Krusty, just got back and pleased to hear your news. Mine's benign and weighs 48g. No idea how big that is but I don't need my old space hopper anymore!!
It has always been the same here as well as all other non profit making AIM shares.
During periods when waiting for news the SP will retrace a bit.
We know from the presentation the other day that they stated info collated by end of the month and results shortly after , so not too long to wait now.
To all those newbies come on here spouting that the SP will crash etc, don't you think that all us long term holders who have followed this share for years know how the system works.
Most of us have made a very decent profit here and are sitting patiently with a shed load of shares on a free carry waiting for an outcome that we consider will bring us even more substantial gains.
Up or down by a penny or so with the SP at the moment makes no difference at all as imo we will soon reap the rewards of our endeavours and patience within the next month or so.
Price is just drifting pending news no more no less than that. No one knows what the new will be for sure so no one can predict what the price will be for sure. The price was 5.7 before the HNWI invested 1.47 million on June 15th at 4.9p it spiked up on this good news to close at 7.5p on 16 June then it has just drifted back pending expected further announcements in next couple of weeks. So much hot air exhaled on here it’s exhausting good thing is that hot air rises just as we can be pretty sure the share will too in the very near future
Krusty I started taking Prostophane which I had to order from a French Website. Kidney stones caused an inflammation which affected prostate.
its basically active Sulfurophane and reduces inflammation all around the body. cost about 70 quid for about 2 months worth of tablets but worked. Tamsulosin works very well but has some side effects such which ill let you read up on.
Thank you for the insight as always Sad, look forward to more of your research.
Hi colbaltblue, that sounds very similar to life at Kamp Krusty lol.
Thanks for asking, all well really. I have a prostate the size of a grapefruit but the "growth" is benign. I'm supposed to be starting on Tamsulosin to help with my waterworks and Finasteride to shrink the prostate. My GP practice claims not to have received the hospital letter (electronically...) so that's delayed things. I've been on the phone all morning - the joys of dealing with the "modern" NHS. Anyway, of all the possible outcomes, this is about the best I could have hoped for. One of the side-effects of Finasteride is hair regrowth apparently so I might need to borrow the curlers at some point.
Thanks again for your messages, sincere apols to anyone who didn't want to know any more about my rear end.
Krusty, hope all well with you?
I'll be glad when all this silly engineered daily share volatility is over because every day the Mrs says to me " How did Sareum get on today?" At the moment I have to keep saying, "It was a bit red today"
She's really desperate for a new set of electric curlers and a years supply of steradent.
Hi GG. I just home from very busy night shift, Tired but read a few posts. First time I have seen the Sareum presentation.
Some interesting points. Control of interferon alpha and gamma controlled by Jak1 ( covid affected)
Secondly is Jak2 effects (EPO) Erythropoiesis Tyk2 and Jak 1 does not.
Why do I think this is important?
Erythropoiesis controls production of red blood cells. Our bodies can over produce red blood cells which is not good. What does it lead to? Thickening of blood and hence blood clots. Our bodies in most cases can regulate this. The cytokine storm which can cause lung problems reducing our amount of oxygen will produce more red blood cells. Jak2 may seem to counteract this. However, if we treat the cytokine storm which will reduce the inflammation of our lungs then blocking of ERO is not necessary. In this case reducing ERO will prove to be counterproductive to effects of treating covid as will limit production of red blood cells and at best would be dose dependant ie serious side effects.
jak 3 is too broad a spectrum ( ie it will again hit some of the keys we do not want to hit)
Tyk 2 along with Jak1 will control inteferon alpha and Interferon gamma. In addition Tyk 2 will hit one Interleukin 6 Jak stat pathway whilst Tyk2 will further control Interleukin 6 from another STAT pathway.
Interesting in the slides it does neither give the full spectrum for Covid 19 with regards to inhibiting all the Interleukins required for control of Covid ie no mention of IL-10. IL-7 and IL-23 for example and neither the full spectrum of what our Tyk2 and jak 1 will control.
I will research further as beginning to understand and enjoy. What I will add is that our TYk 2 Jak ! as far as I can see hits all the right targets for control and treatment of cytokine storm, whilst certainly having no serious side effects and looks also looks effective as a recovery treatment. There are a couple of Interleukins it also hits but I cant see if likely to be detrimental in any way.
With regard to Covid 19 Jak 2 and Jak 3 are about as much use as Jak 5hit.
I have been very certain of our Tyk2 Jak1 with regards as an effective autoimmune treatment in other indications but as I see it at the moment I am aware of nothing that comes even close with regard a treatment for Covid 19. Is it any wonder Tim and Co are so excited.
I repeat it again, nothing else come close. Jak2 and Jak 3 over selective. Pure Tyk2 misses vital Interferon control but the addition (optimum amount as Tim put it) adds to what pure Tyk 2 misses. No need I feel for another compound. It is to all intensive purposes all there all ready.
Regards and thanks to whoever posted the presentation.
Oh dear, I sympathise! Had to give the game up a long time ago for similar reasons.
I wouldn't worry about it, a retrace is healthy bearing in mind we got here from 1p on the back of "there may be good news to come" and a HNWI taking a punt.
5.90 on the bid, this one's down to you GG lol!!!
Joking aside, SAR sp has always drifted on low volume between news releases & I expect the same to happen again. Nothing to worry about, chance to top up for late arrivers.
Who’s selling’s the question?
Hi All
In comparison to last week and earlier this week, today looks relatively quiet. Only 4m shares trading so volume is lower and the swings not as volatile.
IMHO those who wanted in are in and those who are out waiting for the news are out.......should be a peaceful day without too many of our doubters/panicked/derampers (hope I didn’t jinx it ).
Great info flowing from our LTH’s. Keep up the good work
