Point taken, depends how many you had I suppose, in mine and my wife's isa I sold equivalent amount at 1.97 and gained 418 shares
Sure you could tyla but at 1 share for every 37 it wouldn't have made too much of a difference.
When you were first told about the offer you could have sold the amount of your allocation at 204 and applied for your allowance and paid 175.
I didn't bother taking up the offer. Not worth the hassle for the difference.
Moving into close ... again lot buyers were shown RED today... close above 184...
I’ve taken mine as well. Interactive Investor, deadline v soon.
Looking forward to the moment the elevator doors close and take the SP up to where it can be!
Best

Applied for mine in my trading account today, plus 10000 extra if they are available!
Oxford12 , I have just asked for confirmation from my broker. Many thanks too:)
Median66 - you need to look at your isa account with your broker/platform. Some platforms had a deadline of today (AJBell), some like Hargreaves Landsdown it’s Wednesday. You should have a message that explains what you have to do and by when. Essentially, you have to have the cash available in your Isa, so transfer the money in, or if you are already at your limit you will need to sell something. Some platforms allow you to transfer your shares outside your isa, others don’t. Check out what your platform allows and if in doubt, give them a call. Hope that helps?
The discount offer has now closed, that's why the SP has gone up today. No more buying at 175
Everyone will pay the market price now, the MM know this more than anyone else, hence why they dropped the price continually for 2 weeks and then raise the price today.
Yes you guessed it the SP went up just before midday, the share price will only go up from here. The MM are fully in control
Interactive Investor deadline time to take up offer before midnight 27/10/20
Graham, I have informed my broker and the 30th is the date I am looking for. Many thanks :)
You have to be clear what you mean. If you have informed your broker that you are taking up the entitlement shares then payment date is Oct 30th. If you did not tell them you wanted shares, it will not have been credited to you automatically. This date has now expired.
HL gives you until noon on Wednesday 28 October 2020.
Maybe you are right that I am too late. But I have my shares allocated in my ISA account as of the 15th October date. But that is not the date when the cash will be taken out of my account. And that is the deadline date I am referring too.
I have the same in my trading account, the cash has not yet been taken.
Depends on your broker , check with them.IG deadline was noon today.
You're too late!
Forgive my ignorance but can someone please confirm the deadline date to have cash in my ISA account to take advantage of the offer. I am going to have to sell some shares, to take advantage. Cheers
Forgive my ignorance, but what is the deadline date to have the cash in ISA account as i am going to have to sell some shares to accommodate it?
Fair enough, I misunderstood what you were saying.
Peace out.
I was implying that it's in nobody's interests for the private shares not to be taken up because the SP is below the offer price, so the SP will sit above 180p to make sure people take up their options.
Are you implying they will use the shares from public float to issue to the ii's ?
Share price to miraculously sit above 180p until noon Weds to fill the PI offer.
