Cmw, I’d say it is a UK lifeline tbh.
What we are seeing is over 40k cases per day, thousands of hospitalisations and 223 deaths yesterday, that’s with 85% of people being jabbed.
The vaccines are good, but they are most certainly not a silver bullet to end this virus. We are one mutation away from the vaccines being rendered pointless. We might get that mutation this winter and a new vaccine breaking variant coming along in February time.
Either way, SNG001 looks like it will be the only safe and reliable drug that can be used on all variants. I’d say that’s a lifeline.
Doc - A rug that can cure Covid.....
Some of the best ideas come from the strangest places. That's how you will make your millions!
Thought I'd found a piece on Synairgen today by Huffington Post .
Wow , they've got a new angle on todays story , I thought .
Then saw date was 2012 lol .
Still relevant though ??

Blimey Woodstock, like your thinking and optimism ..................i'd take £15 per share and a cool £275K in a heartbeat.........Probably still small fry compared to many investors here however.
oh god CityT, if the mail do it as well then I'll feel even grubbier!
me too cmww, although it makes me feel a bit grubby for admitting it.
Keep a watch on the Daily Mail they often do a piece on SNG.
Very true Kiwi, although an outcome I could stomach for £10+ a share perhaps
Thanks for finding/posting this excellent news Titania - it’s made my day :)
Fingers crossed that things may start to snowball from here …..
This US independent trial approval and pivotal progression may be the straw that broke the camels back of the resistance against SNG. After all the current price is pathetic right now for a possible multi billion seller therapeutic against all covid variants. Not sure the downside risk adjustment historically to its share price makes sense any longer and particularly our friendly US investors may conclude this relatively quickly.
'That headline is incredible, not especially accurate (why exactly is it a UK lifeline?) but gets the clicks haha !'
It's the express, government mouthpice and propaganda rag. Don't get me wrong, it's exactly what we need, but if they take it further expect them to claim it as a victory for johnson and his vile government.
Lovely bit of press news ........and you are right, they do seem to love it !!!
‘ If successful, Synairgen's SNG001 will be the first host-targeted, broad-spectrum antiviral treatment delivered directly into the lungs.’
Horny
That's alright woody, i have no beef with any views, My modus operandi is from a chart perspective so I tend to look at short term price points as indicators of the next likely move.
And its never done until its done, whatever anyone says.
The message is getting out (in the MSM) and the SP is holding up. I feel the timing is good mid-week - more talk of Synairgen to come in the weekend newspapers?? and coupled with today's grim headlines this couldn't get into the public's consciousness at a better time. I imagine the SP will stay strong at least for the next few days.
The holiday didn't give you the time to recharge your optimism then Woodie?
The tone is somewhat dour at times !
Fantastic the UK news teams are now on board to kick the Government into action and drive grass roots support from the public.
wyndrum. The stock will go to £15 odd if the P3 trials are successful. Yes £3 billion market cap and relatively cheap as pharmacy stock goes.
It's just we all need the P3 trial results to be positive.
Unfortunately the stock remains in a speculative position. People that know of me here, will be aware that I a sincere shareholder .
Regards
That headline is incredible, not especially accurate (why exactly is it a UK lifeline?) but gets the clicks haha !
This is probably being thought of by many people here, but I'll say it anyway: This is one of the best articles we've ever had about Synairgen, and it's what we were imagining once the stars aligned.
Wonder drug indeed.
Break 170 and I think we are away
What a headline !
I couldn't have written one better - all we need is one or two more like this over the next few weeks and we're away on the dreamboat once again ;-)
You are probably right Woody but it looks as though the sellers are drying up, so if supply/demand swings further as it looks to be doing then future sellers are going to demand more from the buyers out there, pushing the price up and its not much of a stretch now to 176p.
We will know at the close.
She still wont breach £1.75.
Many including myself were probably hoping for £2 odd today.
Well todays news is a big tick for us IMV. Our own trials have been brushed off as small numbered by many. It couldn't be more independent either.
