Congrats to you, let's hope for the play off route for the Shrimps
Well all positive news to come with Sar. On a brighter note My boys, Bolton wanderers have pipped your team. ??
Hi BD, No offence taken there in any shape or form. I work with a lad up here in Caithness who is a very avid Morecambe supporter.
As for hairline receding, at one time was postulated that it was a sign of continued intelligence.
Regards.
Regarding the Covid study - we'll know soon enough !
Great post Ahfam3, any new investors should read that as should dispel any doubts, so much upside and gets more exciting by the week now not buy the year like in the past
GLA
There are many subtle hints in my opinion.
- We had the secret patent admist lockdown and the worst pandemic in over 100yrs and all after Tim said he won't be doing anymore discovery and concentrating on Tyk2 auto-immune and cancer.
- Refusal to elaborate on this patent in the investor meet saying it's confidential and they need to protect the IP.
- Then the covid application and grant amongst publications like Nature Article and many other medical journals validating Tyk2 as a treatment for covid.
- Then we get Dr Parker realising the tweet and mentioning major development and saying it will benefit the uk and world.
- Then the Half yearly with Tim saying 'If this study continues to be successful, it may allow us to apply for further non-dilutive government funding from the recently announced AGILE platform to advance this programme into clinical trials'
And Dr Parker saying 'Initial studies, using isolated human lung cells, are encouraging and show that SDC-1801 does indeed downregulate the increase in cytokines believed to be responsible for ARDS and the cytokine storm following infection with SARS-CoV-2'.
- Then finallly the investor meet presentation and John saying about the secret patent 'the whole world will hear about in due course'.
And the slides showing a 3rd indication for 1801 into respiratory illnesses like covid, bacterial pneumonia and life-threatening inflammation that can occur with other viral infections.
All in all we are set for a covid revolution- straight into intensive care patients, possibly a pill by Autumn/Winter as some think and amazingly this was Sareum just a side play.
Astonshing but exciting and charlie will be in tears- Many happy returns chaps.
LOL pity I have that receding gene SOG, if SAR want any volunteers for trials I will be there, to be honest same for long Covid my lungs feel knackered at the mo.
It's exciting I really hope end of June makes us all happy, I need a new car.
As an aside can I just say good luck to Morecambe FC for tomorrow, League 1 beckons if only.
Sorry if it offends at all
SAR have never failed with any of their molecules. Flt may need reformulation and 737 need a Sierra or whoever to finally deliver it's huge potential. 1801 and 1802 are succeeding so far in preclinical and 1801 has a strong possibility of entering human trials for Covid 19. I'm no expert but what other comparable small pharma discovery company have such a pipeline. We also have the exceptional talents of John and Tim. Dont know for sure we'll reach the promised land but the journey is certainly going well so far. If we have the rub of the green, well imagine.
Spot on with that one BD, a brilliant comment. With comments like that the SP will not be receding,
I remember from years ago the Two Ronnies. A new drug they said just been invented to cure baldness. How does it work? It shrinks the size of your head so what little bit you have fits you better,
Looking very good here and will when time permits look through the patent again.
Molecule is important, I may be wrong but am of the opinion that the molecule can be tweaked for more effectiveness if needs be for Covid as the compound would then be classed as a derivative and hence covered by patent.
Tim is not a sales person, he is not a biologist,he is very modest but what he did say 'we are very good at chemistry'. He looked excited at the first possible treatment of Covid. In interview he stated we believe Tyk 2 may be more effective than other Covid treatments.
You will never attempt to create something you do not believe in, unless you are part of a mega company which has a tick box attitude and paid handsomely for it. Dedication and attention to detail always without fail pays off.
I am not ramping and saying people skould buy, hell no! Just pleased that the future looks bight after 9 years.
Regards to all and have a super weekend
However, even if this were not the case its application in the whole aspect of immunotherapy treatment I find outstanding.
I will reiterate that the highlight here is the extremely low toxicity. Sareum have proved that with all their compounds. The only problem I can see is the formulation of a compound. Then we have crystalization of their compounds patented I believe now.
Now I have been thinking about that secret patent and my head got dragged back to comments a few years ago I think, about baldness.
Honestly if it was something like that forget 38000% and Covid, way way more, but keep it under your hat for now.
Didn’t I read World Changing. When you say thatI .I would say that was a good sign for things to come
