Just info,
Re broker selling Acacia stock direct to institutional investors as ‘oversubscribed placing’.
Had a reply from Consilium, but names removed....I will post final reply.
Dear xxxxxx
Thank you for your email yesterday morning on Synairgen. We have passed your query to the relevant parties and will look into it.
Best,
Alex

....they haven't fully sold out like in most companies.....so clearly have confidence in Synairgen.....
........ah.....but that is the 'billion' dollar question?
At the risk of being dumb why would that be unless they wanted to buy the whole thing??
ORPH tried that JSP123 at above market price but Arcacia wasn't interested, they would rather drip feed the price down...
There would be only one reason they would want to do that imo ....
Is there enough of us to put together a consortium to approach Acacia and purchase the shares in one go. Stop the constant drip drip of selling and I guess it would push up the share price and help us all out? My knowledge is too limited to know if such a thing is possible but maybe we are stronger together rather than individual PIs-
In the words of Blackadder " the peasants are revolting"
Good point Trek. Let’s just sit back and wait now.
Also look, we’ve had differing opinions and we’re not throwing insults at each other. Isn’t it weird that 2 adults can do that on this board. :-)))))
Hi kwaboy,
This is where imo some ceo’s need to be a bit more streetwise in this jungle. RM doesn’t have to do much just bark at the broker about looking after the company interest as they are paid to do. If it was oversubscribed put two heads together, place shares and move on.
What if we get a takeover approach or need another raise with Acacia selling does RM just say let’s take what’s there? You get the gist.
I don’t expect RM to waste time on it but I do expect VFM from the broker.

I recommend A.J.Bell "Shares" for very useful data such as this , hope it helps, cheers TOB
They do have investor relations, it’s consilium-comms.com, also emailing at Synairgen prob won’t get the newer you’re after, Richard has been pressed on what major shareholders intentions before and he’s stated that it’s up to them how they buy and sell therefore asking Synairgen what acacias intention is gonna be if futile in my opinion.
Correct if I’m wrong when they respond.
Cheers
Doesn’t make sense at this stage. I wouldn’t...unless I thought it was wise. Results can’t come soon enough. Sitting on a huge loss at present
Hi Jody,
I am an investor in Synairgen and am concerned at the apparent stock overhang from Acacia. If it is there intention to sell their remaining holding can the shares be placed.
I draw a comparison with 4D Pharma that were in a similar situation and their broker managed to place all of Acacia’s 8.99% holding with institutions. This was because like Synairgen they had recently completed an oversubscribed fundraise and there was an appetite for the stock.
Would you be able to pass this communication to the right decision maker as it may be that finnCap could help with this process.
As an investor my concern is that the impending results, good or bad, could be sold into by Acacia having a severely disproportionate affect on the share price.
Kindest Regards,
Trek,
Ah, RTN,
Just saw your post after I sent the email. Still SNG should have an investor relations email address on their website. Hopefully it want be too onerous for Jody to bump on.

Those aren't investor contacts Bebeto - probably best not to fill their inboxes with guff when they're the ones working one data we all want....
The higher volume days in the past few months have been 5-8 million and that's without any results.

anyone know what the biggest volume day we've had recently?
Has anyone got an email address from the company. Been looking around website and can only find phone numbers and addresses. Thanks
Trek
But it does align with a few posters on here who seemed to believe Acacia probably had a 40p sell order...
Just another 10.2M shares to churn from Acacia
Let's be honest that isn't great news then? If results are good it won't make a significant difference but poor news all the same.
kwaboy - I don't think there will be much more. Don't think they've been selling in past few days. I think they've just been the extra selling on top of PI selling. Everyone always discounts PI selling but they're the most fickle of all. Like CW25 says, they appear to have stopped now, and will almost certainly need volume to sell into now, so they'll need a run upwards in price on anticipation or news to land to generate the volume. If it's good news then they won't matter anymore and be gone swiftly!
They could do with a good swatting and be done with
them !
that was last friday when we said the trading was very stage that day! Its actually becoming very obvious which days they dump. Are they done? I reckon so. Unless we get a spike before results when they may de-risk more.
Was hoping for much bigger drop so we were somewhere near. This hasn’t taken into account the last 2 days of hopefully been selling.
They are still there, like a parasite you can't get rid of
