Mr BB,
An excellent method of displaying management's confidence in the future of the company would be to issue themselves Options to Buy. These options would be at a much elevated figure from that of today.
How about an option to buy at (insert figure here) from twelve months from the date of the announcement RNS? (which, ideally, would be be tomorrow morning).
My figure is 40p - but that's only to stir it (but 40p will make me very, awfully, ridiculously, handsomely, stinkily, Jaguar F Type (one for each foot) wealthy.
Good fortune,
Sandy.
P.S. It's the 5.0 litre matching pair of F-Types I'm having - none of your silly little girly 3.0 litre stuff; one to drive and one to look at and polish... and stroke... and sigh... and then stroke it some more.
BUT-– waow! Look at that new Aston Martin Vanquish... I need a bigger garage!... one day... one day...
I agree & apart from being in a closed period the fact that there are several substantial contracts under discussion constantly may preclude them from buying in the market most of the time .
The 3p placing was the time to buy & I was disappointed at the low level of purchases by those buying ( apart from Nick ) & the lack of buying by Paul.I am sure that we will soon hear of options issued to Paul ( & other PDMRs) & just hope that there is a reasonable hurdle in order top incentivise Paul (& other PDMR s) to achieve our ambitions - rather than millions of free shares
Closed period at present for purchases I believe. I'd focus on what has been bought by key members of the team (Nick) - large purchases. Also appreciate that Ken has departed, but look at factoring in how much he has amassed!
Another thought for all to consider , have mentioned this before , " the lack of director purchases is causing me a little concern , if they were true to the cause surely they can SEE what a number of posters who are continually telling me that this company is a stick on , remember we will all be millioniares next year " , are the powers that be not able to SEE what a large number of ramping holders can SEE , as always have A GOOD day
"I am very excited about our future here and look forward to working closely with Paul McGlone and the management team to leverage the tremendous opportunities across our transport sectors as driver monitoring technology continues to influence the safety agenda globally."

It's a board change. Chill out
Another odd RNS: well done SEE. It raises more questions that it answers, which is always a bad thing. Glad to see the back of Jack. Wonder if Kate will fit the bill?
Good to get it out of the way but someone needs to tell SEE which RNS we are actually waiting for!
Kate Hill takes over the Chair on a permanent basis.
