Brent now $67 following yesterday's OPEC decision to continue with production cuts and analysts forecasting further rise in price. This will boost profits from Tunisia. Looking forward to company results update.
also wonder what happened to the work in Tunisia they talked about in Dec. and that should have been done in Jan.
'The Company is in the process of mobilizing external well services to conduct workovers and replace electrical submersible pumps ("ESPs") into two of the four producing wells at Chouech Es Saida. These workovers and pump replacements were initiated on 9 December 2020 and are anticipated to result in increased production from Chouech Es Saida. The Company will also be performing a workover and new pump installation to stabilise and enhance production at the EC-1 well in the Ech Chouch concession in January 2021'
just mentioned on proactive broadcast that final results will be on 26th March. Few other interesting snippets:
Gas prices in Romania currently at $6 Mscf
Moftinu 1008 pays its capex in 120 days of production
Production in Romanian wells as they are shallow gas wells declines at 3%/month
For Moftinu 1008 they can still test other formations
Tunisian work to start later this year and to take approx 18 months
New well in Romania will target new field and this together with Tunisia work is self funding and he specifically said no need for equity raise
Results due soon.... Could be the catalyst for the anticipated rise. I'm hoping for at least 6p.
Lol PIface. I’m fully loaded in this and expected it to start moving by now but underestimated the AIM overhang. Still confident and comfortable with it but it could really do with some viagra lol. There’s actually been some decent buying and price has held up well up to now considering the large sells. 30m mcap is low imo considering the fundamentals and comparing it to some duds on aim. Hoping that when it starts to motor it won’t look back
You can get pills for that ALL.
Let's hope this price gap closes up too. The figures do seem very attractive now debt is cleared. If they started a dividend would surely treble at least.
Large sells from yesterday but not as much today. Don’t want to speak too soon but hoping we’re coming to the end of the selling. Could do with some decent buying as that would give it a kick up the backside. Happy to hold but could do with some movement north to keep the wife happy lol
more dumping
Yes that’s why I’m here, Jeffrey Auld imo has not been priced in. The market is treating the share like it’s been being run by what sounds like an inexperienced team(imo) It will be alright on the night as they say :)
It can only be the overhang and maybe what’s taking place with IG. It does feel that it’s ready to move north so hoping this is the lull before the storm. I will also add if funds become available but I feel this may be the month for senx.
Doofu - ive 200k+ but hope this price stays low to get some more before end of March results which I think 26th was mentioned. I’m stuck in other stuff but praying to get more before this explodes. That is no ramp etc etc I honestly believe in this company going places under a very good leader now.
Peter, I totally agree. I added another 325k at lunchtime , not showing here yet. I thinks it’s just the overhang and the company are fairly conservative with the PR. Just quietly building a cash generating business.
Patience I guess. Buy & hold same as it ever was. GL
We were making good money at circa $37 for oil and premium gas prices. Now oil is mid 60’s and experts predict possible three digit figure in the not so near future. We have increased production and intend to possibly treble production in the next 18 months ish. What is not to like at a current share price hovering at 3p!!!
