Anyone got recommendation for pom poms. If I’m gonna cheerlead I want to do it well.
Lock downs lift
Buy a breatherlizer from your phone company. They just get you to sign up for a year, three quid a month to your phone bill. Arrives in post.
Goto pub. One pub .. everyone in here is certified safe.
Another pub, please sit 6 foot apart and try not to worry.
Which will sell more beer.
3 quid a month, 30% markup for phone company. Call it quid a week, to be able to have a pint with mates on a Friday. Then have a coffee with your mum in a cafe out of the rain. To attend that wedding and relax. A quid a week.
How refreshing to see the CEO answering questions on a BB.
Most would rather do a Lord Lucan, than talk to the pipsqueaks.
The presentation Q&A will answer questions. GB should be in bed, busy time ahead, interesting day, nighty night GLA
Thanks GB.
My own belief is this will cascade. So companies adopt first followed by say venues such as cinemas and rrstsutant chains. One idea would be to sign a deal with weather spoons - if they had the machines then other pubs could have the readers. How long before it becomes compulsory for travel on a bus etc. Or a taxi.
Hang in there and roll with the punches
worked with game console industry. Playstations are loss making. Sony get revenue from the disks. They made loads of money. Proven revenue model. Proven business model. Company is small but if it was Amazon doing this we would all be nodding our heads. All companies start out small, catch them now, and in 10 years you can say "I was there".
@gjbrandon
Congratulations on having this vision which if fully implemented globally will be a massive game changer !!!
Are you going to licence the technology to other manufacturers outside of your existing contracts so this could be mass produced globally in every county that requires it ? This would benefit the whole wide world in defeating the virus and kick starting the global economies ?
I am invested and would be grateful for your reply
meat packing company would probably pay for devices, and other places of work. Other employers, factories, shopping centers, hospitals, schools, universities, and so on would pay or subsidize the user part. Early days, who knows maybe they will be tax fee.
That employer market alone is massive. UK is small, (yes it is) but what about Italy, Spain, France, Germany, Poland, South Africa, Costa Rica. Rich small countries Sweden, Norway, Belgium....How many companies are desperate to get people back into factories and offices safely. 25 bucks per employee over the course of three years, come on, we all have mobiles costing hundreds of dollars. Look past Boris and the UK. Tesla threw a fit over getting people back to work, they could be sued for not making an effort. Amazon testing staff. Football teams testing staff. Holy smokes, even if there is risk, I would be jumping up and down to think we wouldn't at least have a go at this market.
Public health and general society things, lovely these are on the board and maybe that will be something. Nice to have someone thinking benefit to society. Rose tinted maybe.
My main worry is if a small company can do this quickly there will be others. Sure the lack experience but have tons of money to throw at the problem. Then again its easier to make an offer and just buy this. Hope
Honestly some of the comments that have been made are utterly perplexing. This is so simple to understand and it’s brilliant. Anyone talking it down is either trying to manipulate the SP downward for cheaper entry or so stupid they shouldn’t really be investing on the stock market. As an investor I’m very happy but more importantly as a member of the public who want the world to get back to some sort of normality I’m ecstatic!
13th I’m not disagreeing with anything you say but it would have to be law,businesses/pubs etc are so hard up that they won’t adhere to this. I use public transport at times and was on a bus where it was mandatory to where a mask,3/4 of the passengers had no mask on and I said to the driver, should these people not have masks on? His reply,it’s not my job to deal with it....airports etc will be able to enforce this but general public, shops, buses etc won’t
I still of course hope this flies but don’t think it’s as quick and easy as I thought
Just one point to clarify. Wastewater is first out the door. We only change 3 things on the Modern Water OVA7100 units already installed.
We replace the voltometer with a laser canning unit
We increase the filtration by adding a 10 micron (off the shelf) filter to the 100 micron already in place, and
We use the motorised arm to exchange microchips instead of changing the reagents.
Everything else is the same. These will be rolled out in early Q1 with no regulatory hurdles to be met, just samples from testing on the actual virus for our dataset to compare with the digital signal analysed using AI
That is already to go
Thankyou gjbrandon. Great work yourself and all involved are achieving. I remain invested and looking forward to the journey ahead more so about the mwg waste water/ monitoring side of coming business.
Unless the goverment change strategy, or unless
they back this solution, what would be the point of
paying £20 for the kit, to go where? To do what?
They have already advised people to work from
home again, what`s the point unless Boris says
"great idea, lets lift lockdown and roll this out"
Good that..
On the nail as normal ;-)
Wacca no passport, no travel, no entry, without doing a test there and then at their cost base, however long it takes or if they aren't doing tests turn just no entry. So the 'i don't want to' brigade don't get to take part of society where distancing can't be maintained.
Oh wow. Thanks for this. Lots of new concepts but the bit with machines being funded off the back of chip sakes wasn’t too apparent. Or rather a bit new to catch at least for me.
So a big school could get one, or a shopping center. 100 bucks price point, say a buck a test margin, yep you could pay for one in under an hour in a train station or shopping center.
Roll out challenges ahead. I will watch the video but who is making the reader box? Is there an open license model so others can make and sell them for those who want to buy.
You say all has been done before but this revenue model is quite new. I buy my own blades and handle. But this is II use my blades but a public handle.
And I thought the crew did well. Short time and getting this out the door is more impt than marketing b******
Covers what I needed to know, pretty much. Appreciate it's still in development. Would liked to have seen more about the water detection and the AI involved. Sure that will come.
I think a few over reactions today.
Tomorrow is a new day. May it be a good one
I think this is where it will fall down slightly and it’s the cost, people having to constantly pay for there own stuff and I’m not being cynical, the track and trace app was released and straight away it only becomes accurate if everyone does it and people already moaning hat they have to buy a phone that supports the app so aren’t doing it. Just my opinion and not trying to prove anyone right or wrong
Concise. Thank you.
Guys I can't read or answer over 700 comments. But I can post what has been posted elsewhere in answer to questions in the AGM today.
The breathalyser is personal, to you. It will cost in the region of $25 or £20. That is yours and is multi-use.
You use a Microtox BT chip for each test. These tests will be available in a similar way to how you buy Gillette Fusion Blades in packs of five/ten. Each test will cost £4 or $5. These are the daily tests.
It is intended as part of the project to place readers across the country in train stations, petrol stations, shopping malls, office buildings, theatres, cinemas, hotel lobbies. Consider them equivalent to Vending Machines. These are funded using securitised means based on future recurring revenues.
These readers are free to use. No reader is required to be purchased so long as there is a large footfall in the vicinity of the reader.
Businesses, however, may purchase their own. Business who do so will be subsidised and there is a tax advantage in purchasing in companies for Health and safety reasons.
Each chip has its own security code using highly secure blockchain to verify a) that it is genuine (not capable of being copied with fakes) and b) so that it can be identified on the Microtox BT servers. A fake chip will not be scanned.
Once the scan (in the reader) is done it takes seconds to get a result. This is sent over the air (OTA) to your mobile phone (Microtox BT App) and stored in your results folder. This is unique to you because it combines registration of your device to the verified code on the microchip test.
Now the result is valid for 24 hours.
In other words, for the next 24 hours, anyone can use any free QR Code app, that you can download from any app-store, to scan your QR Code in your Microtox BT app which will compare it on our servers for proof that it matches the test taken at any reader anywhere in the last 24 hours that you are negative.
