. To call you out the said paragraph refers to CGPs claim of owning 23% of alpala.
They dont...they later clarified it refered to direct and indirect. With the indirect giving them no say or ownership rights..
I might own .1% of solg shares it doesn't mean I am the .1% owner of alpala
This has no reference to monies owed by CGP on completion of BFS.
FACTCHECK BULLS**T ALERT

“problem is cgp have the finances for a lengthy court case. not to sure solg have”
Correct Iceberg. Solg appear to be content to time CGP out at the end of the year, unless they submit in the meantime.

He wont admit anything. He is just back from a suspension, as such he must be on his last chance now.
I suggest people report any of his posts of name calling, abuse or false info and he will be gone for good.
I was prepared to give you the benefit of doubt. But your response shouts troll..
Under Canadian law (they take this far more seriously than aim) cgp would be publishing illegal information as per it's 2012 release if they are now saying it's incorrect .
Either provide evidence that Irwin does dispute it or evidence that the joint CGP\SOLG release is wrong or admit your trolling...
Exactly ice ..... turning the screw
It's not unsure...the conditions were released by cgp 10th April 2012..
They have to pay a fortune when the BFS is produced and pro rata there after . Solg have according to the presentation preloaded cap ex to 2021 meaning massive further money that CGP have to find this time next year..
None of this is unsure...
I see we are now employing 726 locals, we must be drilling the regionals with these amount of people employed, I wonder what is going on at the coal face, pardon the pun
Wasn't there a poster on here that visited cascabel a few times ? is he still around?
If this is a new presentation why would they include MRE2 figures if the MRE3 was imminent ?
For me the only reason I think of is that it relates to keeping the SP low for CGP situation?
Otherwise I really cant work out why the news black out for so long. ?
Imminent means any time within days, I wish people wouldn't use this word as they do now a days.
many would have timed there investment strategy with a view to MRE3 being delivered end of last year. With no comment on the delay I do feel like we are being short changed.
NM will need something great to pull out of the hat to get the trust back from Pi's, although as usual ,us pi's are at the bottom of the priority list and the last to know whats going on.
I thought you were off Fleaspit ??? However your views are very interesting for such an amateur as me!
May your presence on this board linger as long as possible so that you can enjoy the eventual fruits of this company.....
That's if you are a fully paid up shareholder of course ; )
The price has been held for a long time and it just appears to suit NM ...... no mention of us being “ dangerously undervalued “ this time ...... it’s the only thing that fits
in the meantime we can't even scale the "lofty heights" of 21p ffs............
seems to be the strategy btw dont it?
i joked about it when irwin n his cronies started acting up - dint seriously think NM would do it tho..........

Looks like they are maybe squeezing the timeline between PFS / BFS and in the meantime holding news that will benefit the SP .... all in an attempt to force CGP into a corner
For me two key points..
1. Blanca new target is expected to be richer than fruta del norte...Ecuador's biggest tier 1 gold mine...
2. Notice that from this time next year cornerstone will be expected to pay very large sums of money.more than their mcap..or lose most of their rights...
A also slight delay in pfs probably to april..but BFS still starting on time and finishing at the end of the year.
